Excellent experience, highly recommended

A really super, helpful and customer focused company. We contacted Heat Save Scotland to install our underfloor insulation. They arranged a visit and walked and talked us through everything in a helpful and friendly manner. They were honest and up front about everything and there was no hard sell. It genuinely felt as though we were talking to people who would respect our home. Roll forward a few days and they had arrived and installed the underfloor insulation with minimum fuss and maximum customer care. Gemma in the office was super helpful and made sure we were happy with everything and the fitters were lovely. Thanks for sorting everything, we really appreciate your professionalism and customer care.

The team performing the installation were excellent and worked well with me when we did encounter a rare technical issue, which we resolved immediately. My solar and battery system is now ticking over nicely and I can't thank Gemma's team enough.

I had my loft insulated using Heat Save…

I had my loft insulated using Heat Save Scotland and I was really impressed with the overall service. I worked with Gemma who organised the team to come out and do a quote - which covered a few options for me to consider. After approving the work to go ahead, Tony & team came and they were very good & professional. I was really happy with the extra help they gave me on the day to remove a few problematic floorboards. They went above and beyond and I’m really happy with the insulation work they completed.

Refreshing experience

Effective communication - always able to speak with a 'real' person. Excellent support and advice from Gemma when applying for an energy grant. The application was a nightmare but there was always reassurance and advice provided promptly by Heat Save. Many companies I approached, without even visiting, would not undertake underfloor insulation in my property. They asked for photographs and then said NO. Heat Save however, took a totally different approach - Tony and Ants visited my home and together we discussed the challenges and managed to find a simple solution agreeable to both parties. I found this a very refreshing approach. All team members arrived on time, worked tirelessly and tidied up when finished. The work was of a high standard and I was kept up to date with progress - I felt that as a customer my opinions were valued - this, in my experience, doesn't often happen. Gemma 'held my hand' throughout the complex, confusing process. Unfortunately, although the work was completed in April, I did not receive funding until 30 July! Gemma experiences such delays regularly and at no point was I pursued for payment before I received funding. I truly appreciated this - no company can operate effectively with such a delay between completion of project and payment. I especially appreciated the lack of tech involved when communicating with Heat Save - no requirement to set up an account, create a password, provide a DNA sample(!) etc - simply send an email or telephone! I would have no hesitation in recommending Heat Save to anyone looking for a quality, efficient service.

Great service from Heat Save Scotland.

Our factor put me in touch with Heat Save Scotland for advice on reducing my energy consumption. Gemma was hugely competent and knowledgable in the advice she offered and proceeded with her recommendations. New night storage heaters, solar panels, battery storage and hot water system provided (some grant funded and the rest self-funded) with Gemma co-ordinating all works involved. I would throughly recommend Heat Save Scotland to anyone who is having issues with their energy consumption. From the assessment of what can be provided through to installation it was a first class experience. PS. Since installation my energy bills have greatly reduced! Pete, Coatbridge.

Recommended Insulation Company…

Heatsave recently helped me with installation of loft and underfloor insulation, Glasgow city area. Tony and his crew did a very good job including dealing with a troublesome loft ladder and hatch that needed to be altered. Special mention for Darren aka 'The Worm', who took the lead on the underfloor work. All the guys that worked on my installation were great. Excellent support from Gemma back at the Heat Save office who also helped with the generation of a new EPC report. All the Heat Save work fits in nicely with the Scottish government energy grant scheme. I recommend the heat Save team.

Commissioned them for loft insulation and flooring. They were very good value for money. Tony did a fantastic job. Worked tirelessly non-stop till he got the job done in time for me to clear my kids bedroom. ☆☆☆☆☆

Underfloor Insulation

I was very impressed with HeatSave. The staff were very knowledgeable,reliable and helpful. The underfloor insulation was fitted well with no mess and at a very reasonable price. As I have been waiting for my funding from the Energy Trust to be processed the company have been very patient understanding. I would strongly recommend the company and would use them. if necessary, in the future.

Loft insulation

Loft insulation. Best price I found compared to three other companies. Very flexible and responsive with installation dates, adapting to delays in my funding application. Work was done the day after funding was approved - can’t do better than that. Workers were friendly, efficient, tidy and pleasant to deal with. Would recommend this company.

First class work

New boiler installation completed without a hitch pipe work was a work of art fitted by Harry the heating Engineer, Gemma's advise was honest and helpful would recommend if you need a boiler replaced.
