Right from the start harry made me feel at ease answering all my questions no matter how silly they were or what time of day and night it was. When it become closer to the work being done I started to deal with renae who again was really helpful and kept me informed with everything along the way and answered all my questions. When the work was carried out vj phillip and happy were absolutely amazing and full of knowledge when it came to the job at hand they showed us how to work things gave us tips I honestly cant fault any of the team they really are amazing and we are so grateful xx thank you again

I'd definitely recommend Smart Energi to anyone considering having Solar Panels fitted. From the outset, my contact with the Smart Energi team has been useful, positive and over-ridingly helpful. They were very kind in taking all the time needed to explain the options available, the things it is important to be aware of and how to reach the best solution to meet my circumstances. Nothing was too much trouble for the Smart Energi team to deal with and once I'd decided to go ahead with having solar panels, battery and invertor, their installation team were superb; timely, accurate and considerate in their work to my property. And after installation I received all the advice and guidance needed to best utilise the system and maximise the benefits. I have no reservations in recommending Smart Energi if you're thinking of taking the step to go for a solar PV system. And a couple of months after having the system installed I'm really happy to have gone ahead with this project with Smart Energi at the helm.

ECO4 Scheme - Boiler and Heating Upgrade

I am 82 years old, and I was able to utilise the ECO4 scheme, to replace an ancient boiler with a Combi Boiler, and replace old pipework with new pipework. 4 of my radiators using microbore pipes had not work for several years. The work took 3 days, and the Smart Energie engineers worked tirelessly and seamlessly. Vijay, Happy and Philip were all fantastic representatives of Smart Energie; totally respectful and with personalities that put me at ease, as this can be quote an ordeal for someone of my age. They kept me informed of progress and always advised in advance what would be happening. The quality of work was of the highest order, and they respected my property and left things as they found them. Indeed, they were a pleasure to have around and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of having work done. They are a credit to Smart Energie. The work undertaken has made a huge difference to me. I will have a more efficient energy system, and a winter ahead where all my radiators will work. Putting vents in my old double glazed windows will also stop mold appearing which has been the case over the last few years. I would also add that the survey undertaken a week or two earlier by Sunny and Happy was very professional, and once again put me at ease. I am indebted to Smart Energie, and Vijay, Happy, Philip, Sunny, Barbara and Harry. I cannot thank you enough.

We had a whole heating system installed…

We had a whole heating system installed - pipework, radiators, heat pump and tank. The design and install was first class. We could not be happier with the quality of the install. An experienced and knowledgable team. All friendly genuine guys! And Barbara and Harry great to deal with making everything work behind the scenes. All areas five stars, thanks so much for installing our heating! The best wishes and huge success for you all at Smart Energie in the future.

Great customer service from everyone I dealt with. I had previously had a number of different companies come to look at the job and been given so much conflicting and bad advice. The team at Smart Energie just seemed to make it all seem easy. They worked incredibly hard to get it all done and were fun and friendly to have around whilst they worked. I am extremely happy with the work and I would highly recommend their service.

I recently used this boiler service company and was thoroughly impressed. Their team specially wasim arrived on time, was professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. The service was efficient and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing reliable, quality boiler maintenance. Excellent experience overall!

Friendly and Efficient

The experience I had from smart energie was superb! I was booked in quickly and they came out on time. The 2 guys were friendly and polite, they asked if they should take their shoes off. They went through the process step by step so I knew what was going on. They were really helpful with providing me with solutions of how to keep heat in my home as I don’t have cavity wall as it’s a 1930s house. They tidied up bits in the loft which I’m really grateful for as I know other people wouldn’t have bothered and the installed the insulation quickly. They also left the house tidied. Really grateful to them as Ive had no insulation in my home for years and I can already feel how warm it is even in this current weather! Thank you!

I wanted to share my first-class experience with Smart Energie Ltd, from start to finish. I came across the company purely by chance, and what a fantastic team they turned out to be! Extremely efficient and professional at every step. Barbara in their admin team contacted me to gather some initial information and promptly set everything in motion. Within a few days, we had a date and time booked. Wasim came by to check all the requirements, and just a couple of days later, the entire job was completed by a super amazing team including Wasim, Vjay, and Sunny. Their service was outstanding—tidy, clean, and exceptionally well-communicated. They were all cheerful, very friendly, and truly did a magnificent job. What a fantastic team! Great communication from Inderpreet. Super work from Wasim, Vijay and Bilal. But not only was their work impressive but their general manner was excellent. It was simply a complete joy to have them in the house. Great to chat to, clear instruction and valuable info delivered in a brilliant manner. A huge thank you from No 98 chaps!

No care for cleanliness

No care for cleanliness! 60 year old rock wool insulation was just flung through the loft hatch onto the floor below filling my house with glass fibres with all the doors open for some unknown reason.

Great British Insulation Scheme(GBIS).

First class experience from start to finish.We came across Smart Energie Ltd purely by chance having been messed about a few times.Barbara their admin contacted us for a little information and set the ball rolling.Within a few days we had a date and time booked to have work done completely free under the government`s Great British Insulation Scheme.The loft was insulated by Asad with the help of Vejay who installed trickle vents in the windows for us...Both operatives were very friendly and did a truly magnificent job for us...Both myself and my wife would like to say a big, big thank you to Barbara,Asad and Vejay for the professional way they conducted their business.We would certainly award them more than 5 stars if it was possible.Many thanks to a great team.Highly recommended.
