Carbin Heating installed a full oil-fired boiler central heating system, including new oil tank, hot-water cylinder and TRV radiators throughout our 17th Century farm house, over the course of a week. Their service, from initial survey to completed installation was exemplary. Turning up on time, friendly & polite, taking time to explain everything; nothing was too much trouble. Workmanship was top quality and the result is a beautifully warm house. No hidden extras or surprises in the costs, in fact they exceeded our expectations consistently. Highly recommended!

Had Carbin in to service our boiler. We have never used them before but without doubt a very efficient company. Andy the engineer arrived on time, did a thorough service and explained all the results to us before he left. Very tidy and friendly, good communications throughout.

We recently upgraded from our old oil boiler to a new heat pump and cylinder system, and the entire experience has been exceptional from start to finish. The team were professional, knowledgeable, and impressively tidy throughout the installation. Our home already has full underfloor heating, solar panels, and battery storage, so finding the right replacement for our loud, inefficient oil boiler was important. The new heat pump has been a huge improvement — it’s significantly quieter, provides much more consistent hot water temperatures, and integrates perfectly with the rest of our system. It’s also reassuring to know we’re now using a cleaner, more environmentally friendly heating solution. The workmanship is outstanding, with every part of the install clearly completed with care and attention to detail. Everything looks tidy, well-organised, and built to last. We honestly couldn’t be happier with both the service and the final result. If you’re considering switching from oil to a heat pump, we’d absolutely recommend going for it and choosing this team to carry out the work. A fantastic service all round!

Just had Greg from Carbin Heating install some air conditioning units. Excellent communication, a very efficient and tidy worker and all for a fair price. I wish all service companies could be the same. I would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting similar work done.

I couldn't be happier with the installation of a new combi boiler, renewal of all existing pipework and radiators. The team were great, and left the house tidy and hoovered every night which I wasn't expecting! You would never know some of my carpets had been lifted and re laid which was on my list of worries.. I nearly didn't get a quote from Carbins because they've got so many 5 star reviews, I thought they'd be out of my price range, but they were the most competitive, which was a nice surprise. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Painless Air-Con installation Greg & Andy came on time, worked very hard and finished the whole complex job well within the projected timeframe. They fitted an Air-Con system with 4 internal units - very neatly and cleanly, considering they were drilling through brick walls. Very pleased with the helpful engineers and the company.

All element of work were carried out really well. From initial quote through to the installing heater and boiler, everything was done professionally and high quality work. I would recommend the team for any of your heating needs.

We just had a new Worcester Bosch external oil boiler installed to replace an old internal one. Unlike previous quotes from others, it exactly met our needs in the most affordable way. The installation team were great, their workmanship excellent and the job complete with only one night without heating. Carbin were so impressive we even paid on completion - a couple of weeks early.

Why can't more companies be like Carbin heating? A really excellent company who l can't recommend highly enough. From initial contact, for a quote for a complete heating system, through to installation, the service was first class. Engineers were all friendly and professional and did a great job. Dear Joe, I just wanted to record my thanks to Josh and his colleague after a great job this week. They were fantastic, highly professional, polite, nothing was too much trouble. I must admit, it was a little worried when his quote came in at half the time and nearly half the price of a competitor but the job they did was second to none. They actually went above and beyond even rebuilding some wooden shelving that had to be removed to accommodate the new pressurised cylinder. They were a credit to your business, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks once again, David

Moving into a new house, we had to replace the existing heating system which was improperly installed. We got a few quotes and while Carbin was the most expensive, we were very impressed with their initial assessment and so bit the bullet and went with them. We are so glad we did. The team were incredibly professional, confident, friendly and industrious. They worked solidly for 3 days, always with a smile on their faces, calmly and efficiently tackling every obstacle and making sure everything was done to the highest standard. They tested the system extensively and wouldn’t leave until everything was perfect. They even went to the trouble of registering everything for the applicable guarantees. This is a premium service which I cannot recommend highly enough.

Great service. Joe and his team are brilliant. Very accommodating and helpful. We had 3 new radiators fitted, the engineer was very efficient, was clean and tidy and we have been very happy with service each year from his service engineer. We can thoroughly recommend them.

Carbins replaced my boiler and cylinder, moved the flue and removed the loft tank in a day and a half. From start to finish it was an extremely efficient and effective service. The team were really polite and respectful. I was impressed at how swift, organised, and coordinated their work was, and how clean and tidy they left everything. I would highly recommend them.

What can say, turned up bang on time, did an amazing job with a new boiler, clean and tidy, no fuss. Very friendly workmen, even talked through how to use the wireless thermostat. Can absolutely recommend their service.
