Carl and his team are an easy company to recommend. His team are always professional, friendly and easy to arrange work with. No job is too small or too large and the team are always easy to arrange things with. Carl fitted us some Solar Panels and some other external work and to be honest it all couldn't have gone better. I can't compliment them all enough, and would recommend them them to anyone that asked

I would recommend Carl Cox Electrical to any of our clients. CCE has worked on many of our projects over the last 3 years. CCE has worked with us to give our clients what they have asked for. In these busy times, they have endeavoured to get electricians to site, when we need them.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company to friends and family. I have had very positive interaction with Carl Cox electricians on several occasions and will continue to use and recommend their services. All jobs have been prompt and professional. Recently young Lawrence assisted my parents with a relatively minor job, my parents were so impressed with his helpful, kind manner and knowledge he explained things to them very clearly. On another occasion one of Carls electricians assisted an elderly lady but received no reply when they returned to the house on a later date they could have just left but instead made contact people who knew the lady and ensured all was ok...this extra customer care means so much especially to our elderly and vulnerable community members.

Had the consumer unit replaced left an apprentice to test everything but was in such a hurry to get home he didn't label the consumer unit so no warning labels all i got was a piece of scrap cardboard stating what's what. Totally unprofessional and certainly not up to building regs
