Peter came to our aid when we couldn’t find anyone else to replace our existing heat pump, even though we live some distance away. Cannot fault the service. Peter was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, even after it was installed. Looking forward to being warm this winter with the new system! Would highly recommend.

I recently had a fault on my solar installation and contacted Pogo Energy. Having looked at a video of the fault checking sequence Peter advised me how to try resetting the inverter. Unfortunately having tried several times it transpired that the fault was more serious and a new inverter was needed. Peter was able to source and fit a replacement within 3 days at a very reasonable price. Needless to say I am more than happy with the service provided. Incidentally much of the correspondence was over a w/e which in my opinion was above and beyond.
