Outstanding after sales customer care from Dave & Scott , within 24 hours of a technical issue through no fault of Day & Knight , the property was visited and the matter resolved , in a world of questionable customer care I have to say Day & Knight are 10/10 , couldn't be more impressed. My first encounter with David Knight was to repair a fault with my Consumer Unit, which was dealt with both promptly and efficiently. At the time David informed me that I needed the Unit replacing due to its age. As this was necessary I decided to have a full electrical review of the whole house. This was completed and I received a detailed report of the work needed and the cost involved. Two weeks later the work commenced and David arrived promptly at 8am and worked all day, apart from a brief lunch break. He doesn’t have tea breaks either, just carries around a bottle of water. Another plus for me is that he is a tidy worker and leaves your house the way he found it Also, and importantly, the paperwork you receive is faultless - both the estimate and final invoice are itemised in detail. The best bit was when he managed to do some of the work in an easier way than initially envisaged which resulted in my bill being reduced 😀 I would have no hesitation in recommending Day & Knight to anyone.

David Knight and Scott are the consummate professionals. Their work ethic is faultless, they worked tirelessly throughout the days they were here. No challenge is unachievable to this dynamic duo. I had a considerable amount of work done, including a safety check of the electrics. It was extremely thorough and informative. The work completed was also of an exemplary quality, any small issues (through no fault of their own) were resolved extremely promptly, which involved David and Scott returning to my property to rectify on another day. Absolutely fantastic service, I won’t use anyone else in the future. Thank you so much to you both for a job well done. David was very responsive to my initial enquiry and got me booked in for a quote and then for the actual work in good time. I was very pleased with the work that was carried out by David at my property which was repairing and installing various light fittings.The itemised invoice from David was a warm welcome. In my past experiences a lot of tradesmen just won't bother or are very reluctant to offer you a breakdown of goods and services via an invoice. All in all an excellent service from a very polite, reliable and trustworthy tradesman.

I had a complete rewire of my property. David and his team were very thorough and flexible around other building works going on. They were very tidy and worked efficiently. I would 100% recommend this company and David for any and all electrical works.

Arranging a time/date was very easy. David arrived on time and did the work to an excellent standard. Extra parts that were required were delivered the same day and David returned to complete the work within the hour. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs electrical work done.

Huge thank you to David for his help and guidance today re advice on my domestic electrical question. In this particular case he was able to sort out with me over the phone and free of charge. Obviously all domestic electrical requirements cannot be sorted in this way but there you have it, a 5 star service, which also includes calling back and following up on messages when necessary. I will definitely use his services for my next electrical work.
