I enquired about solar a couple of years ago - the guy over-quoted massively with a system that included panels that would basically receive no sun. Then a couple of years later they started spamming me with sales calls. They also failed to properly respond to a GDPR Subject Access Request. Stinks like desperation, I wouldn't buy anything from them.

Concerning re work ethic

When they arrived at 9am I left for 3 hours. When I returned very little had been completed. This was supposed to be 4 - 5 hours max. They eventually left at 1850hrs. I even got their tyre sorted for them. CASEY spent most of the morning outside, rather than working. Carl did most of the work. At 1430hrs Casey told his collegue who was supposedly sorting the tyre issue, they would be finished by 1630hrs. Also left my loft in a mess; which I am annoyed about. I was ill so going up and down the ladder was difficult. Hopefully it is ok. Still have not received my guarentee paperwork

Guys turned up early ..

Guys turned up early ... great start! Got on with insulating all the attics, not a pleasant job. Took everything away in plastic bags. Cleaned up after themselves. Weren't demanding ... a nice bunch. Thank you

Excellent Service

GLSR recently removed some spray foam insulation from my loft space and replaced it with new superfoil insulation. The lads were clean and tidy and professional throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend GLSR Solutions.

Foam removal done correctly

I made a number of enquiries but saw Daniel from GLSR who are based in Nottingham re foam removal from the loft. Daniel filled us with confidence in that the company knew what they were doing and not a potential scam. He gave us a price and arranged the foam removal in 6 days time. A team of 3 turned up in a large van. Casey Rudi and Neil. Very friendly. They told me what they intended to do and showed me photographs taken in my loft where all foam had to be removed. They worked as a team removing the foam which was placed in a large funnel bag leading from the loft hatch. They put new loft insulation down and on completion asked me to view and showed me photos of finished loft. They totally cleaned up in the hall and drive. A professional team I am very pleased with the result. They are a credit to GLSR.

Never again

They made a mess which they only partly cleaned up. They laid insulation in the loft on top of all the boarding used as walkway and storage. I am still waiting for an assessment to be carried out on the roof which was promised 2 weeks ago, not that they will get through the door now. Overall a very dissatisfied customer.

I had GLSR out to remove paint and stains from my drive and steam clean and seal the driveway. Lee and Carl came out over 2 days and worked very hard and did a fantastic job, they were very thorough and I’m so happy with the finished product, i would highly recommend GLSR solutions for any work in the future. We had GLSR to replace conservatory roof and utility roof. The team worked very hard and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. They were a pleasure to have around. A big thankyou to James, Lee, Carl and Jordan.

Joke of a company. They cold called me looking to provide me with an insulation survey on my house, as I was looking to get my lift insulated I took them up on there offer and an appointment was made for 2pm. Literally 5 minutes later another one of there representatives is call me saying can we make it 11am, which is fine by me and I agree. The day of the appointment 1130 no one’s turned up so I call them and I’m told they’re running 45 minutes late, 1415 still no one’s turned up. If you’d done what you called me to arrange you’d have got my business but instead you wasted my day.

We recently had solar panels put in and received excellent advice and assistance front GLSR. Special mention must go to James who was there with us through each step of the installation and has assisted with a couple of queries since. As a postscript we have received excellent post service support from Dylan. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Recently glsr replaced my old solar panels with a new system. From survey to completion the communication at every stage was excellent. The team were courteous, efficient and professional.
