Excellent Service and Support! I highly recommend this company based on my recent experience. The aftercare, which I believe is the real test of any company, has been outstanding and confirmed that I made the right choice. I had new solar panels and a Sigenergy battery system installed. I had specific requirements for the panels, cabling and battery placement, and the installation team took this into consideration and completed everything exactly as I requested. After installation, the dedicated tech support team has been brilliant, providing clear guidance on how to set up and get the best out of the system. I’ve had a few questions since then, and they’ve always been quick and helpful in their responses. Overall, great service from start to finish — professional, attentive, and reliable. I would definitely recommend them.

BGreenn have frustrated and disappointed throughout the installation process and the after sale technical support. I regret using the company and wouldn't use them again. Problems initially arose during installation when it quickly became apparent the design was completely flawed. Sorting this issue was painful, with a significant reduction in solar panels and and indication of the subsequent stuggle we'd have at every subsequent step. Installation took many weeks longer than promised, staff fauled to show up or arrived for a work day at lunchtime and left after only 2-3 hours work. Staff treated our house as their own, caused issued with other trusted trades working in the house and work practises regularly ignored health and safety rules. There are now operating issues with the system, with technical support less helpful than consulting Google. Securing a price adjustment for the solar panels that couldn't be fitted and for wider issues was a fight. Had I realised that aftercare would be as poor as it is, I'd have paid much less. My advise, use any other installer!

I had Solor panel installed by Bgreen 8 months ago from day one getting quote and installation very professional and customer service from staff was professional and made sure all whole process made easier to understand and help all paperwork and explain to me getting the possible tariff that suits my needs and still always available to talk to thanks to Bgreen I am happy and saving money when energy prices going up 👍👏

Had these people out to fit solar panels and I have to say the guy who came Nizam was soo unprofessional and also smelt of bad BO the work was very very bad and I uave now taken down the panels as they didn't work . All round would never used them again don't waste your money go to a proper professional company

A painless experience from start to finish... From the initial enquiry through site visits, quotations, agreement and installation we felt we were well looked after throughout. The installation was a challenge for the team due to the construction of our home but the team met every challenge head-on and completed the install in good time and without fuss or mess. Our set up is now complete and we are now obsessed with the flow and destination of the generated power - obviously limited in January but, still, a surprising amount nonetheless.

BGreen helped install over 20 panels and 10kw of batteries into our new build house. They have been responsive throughout the process and always willing to help and work towards the tight timescales sometimes. Would easily recommend.

It is now 3 months since BGreenn installed solar panels and batteries at our home. The whole process has been smooth and trouble-free. Things we particularly liked are: 1. There was no hard sell or pestering to make a decision. 2. We asked to speak to a previous customer and they were really positive and this reassured us. 3. Everyone involved in the installation was professional and pleasant. 4. The aftercare was excellent. It has been great having a dedicated person dealing with the link up to the grid etc. We would throughly recommend - we are now in the process of getting BeGreenn to install an EV charger!

BGreenn was the 6th company I’d been in contact with, after speaking to Jabir and beating the quote price of my previous preferred choice we’d tweaked a couple of things to provide me with the Duracell system and more powerful panels.. the multiple queries I had regarding the system were expertly dealt by Shahrin in detail. The team of scaffolders and installers were very attentive and worked around the few obstructions which did complicate the installation but managed it! Concluding the deal with payment, Fatima arranged smoothly. Each step was coordinated by Zakariya and kept up to date of all changes. Overall, BGreenn did a fantastic job from start to finish and I’m pleased with their professional service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful experience with BGreenn. Very professional company. They gave us the right advise, right design and properly implemented the design during the construction period. BGreenn staff are qualified and professional. Proper quality control checks were done during the material delivery and installation period. They provide a full handover package after the installation is completed and commissioned. Even the after sales service is excellent. I highly recommend BGreenn for Solar panels and batteries installation. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those involved in our project. Great Sales pitch by Jabir after many consultations to see how many solar panel and how which system to go for. After Sales service was second to none. Absolutely great to deal work with the allocated Account Manager Mustafa. Awesome levels of support provided to fine tune the equipment so that we can get the optimum from the system hence saving us money on Electric Bill. All in all well recommended. ps, the only downside to this was that the DNO took far too long to approve the works. Obviously this was no fault of BEGREENN.

Bgreenn have provided a professional service. They came to see me and carried out a survey, before providing details of a solar panel installation and a detailed quote. They provided a range of battery options at different price points and were happy to discuss any queries that I had. They have been flexible with any requests that I have made. All of the people involved with the work have been competent and efficient, and the work has been carried out to a high standard. Scaffolding was erected a week ahead of the work being carried out and taken down the day after. The day after solar panels were fitted I received a call from their support team talking me through the application after preforming the initial set up for me. They have responded quickly to any questions that I have asked them. I am very satisfied with the work that they have done and would use them again.

The solar installation went smoothly and everything working as expected. I had some issues with paperwork which meant I was not paid for my export for many months. I was informed by BGreenn that as far as they were concerned they did everything expected of them; however, I would disagree, because it became apparent after i'd made my final payment that I did not have all necessary paperwork to send to my electricity supplier to be able to be paid for export. It was all resolved eventually, but with hindsight, I should have held some money back until my electricity supplier were happy they had all necessary paperwork. I can recommend BGreenn for the installation but just make sure you've got all necessary paperwork before making your final payment.

Thoroughly professional service from the very beginning. All aspects of the contract work were undertaken promptly and with patience. BGreenn were quick in replying to any query we had. All their teams from the initial inquiry through planning, scaffolding, installation, electrics and commissioning were excellent. Very happy to recommend this company.

Very happy with the way I was dealt with. The installation of the solar panels was uneventful, with all the subsequent wiring and inverter professionally done. No issues and working seamlessly. All queries dealt with quickly and professionally.
