10/10 service from Loraine so helpful and showed me how to do everything! Thank you so much
Dispicable
Monmouthshire housing association disgusting.
I have never been treated so badly and discriminated against in such a revolting manner by any organisation in the UK. They do not repair anything, shoddy work when they do repair or replace, property is drafty and cold as there new front door does not fit its frame. They discriminated against disabled people, threaten to evict with no evidence what so ever.ctheyxare the most terrible anti social housing association in Wales, they don't deal with rats anymore.
Friendly and helpful enough
Dealing with MHA has left us with a bitter taste in our mouths. My late father unfortunately was a tenant with MHA since his passing they have offered their sincere condolences BUT now apparently we owe rent for the time we needed to clear the property which is absolutely disgusting! No compassion left in this world it's all driven by money even after we handed the keys in the property has remained vacant for nearly 2 months.
Cannot fault monmouth housing association. Been so helpful during a really stressful time.
Try to talk to some on live chat fine at first then showed they were typing for 15 mins nothing came up and i couldn't type back unreal
Cannot praise them enough, always there to help me
Face to face or on the phone, the staff are always helpful, polite and friendly. Repair work is done quickly by friendly and efficient workers.
Terrible, criminal, uncaring & abusive organisation. They said in abusing assistance to ill or disabled persons as well as fraudulent in the running of their business
Excellent service
They are always fantastic to deal with.
Great Organisation
Have been waiting two years for a patch of bare grass to be fixed at Woodland view monmouth. Every fortnight if it's wet, the bin lorry has to move onto the grass to get past cars parked over the pavement. This gives the bare patch no chance ti recover and mud is spread across the road. Geraint House put up no parking signs and said bollards were too expensive. Anthony O'Connell wrote to every household asking for advice. It seems he took no decision and now he's moved on as well. His successor Mr Richards was aware of the problem back in August but again, nothing is done. Update: i wrote to the chairman, John Keegan, two weeks ago, and he hasn't replied. Outrageous .
Attended meeting and made welcome
Mha are beyond amazing and I feel genuinely privileged to be both a tenent and a service user and honestly some of the services they offer are filled with staff so professional and thoughtful it makes you feel confident help is there. Thank you all. 10/10
