Professional, helpful and always reliable. We used RGV's services over 5 years for the ASHP heating system at our Barn. When we moved 20 miles away we were pleased to discover that we could still call on RGV's services for the heating system and ASHP in our new home.Reassuring.

RGV Have just finished our Solar installation in Salisbury. 4Kw system with battery backup. excellent work done by the guys, very prompt with time keeping and tidy as well. Very happy with the price quoted and electricity bills have now halved in cost even on these dull winter days. Recommended installer

RGV have routinely serviced our boiler for over twenty years. Recently, we had a 'double problem' with a leaking hot water cylinder and an unrelated central heating failure. RGV were VERY quick off the mark and Garry skilfully installed a new cylinder within a day or two. Similarly, Martin arrived to troubleshoot the central heating. He rapidly investigated thermostats, servo valves and the circulating pump before focusing on the Honeywell control panel. He advised me that this was the most likely culprit. I followed him through this elimination process and learnt quite a lot about the system. I was able fit the replacement panel myself and breathed a sigh of relief when the heating fired up again! Summarising, I cannot speak highly enough of the RGV engineers. Garry's plumbing was really top notch. Both he and Martin were extremely helpful and a pleasure to have around. My thanks again to all at RGV.

Just had our air source heating system serviced by Jordan at RGV. As always punctual and friendly, ensuring that we understood how the system is working. I had a Heat Pump installed through Eco 4 Government Scheme. It has been a nightmare since the installation. I had my Heat Pump serviced by RGV Engineering a couple of weeks ago. RGV have gone above and beyond to help me to sort out all the problems I am still experiencing with the company who did the initial installation.

Just had a couple of new radiators fitted. I’ve used RGV for the last 5 years for servicing and work required. As ever their work has been perfect and informative.

RGV installed a split air source heat pump in our home in December 2024. This included linking to other solar devices and replacing 2 showers to work with the new system. The team were very thoughtful, professional, extremely tidy paying great attention to detail and delivered a good system. They were all pleasant to have in our home over seven days. Had solar panels and an air source heat pump installed earlier this year. Service from RGV has been excellent. They have been quick to respond to our queries and are very helpful.

Excellent - called RGV for help with an Eco4-installed ASHP (installed by a company in Yorkshire who failed repeatedly to respond to me re ongoing problems with the heat pump). RGV sent out an engineer and electrician that afternoon, who got everything working properly, and advised me on next steps to take to get the original installation assessed. Will definitely use RGV again for servicing and any other issues. Also very reasonably priced!

RGV and its staff are one of the most friendly, helpful and professional companies I have ever had the privilege to have do any work in my property. They carry out everything they do with complete pride and treat your home with utter respect. I would recommend this company whole heartedly!!!! Many companies could learn a lot from the way RGV conduct themselves!

30 days and still waiting for a reply sales enquiry

Can't even justify the single star as after a month they have still to respond to a sales enquiry for a heat pump, plus a reminder from me after a fortnight of silence. Difficult to have faith in a company that can't be bothered to even acknowledge a sales enquiry.

We have had such a great experience with RGV installing our air source heat pump, plumbing and under floor heating. Really stellar customer service; no question or request too big or small and ultimately, are delighted with the result. Super impressed with their care and communications too.

RGV are excellent. They installed our air source heat pump and re did the rads in the house totally professionally. A local company you can trust. I suppose the real truth is the aftersales service. I got lost with he controllers for the ASHP - within an hour of sending a "please help" email, they were back and the following day visited to give a masterclass on how the controllers work... A1

Had issues with my Air Source Heat Pump since I moved in. 2 other companies have tried and failed to fix my inconsistent hot water and told me I needed the whole system replacing (£thousands). Engineer from RGV looked at it and in less than 2 minutes told me at least one of the things wrong with it. He listened to me properly as I explained the situation and asked and answered questions in a very professional and helpful manner, unlike the previous 2 companies who I felt at times had not listened to a word I (20s female) said. He got straight to work, clearly knew his way around the system. 2 hours and one commonly replaced part later I had consistent working hot water for the first time in 3.5 years and a plan in place to restore it to full working order in the coming weeks. Very impressed and wish I'd called sooner!

Had Solar fitted. Extremely quick time to install after order, very professional. Good pricing compared to others. 6 facing west and 4 facing East plus 2 storage batteries. Had some issues with some hardware supplied, can't fault the effort put in to rectifying the issue, complete dedication from fitters to Directors involving the equipment manufacturers as well. All sorted and saving us money on electric supply. First rate and have already recommended to others.

We employed RGV Engineering to carry out 3 jobs for us. Fit roof mounted solar panels, install an ASHP and install underfloor heating and tiling into a bathroom. All these jobs were carried out professionally and always with quality in mind. Once these contracts of work had been agreed it was just a matter of waiting for the parts to be ordered and delivered. The lead time in some cases was a few months but this is to be expected given the current climate and demand. While waiting, we had a burst water tank emergency. The insurance company said someone would be in attendance within 3 hours (turned out to be 37hrs), so we contacted RGV for advice. They had 2 engineers turn up within 20 minutes. Now that is what I call service and putting the customer first. All of the engineering staff that carried out work for us were always polite, courteous and on time. They always maintained a good level of communication and kept us informed at all times. Last minute changes were never an issue and unforeseen problems were quickly resolved. We can’t recommend this company highly enough. If you want a professional, quality job, make sure you call RGV Engineering.

Fantastic experience with RGV Engineering. Replaced an ASHP, cylinder and pipework. Even though a few issues encountered everyone we dealt with was professional and polite. Communications with Mark and the team very good and RHI dealt with easily with Bob. Very happy and would highly recommend.
