I just had my Tesla charger installed. Lee was absolutely brilliant at arranging everything. I called round numerous fitters from The Tesla website and Lee was by far the best at communication, willingness to help and all around service. Customer service was amazing. The two lads installing it were also brilliant. Top top company!

I recently had solar panels and a battery system installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I was kept informed throughout the entire process, and any questions I had were answered with clear, honest advice. The installation was smooth and efficient, and the quality of the work is outstanding. I really appreciated the guidance provided—it helped me understand the system and how to get the most out of it. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone considering solar energy. Great work all round!

Joule energy recently did our solar install (battery, inverter and 12. solar panels) The team who (under the leadership of Lee White - business owner) did the install we incredibly professional, accommodating and courteous. The team worked together well and were very quick/efficient at pulling everything together. In addition to all of this they cleared up after themselves and one of them returned after work on the evening the equipment was installed to check that we’d be able to reactivate our distribution panel. As well as checking that everything was operating correctly. Lee has also been back since to help us configure our apps. This has helped to ensure that we have the correct tariff in place with our supplier (following the applications made by the Joule team on our behalf. The other thing to note is that the system has been installed with scalability in mind. Thus, if we want to add additional panels in future and upgrade the battery if require more capacity (eg for electric vehicles etc…) we are more than able to consider this. All in all fantastic service and a company I would recommend to anyone else! A***!

First Class Tesla Powerwall Install

Lee and the Joule Energy team did a first class job in my recent Tesla Powerwall install. Their cost was competitive, their work was meticulous and their attention to detail made for a very professional and trouble-free install. I am sure you won't be disappointed if you choose Joule Energy to meet your renewable energy needs.

I am very happy with my interactions with Joule Energy. Not only has the solar battery significantly reduced our reliance on the grid, but Lee has provided the highest level of service. When I had a problem recently, he came out within 4 hours of contacting him on a Sunday! He diagnosed and rectified the problem promptly and checked that it was indeed sorted before leaving.

Lee and his team have installed a ground source heat system in our new home, and also solar panels. The men were polite and courteous. Lee took a lot of time and patience to install an app on my mobile phone so I could monitor the performance of the panels. We would have no qualms in recommending him.

Had an air source heat pump, solar panels and Tesla battery together with underfloor heating system throughout the whole ground floor of the house all installed by Lee and his team at Joule Energy. Lee is the most knowledgeable person we’ve come across and guided us through the whole process including advising the best products to fit and how to use them to get the most economical use out of them. Despite being a small local company, Lee was always at the end of the phone to help with issues - for example, our old boiler packed in just a few weeks before our new system was meant to be fitted. Lee arranged for the air source system to be installed immediately and worked with us to make sure the house was still heated efficiently until we were ready for the underfloor to be fitted. I have no issues recommending Lee to any of our friends and family.

We initially asked Lee and his team to install and commission an air source heat pump system in to our home. This process involved a central heating system being fitted throughout our family home and the air source heat pump fitted and installed outside. We were hugely impressed with Lee's friendly and helpful nature and with the kindness and care of his team whilst they were in our house. We were so impressed with Lee's customer service, after care, promptness and consideration that we then employed him again to install and fit solar panels to support the air source heat pump system. We continued to live in the house whilst all of the work was carried out, this was managed by Lee exceptionally well. We are extremely impressed with the efficiency and ease of use of the air source and solar panel system, and we wholeheartedly recommend Lee and his team to anyone looking to fit an alternative heating system to their home!

Lee of joule energy has installed a complete eco system on our house ! We replaced expensive gas central heating with electric with an air source heat pump . We have a powerwall to store excess solar from our 10kw system . Lee has always been friendly professional and accommodating . We have two electric vehicles so have massive useage compared to an average household but the system has really reduced our outgoings dramatically . During the summer we use very little and export back to the grid . We have always been very happy with Lee and his team and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and recommend him to anyone .

After we had been let down by our previous company, Lee stepped in and did his very best to find time to fit the solar panels, battery etc. as soon as possible after talking us through the details. He gave us a date, and the 3 man team of Scott, Adam and Josh arrived as arranged, and worked cheerfully and professionally and by 8pm on the 2nd day, the 14 panels were up and operating. A few days later, Lee came and helped us with the monitoring etc. of the solar panels. We have found Lee a very approachable chap, and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who is interested in having solar panels fitted.

We are very pleased with the service and installation of our Solar Panels and battery earlier this year. Lee met with us promptly to discuss and agree our options, advised us of the timescales for ordering, delivery and installation; all of which were met. Also excellent after sales service and advice. Lee is always positive, cheerful, friendly and very experienced in his field. Lee was recommended to us and we would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Joule Energy have been very accommodating with our timetable of building work and installing the roof panels to fit in with the building work. We took ages to decide what we wanted/needed and Lee was very helpful with suggestions on what would work best, batteries etc. Demand has been very high with the price of electricity so high everyone has been making enquiries for panels and battery storage. We are very pleased with the result

Lee and his team have been brilliant, super professional and very knowledgeable at a fair price. Moreover Lee is passionate about renewables, we have valued his advice on both solar and battery projects. Lee and the team have gone above and beyond with the work they have done for me. We have an Air Source Heat Pump, 2 EV chargers and 2 x Tesla Powerwall Batteries fitted. All of the work was completed to a high standard with nothing too much trouble. Even the little things were thought of with pipe work and cabling all boxed in and everything fully lagged with no gaps. 5 stars every time and I would wholeheartedly recommend Joule Energy to anybody.

I have used Joule Energy on my last 2 projects. This last one they fitted the complete works. Air Source Heat Pump, Car charger, solar Panels and Tesla Power Wall. I am over the moon with the products and the service supplied. I did encounter a delay for the power wall but that was down to Tesla scraping all orders off and needing to re order. I can share that over the summer my average electricity bill was £9 per month. I only have electricity so Joule Energy have steered me in the right direction.

Lee and his team have done a fantastic job on my new build, they installed Air Source Heat Pump, solar power, battery and car charging point. They are highly professional in all they do, have supported me throughout my project and available when needed and sometimes at very short notice. They are very courteous, knowledgeable and take the time to make sure everything is right. Lee at Joule Energy has been fantastic, from start explaining the best option to finish of our ground source heat pump, it is a great piece of equipment. Any teething problems we had he was here to sort it out immediately . Work was very tidy a great company to work with!

Joule were personally recommended to me by a work colleague. I had solar, batteries & EV charger installed and can’t speak highly enough of Lee and his team, I had a detailed quote with pros and cons fully explained. The installation was exactly as promised and I have had no issues whatsoever since. A quality firm of trades people delivering exactly what they say, highly recommended.

We have been impressed at Lee's extensive knowledge and experience in renewable energy systems. He rectified and balanced an ASHP hot water and UFH system installed by another firm and got the renewable energies grant for us. Based on that experience we have instructed Lee to install a substantial PV array at a new property plus Tesla battery storage and an ASHP system for hot water, UFH and cooling. It is quite hard to find an electrical engineer who can fit both PV and ASHP. Lee is reliable and up front to deal with. He is worth every penny! We recommend Joule Energy wholeheartedly.

Solar installation

Just had solar panels & battery installed by Joule Energy, and delighted with the result. I’ve gone with Solaredge inverter & battery with Jinko solar panels. Excellent advice & service from the Joule Energy team to install, configure & explain everything from my home. Also installed EDDI & ZAPPI. Very happy with savings as now using a lot less from the grid. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience with Lee and the team at Joule. Great communication and speedy installation of my 2nd Powerwall. They took pride in their work and delivered a quality of finish I haven't seen in a long time - highly recommended!

GSH installation

We had Lee in to work on a ground source heating system. He was easy to work with, very accommodating. Clear communication and pricing (we had many other companies who kept changing their prices). He is an enthusiastic knowledgeable techi in many other green energy areas, not just GSHP. His team of guys were all great to work with, will do the work in an almost OCD tidy manner. All great guys. The system they put in did take a long time to put in due to the complexity, all done with advanced notice and to a very high quality. Would recommend Joule Energy without hesitation.
