Jowett and Jowett fitted 18 solar panels,inverter and battery. Started off with 5 quotes, 2 local and 3 Internet based. I went with this company because from the off all were professional,likeable and gave sound advice. They also came to our house to survey which i think is a must. All the employees who worked on the house were knowledgeable and keen to answer our questions. Thank you Matt, Kuba and Poppy our installation team.

We recently had an air source heat pump installed by Jowett & Jowett and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. Oliver took the time to explain our options clearly, helping us understand what would work best for our home. Their quote was detailed and competitive, with no hidden surprises. Communication throughout was excellent — we were kept informed every step of the way. The installation itself was carried out on schedule, with minimal disruption to our household. The engineers were punctual, tidy, and clearly very skilled at what they do. They even took the time to walk us through how the system works and made sure we were comfortable using the new controls. Since the installation, our home has been consistently warm, and we’re already noticing the improved efficiency compared to our old heating system. It’s a great feeling knowing we’re using a more sustainable energy source, and we appreciate the help Olly and Bernie gave us in accessing available grants and rebates. Electrics tripped at my dad's house, a quick phone call to Jowett's and the electrician, who was familiar with the system, was able to talk me through the process to get the system up and running again. The piece of equipment that caused the problem has been put out for recycling. Really helpful & didn't make me feel like a complete idiot.

Jowett & Jowett installed our solar panels and air source heat pump. They have since serviced annually, and always been a good service provided.

Having worked with Jowett and Jowett on a number of projects across a number of properties I can honestly say they are fantastic! I have had Dennis, Matt and Joey from Jowett and Jowett working in my National Trust property for the last 6-7 days or so. I am 9 months pregnant and I can only say absolutely wonderful things, they have been incredibly considerate and professional. Turning up at the time they said they would, keeping me updated on the progress, and checking with me before doing anything noisy or disruptive (as we have a puppy). I am really impressed with their work ethic and how considerate they have been of our home. The work has been completed really quickly and to what seems like a really high standard. Highly recommend!

Thankyou for making the process of installing a heat source pump so easy for me, from the initial design of the project, to the paperwork involved and the work being done. I could always get hold of people to discuss things and the work was completed as planed. Everyone was very helpful, very tidy and I am very pleased with the pump and work done.

This was a fairly unique project for us and we were very grateful to Bernie and Olly right from the planning stage for advice and recommendations as to the type of light , plumbing and equipment to use. They were very good with fitting in with the builder and all other tradesmen and the quality of work was superb. We are very pleased with the result and use the spaces regularly.

Jowett and Jowett were subcontractors to fit solar panels during other roofing works and the installation has been very successful. They have been very helpful in providing instructions about the operation of the system and we are very pleased with the results.

I am very impressed with Jowett & Jowett Limited. From initial consultation through to the final system adjustments, the 'team' have been very friendly, courteous and professional in all aspects of the work. The quality of the heat pump installation is first class. Plenty of hot water, warm rooms and savings on our electricity bill - definitely a worthwhile investment.

Great service, great communication. The boys were prompt and arrived when they said they will. We are now going to have them do our solar panels . We highly reccomend this business.

We wanted to use a local Somerset business to install our solar panels and chose Jowett and Jowett based near Bridgwater.The first point of contact, Olly, was knowledgeable and friendly, and happy to answer our questions . He took time to go through the various options with us. Once the scaffolding was up, it took a few weeks to get the project started- I understand that there were delays in finding a suitable roofer. However, once the roof work was done and the pv panels were in place , the work to install the Giv Energy inverter and battery was done efficiently and to a high standard. I would like to commend Curtis, in particular, who was neat, respectful of our property and always patiently answered our questions. Overall, we are pleased with the work and will go back to Jowett and Jowett for any future projects . Jim Edgar

Olly & his team installed a full ASHP central heating system in our property. We were very pleased with the service from start to finish. The team dealt admirably with the problems of very thick walls and took the time to explain everything to us. Couldn't be happier with the process and end product. A very amiable team.

Awful service. Someone came out and ran the tap for ages and told us just run the tap slowly. Today got a proper plumber out that actually sorted out the problem for less money. Pete Jennings highly recommended . Save your £133 And get a proper plumber

Disgraceful “business”! Turned up over an hour and a half late with ZERO communication to advise so (until I chased them) and that was just to get a quote! Then they took 3 weeks to advise they would NOT quote? What a complete state. Do NOT recommend!

Prompt, excellent, courteous service. Ross was happy to do a number of small jobs, and was very pleasant and efficient. Very reasonable charge for this service. Very positive experience after many brush-offs and rip-offs by other plumbers in the Bridgwater area.
