Just had my new boiler fitted absolutely pleased by the service by the two lads who came,excellent work kept everything clean and tidy, and the two lads who did my loft insulation where brilliant and very friendly and helpful cleared everything up afterwards with no hassle over all pleased with all the work I had carried out.

They used to be good but not anymore. I used this company for the last 2 years for my boiler and cylinder annual service, and everything was fine. This year though, they were a total disappointment. I’ve called on the 15th of January and got an appointment for 26th of January. On the 26th the engineer was a NO SHOW. I had to call them and ask what is happening. They then rescheduled me for the 7th of February. Called me the day before to confirm the appointment and on the 7th at 8am they called again to tell me that the engineer is no longer certified to service the cylinder. I’ve cancelled the app and found a sole trader on Trust a Trader and was a way better choice. This year Invictus was a total waste of time and energy. At least someone is answering the calls but other then that, no other positive points.

Company customer service is absolutely horrendous A 2 week job lasted for 8 weeks due to mismanagement of staff You never new who was coming to do the job as sometimes. They did not no what sub contractor they could get to complete the work

We used Invictus to add additional insulation to our loft areas in our house. They also built a storage platform area within the loft. There were a few minor concerns along the way, but these were addressed straight away and everyone that I met from the company seemed very professional. They turned up on time and left the house in a tidy state after the work. Another insulation company had let us down beforehand. In comparison, Invictus did everything we asked for, so overall I'm very happy with the job.

These guys are absolutely amazing at what they do! I would like to thank them individually - Engineer Keith, Apprentice Dylan, OB1 engineer Paul, (Sparky Shawn) office manager James , & Paul Murphy - for getting rid of all the old heating systems and replacing them with new radiators! The price i paid was very competitive and reasonable, i would definitely recommend them! Even the apprentice (Dylan) seemed very professional, and clued on with what he was doing. Owen and Yen made sure to plaster the walls when they removed the old heating system (which most companies said they wouldn't do) and they also cleaned up after themselves too. Great work, thank you so much!

My EC04 grant was organized from the very beginning with Invictus and now it's approaching half way through I am delighted. Today John and Leon finished plastering after the internal wall insulation has been fitted and it has been so perfect! Leon has even been creating his own Mrs Doubtfire persona by starting at the top of my house and hoovering and mopping through. My house has 4 floors and painted white floor boards throughout. I'm relaxed and couldn't believe that everything could be undertaken so nearly,cleanly and efficiently. Thank you

Would like to thank Keith and Dylan for the installation of my brand new heating system. They were very punctual, professional and extremely hard working. I was kept updated on what would be happeneing at each stage. They were both very pleasant, and good at cleaning up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them. Very impressed with the service from James. Mike and Yan did a great job insulating our loft properly and resolving some other issues our rogue developer had not done.

I am not impressed after pushing through a recommendation for a new boiler for someone I am still waiting for the commission I was promised They wont get any more from me I refer elsewhere

My mother in law just had boiler fitted on this scheme thought it was all a gimmick but was absolutely amazing. Luke the surveyor was proffesional and very very knowledgeable in his job to ordering and surveying for the new boiler. He is a credit to the company. The installers were great lads and very hard grafters clean and polite. Even to mike topping that organised the date of install all highly recommended big thankyou to the team- John Trainor

We had a boiler fitted by this company and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. The fitters were knowledgeable and gave great advice on the correct type of boiler for our property. The customer after care service was OUTSTANDING. We had a few hiccups but these were dealt with as a matter of urgency. The director, Paul, even contacted us late in the evening to reassure us. The company as a whole is professional, customer driven and easy to contact. Thank you to the team at Invictus for a great job and excellent after service. Highly Recommended.
