Fantastic service.

Electric 11 carried out several EICR checks in our rental homes, very smooth from the first contact to completing the work and providing the certificate's. Reasonable price and great service, I would definitely recommend and will use again.

From my first dealings with Electric11 to the work being carried out. I am so pleased. Tim came out to price up the job and was able to arrange the work to be carried out quickly for us as it was so cold. Chris and Ollie carried out the work and they were incredibly professional. Their work is top notch. They explained everything and showed us what they were doing to ensure we were happy as they carried out the work They tidied up after themselves lol. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent company

After contacting the company Tim came to look at work required. Change of lighting in the kitchen & replacement switch for outside socket. Quote sent through accepted & a date arranged. Text sent before the electrician arrived to say he would be with us shortly. Work carried out very happy with it. Definitely recommend for any electrical work that needs doing,

Tim knew his stuff on the survey visit and then Chris and Gabriel did an excellent job on the installation. The new Fox battery is working well and easy to control with the app. The guys at Electric11 also have access to our battery via the app so they can check everything is working correctly. That shows a level of care for their customers which is probably a good part of why they have so many five star reviews. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone including friends and family.

Excellent service from Kris and Electric11. Speedy response and attendance saved me from spending a weekend with power cutting out at regular intervals. The team certainly go 'above and beyond' and I can highly recommend the company!

Thanks for the amazing service, it was only a smashed bulb with the bayonet stuck in the socket but I couldn't get it myself due to my back pain and the man fixed in minutes and wouldn't accept payment. My sincere thanks to everyone

From having a survey done pre purchase to completing all the C1 & C2 faults, plus the extra additions we wanted, the whole process was stress free and easy. New main distribution board, new lights/extractors/PIR switches in bathrooms, new LED floodlights, new outdoor power sockets, new indoor power socket's and new lighting/power in a stable via a trench over 80m… We had Andy here with us to do everything and he was fantastic - clearly explained evolving situations and suggested great solutions - and was the neatest cleanest worker to date. Would recommend Electric 11, in fact we are having them back to install a large solar system!

Great work carried out by Andy from Electric 11 installing a replacement extractor fan and a new extractor fan in bathrooms. Top quality work and went above and beyond to complete the job. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a local electrician.

Professionally fitted heated towel rail

This company came and gave me a rough estimate for the work I required which was installing a heated towel rail which I had already purchased for my bathroom. The work was carried out on the day they said it would without any mess and the end result was everything I wanted. I'd recommend them to anyone who requires a professional electrical job done.

Good communication before hand, came on call out quoting £110 to repair fault in 3 linked lights. Job did take longer than planned and I had to go and get new fittings but then they charged just shy of £600 without once mentioning the increased charges or their hourly rate.

EV charger install

I used Electric 11 to install an EV charger at my home. Brilliant experience from start to finish....from seamless back office support of quoting/invoicing/appointment booking, to friendly people and excellent workmanship. I will definitely use them for all future work.

Electric11 have done several jobs for me and I would definitely hire them again. They did a sterling job on one of my projects recently and the engineer was happy to fit a few extra sockets and reconnect a cooker. Communication was very good and the engineers arrived on time.

We needed a couple of small electrical jobs done and Electric 11 had been recommended by a friend. We weren't disappointed. The work was done thoroughly and professionally and everywhere was left clean and tidy afterwards. I can't fault them at all. Very impressed.

Terrible experience with this company

Terrible experience with this company. Terrible communication from the start, electrician turned up late and didn't contact us to let us know, we had to chase up both times. Work wasn't finished the first time, they wanted to delay the second time round. They messed us about and sent one of their electricians out who damaged our conservatory wall when fitting our outdoor lights. The light wasn't attached properly. Had to chase the office to get someone out to fix it, they assured me the director would come out and rectify, but they sent someone else who did their best to fix the damage. They didn't make us aware of this change. They had a very unprofessional attitude and laughed saying they were sorry about the previous electrician and for damaging the wall (as they were laughing). Not funny, not using this company again. Waste of money.

Ground Mounted Solar and Battery storage system

Electric11 completed a Ground Mounted Solar and Battery storage system for us at our farm in Norfolk , the team we excellent from start to finish, honestly can thank them enough for how easy they made the whole process and assisted us in understanding more about our needs and requirements. No pushy sales tactics and excellent installers.

Very overpriced for the services offered, and the constant tacky advertising plastered around town does not help their image. The owner comes across as arrogant and would do well to focus on improving the quality of the business rather than self promotion.

The job was completed in a short space of time from the original quote. The work looks very tidy and professional and the staff knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Max for a great job.

Excellent Service! I messaged on a Saturday, received a reply straight away, booked in for the Tuesday. The electrician arrived on time, super friendly, very knowledgeable and managed to install a new socket with absolutely no damage to the wall and no need for a plasterer. His careful and considered approach saved me a lot of money - thank you!

Having recently joined a sewing group, my friend and I needed to get our sewing and overlocker machines PAT tested so that we could use them at the venue. A quick ‘google’ brought up the Electric11 website which offered exactly what we needed. I phoned the company and spoke to Kris - and it was very easy to make a convenient appointment at their workshop. Our machines were tested while we waited and the whole operation was very quick, efficient and friendly! Would highly recommend.

EV Charger installation The service provided was excellent. My texts were responded to in minutes, my calls answered promptly. Max, the installation guy, was great, he consulted me at all stages, was very polite and friendly. The installation was completed with no problems.
