Our 14 year old solar panel inverter stopped working. We contacted Fronius who recommended Engenius. Contact with Melanie was swift and very straightforward, excellent customer interface relations. The engineer, Lee, was prompt and professional and at ease with having loads of questions fired at him while he did a perfectly thorough job. I don't think you you could better than the service on offer here.

A really tidy installation of my new Tesla power wall 3, Very knowledgeable guys with a great attention to detail. They helped us out after being let down by a previous solar company. (no longer trading) I would highly recommend them.

Firstly, Rich and Ed turned up exactly when they said they would, which already sets them apart from other companies I’ve contacted. They picked up our project after the company we had used went into liquidation before all our paperwork was issued. Needless to say, they will be the people we use when it come to all the other renewables we have planned.

Engenius gave us good advice and a competitive quote on our solar + battery installation. Throughout the job, they were courteous and professional, and were clearly concerned with making sure we had the best quality installation possible. Their attention to detail was outstanding. They also answered our (many) questions in detail. After the installation they sent through a thorough package of documentation promptly, including MCS certification. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Engenius to anyone, and they would be the first people I call for any other renewable energy needs.

Engenius have been great. Last year they supplied and fitted 13 JA solar panels with Enphase microinverters and a Tesla battery. Ed conducted the initial feasibility study and gave great advice. We decided on the maximum number of solar panels that would be likely permitted by SSE. Also adding a Tesla battery to save the surplus summertime solar electric generated and to maximise the usage of cheaper overnight electricity during wintertime. Emails and phone calls were answered promptly and the installation went smoothly so I would highly recommend them.

A quote for Solar panels and storage battery was requested in May/ June 22, it took a while to get a answer on the phone, however I made contact an appointment was made to look at my property in early June. The person attended, scaled ladders looked at the roof & the loft, gave an approximate amount but would need to check battery prices. Two weeks went by and we heard nothing. Emails were sent to the company, unable to get an answer on the phone, no response to emails either. Finally on two occasions managed to speak to someone, there had been sickness and annual leave. Email received at beginning of August they were busy with quotes and would respond by end of next week. Finally I emailed again at end of August, still no quote!! Why view a property if you cant be bothered to provide a quote, or better yet answer your phone messages or emails. If they cannot provide this simple service to a potential customer why would you contemplate giving them the work. Very Poor Service.
