Outstanding from start to finish

Outstanding from start to finish It's not often one is surprised at how well a company looks after its customers, but Gower Renewables certainly impressed me. From the start, there was no pressure whatsoever. A prompt reply to our enquiry, followed by an assessment from their engineer. A few days later, a very professional analysis arrived in the form of a personalised prospectus, detailing the optimum equipment, configuration and anticipated returns based on the orientation, size and location of our property. Again - no pushing for a decision, no rush. We had a series of questions, which were comprehensively answered in remarkably short order, and they left the rest to us. No pressure, no reminders, just the knowledge they were there when we wanted them. We were interested in a full battery setup too, so the prospectus was duly updated in short order. We asked for an early installation, which was accommodated soon after, with all the work completed in a single day - panels and batteries installed, the system set up and configured. There were some follow-up questions regarding the configuration and export of energy, all answered fully and promptly - and here they were really outstanding. Well into the evening, our correspondence was being answered. These people genuinely care about their customers and treat anything they need or want to know as a priority. I would not hesitate to recommend this company - their competence and customer care simply could not have been better.

A fantastic company to deal with deal. I had solar panels, rear and front garden lights fitted to an excellent standard. All time deadlines were met and throughout the process communication was 1st class. A 5* experience and a highly rated company that I would have no hesitation in recommending, if you are interested in any form of solar energy.

From start to finish I knew I was in good hands as Josh and his colleague showed themselves to be both professional and competent in their role in providing supply of electric from my bungalow to our detached garage, along with installing an EV charger to allow my wife and I to charge our EVs at home. Josh was happy to listen to what I was asking to be done and provided clear ideas on how best to achieve our goals. Josh and his colleague turned up on time and completing the work requested in a timely manner together with ensuring they cleared up as they left. I recently had Gower Renewables in to… replace a mains board.

I recently had Gower Renewables in to replace my mains board, as the old one was starting to discolour and was fitted really poorly when the house was built. The electrician has done a brilliant job in making the board blend in much more nicely, and I can't fault the service I've received. I was very pleased with the price as well, as I was quoted significantly more by other companies.
