Great service from Dual Electrical Services. Expertly planned, installed and commissioned my solar and charging point along side other works going on in my house refurbishment. Steven and Derrick took plenty time to make sure everything was correct and explained all processes. The storage and Inverter installation is neat and tidy and appears to be working well. Car has now been added and is workjng a treat. Just need to finish the configuration with Octopus to get the best tarriff for my configuration. Cant recommend Dual highly enough and a great price for ghe complete package.

From the start of the process to the continued support Derek and Steve were/are brilliant. As a total novice Derek took time to explain the process of fitting and using solar. He even took time to explain the export process and what we would do to get the best tariff. Derek and Steve were prompt, thorough, and incredibly respectful of our house and even the barking dogs. We had guests staying whilst the installation was happening, and they have a child with some challenges but all of the team were great dealing with our complicated situation with sensitivity and kindness. As for the follow up Derek has checked in with how things are going and been at the end of a WhatsApp when I had a question. We are so glad we chose them and could not recommend them highly enough.

Derek and the boys were fantastic. Easy to talk to and very professional in their workmanship. Even taking the time to go through the app setup and explaining everything with the additional support should I need it. I can’t fault Dual and wholeheartedly recommend their services. If you’re thinking solar, get Dual.

Had the guys in from Dual Electrical services in to install our EV charger. They were extremly friendly, reasonably priced and left a neat and tidy job. I would highly recommend this company.

Derek and his team done a great job installing all the electrics and solar panel system at our new home. Nothing was a problem and they were very efficient.

Derek has worked with us for over ten years renovating a farm house in Perthshire. His work has been first class, he’s reliable and full of expertise and knowledge. Dual Electrical Services have just completed all the electrical work in our new build house. From start to finish each and every one of their staff were very friendly, accommodating and did a thorough professional job. They installed solar panels with battery support, did the wiring to connect and control our ASHP and underfloor heating as well as all the usual lighting. Plug points and switches. With the nature of the work which had to accommodate several other trades too they were on site multiple times (and on time) and extremely tidy. I cannot recommend them highly enough having worked with various building trades for the past 43 years. Finally their costs represented excellent value for money. Ken Burrell
