Fantastic service. I had a relatively urgent job at home to wire-in a new cooker and circuit breaker. An almost immediate and friendly call from Tasha who took the details and got someone to call and discuss the job. I received a quote within days and the work was done soon after. Really friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. No hesitation in recommending.

We had our house rewired and it was brilliant an highly professional from start to finish. Edvin communicated with us throughout and was really clear about what the work entailed. He was positive and reassuring, and we felt confident it was well planned and the work was carefully carried out. They did everything when they said they would and got it done in the timeframes they said. They clearly take care and pride in what they do. We couldn’t have asked for more or had a better experience.

I am a chartered electical power engineer but i don't have sufficient mobility to do wiring any more, so I wanted a company to install some additional solar panels and connect a workshop. I was amazed at the attention to detail these guys did. It was a perfect install of a steel wire armour cable into a new outbuilding and the removal of dangerous fittings in a swimming pool house. They fitted the correct equipment and the containment was really good. I had costed out what i wanted doing and they pretty much matched my estimate so there was no stupid massive profit. These guys are fully trained and apprenticed electicians. You can't go wrong with them. I have asked them to quote for some commercial work we are doing and I look forward to working with them again. `10/10

Edvin from Resistance Electrical was brilliant. He arrived right on time, was so friendly and easy to deal with, and left everything tidy. He quickly sorted out the problem, went out of his way to get the parts we needed, and came back to finish the job without any fuss. It all felt really straightforward and stress-free. I don't normally leave reviews but in this case i think it is warrented. Resistance Electrical were great from beginning to end. Edvin who carried out the initial survey and consequent work was really thorough,helpful and explained and dealt with the problems which arose!. I would definitely recommend this company and will use again if the need arises.Thank you Resistance.

The main task was to install squirrel-proof netting to my solar panel installation. This was completed in two parts to avoid disturbing a squirrel nest that contained very young squirrels. The job was completed a couple of months later. A security light by the front door was replaced as well. The work was completed in very good time, a couple of minor complications being overcome without problem. This was the first job that Resistance Electrical had done for us, it is very probable that they will be our first choice for any future work.

Absolutely delighted with the service from these guys. Put in a request on Sunday and it was sorted before 12 on Monday! The guy was really nice and friendly and did a bang up job fixing my awful attempt at fixing a light switch in the bathroom. Very reasonable pricing too, would definitely use again and will be recommending to others!

Edvin and team were brilliant on a rewire job for our house. From start to finish they were really helpful and professional, offering guidance and options for areas that we weren't sure how to tackle. Tom from Resistance electrical has installed an additional Givenergy battery to our current Solar system. He also checked our current Solar array and was also available at short notice to deal with a commissioning issue with our inverter, this involved his time on the phone as well as another trip back to reset the inverter as advised by Givenergy support. Great experience with Resistance Electrical. Tom was quick to respond and quote, and was very fairly priced. He had the job booked in for 2 weeks later. We were lucky to have Ollie working on our house for two days. He was great - super polite, neat work and always went over and above on the tidying up. It was genuinely a pleasure to have him around. Like many others it seems I’m sure we’ll have Tom’s team back for future work. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Resistance Electrical are a great choice for any electrical work you need doing. Tom and the team have been working on my house for years with various jobs and I would always have them back. Latest work was lighting and mirror for my en-suite and plinth lighting for my lounge. Beautiful job, lighting makes a massive difference. Reasonable pricing and reliable workmen! Which is hard to find.

Tom & the team were brilliant from start to finish. Really responsive, gave great advice and were really friendly and professional. We had a mix of vintage light fittings we hadn't used for 15 years, and new lights we wanted to install. They were recommended by a friend, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
