The team installed a NIBE 16Kw ASHP, with a significant amount of re-plumbing of the house to get the existing radiator system upto standard in October 2025. Graham's work in defining the system requirements was thorough, and the installation team; Tom, Matt and Jason were fantastic. Tom's attention to detail and absolute dedication to making sure everything was done right was one of the best services I have ever had. 3 months of operation with some very cold spells (-5C and below for days at a time) have proved the system can keep us warm, and the whole house is warmer than it ever was with our old Oil fired system. Our thanks to the team.

Worcester Renewable provided a very high specification system which provides hot water, heating, aircon, charges our car, and uses solar power to cut our electricity bill. The team supported us every step of the way during the build and have delivered a high quality product. That I can control every room’s temperature via my phone as well as monitor the real-time power usage really helps with managing the system. Great work from Worcester Renewable and I’d be happy to recommend them

If I could have given 4.5 stars, I would have done. Always seem efficient and professional. The only issue I've had is that they only carry out servicing on Fridays so, if you need to rely on a family member to provide access to the property, the lack of flexibility can become inconvenient. Otherwise, no complaints.

WRE Carried out design and installation of all aspects of our self build home including ASHP, underfloor heating to ground and first floor, solar panel, battery storage, first fix plumbing and final commissioning. I found the entire team to be responsive to any queries I had and extremely efficient. Excellent standard of work throughout and would not hesitate to recommend.

Worcester Renewable Energy installed a heat pump system in our property at the end of January 2022, and subsequently fitted solar panels to our roof in the following year. My wife and have been delighted with the quality of the work undertaken and the performance of the systems in question. We have also been very impressed with the professionalism, diligence and curtesy demonstrated by the WRE team prior to, during and after installation, and we have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Ground source heat pump installation 14yrs ago with wet underfloor heating into a 600 year old house. The installation was great, it has delivered as expected and been maintained by WRE too. The process and people were so good, we had them back for an Air source heat pump installation 4 years ago, also with wet underfloor heating into a oak framed annexe. Great people to do business with. Highly recommended.

We've had an extremely positive experience working with Worcester Renewable Energy (WRE) since the fitting of solar panels in 2012. This continued through the renovation of our property and particularly on the decision to fit a heat pump based central heating system in our property commencing in 2015. Throughout the renovation and extension of our home WRE were extremely helpful, giving advice as we updated the property and informing decisions such as underfloor heating in the cellar and replacement conservatory and associated design issues, especially concerning insulation works, most of which we did ourselves. When it came to the commissioning of the central heating system, this again was done over a period reflecting our DiY progress (and learning!), the overall process being completed last year. In addressing issues, WRE have been really efficient - most notably when a component on our Mitsubishi based system failed, where they quickly identified the issue and engaging with Mitsubishi, had a repair undertaken. Mitsubishi were also very prompt here is covering the costs of damage caused by the issue. All of the people we have engaged with at WRE clearly care about our relationship with them and all come over as very professional in what they do. We look forward to continuing our engagement with WRE through annual servicing, maintenance and updating of both the solar PV and Heat Pump systems in the future.

WRE installed our ground source heat pump and external in ground pipework and in fact all the internal underfloor heating and suppies to bathrooms etc. , the full job. I must say that everything has ran smoothly now for more than 12 years and we can honestly say that we have been very pleased with the initial quality of work in the installation and smooth running of the system since.

We live in a very old farmhouse and 3 years ago we had a large new multiuse outbuilding constructed . Due to the relatively large scale, Worcester Renewable Energy designed and installed a terrific hybrid GSHP system that connects our house and outbuilding and works with our existing oil boiler , vastly reducing our use of heating oil and giving a very reliable heating and hot water system. They even completed all the ancillary plumbing for the new build. Servicing over the past three years has been routine. They do what they say, when they say, for the cost they say. Couldn’t hope for better , or more helpful staff on site and in the office🙂

We approached WRE 4 years ago for advice about air sourced heat pumps. Since then they have installed heat pumps, upgraded radiators in our old house, plus underfloor heating and solar panels for a new extension. Their work and customer support has been top class, helping us work around building delays, occasionally difficult times with other tradesmen on site and an unusual component failure which required replacement of the main water tank. Our house is now almost finished. We would recommend WRE without hesitation to anyone considering similar projects.

Worcester Renewables Energy Ltd have been with us on our renewable energy journey from the outset. They serviced and supported our original ground source system which was installed by another company in 2008. When the compressor failed on the original system Worcester Renewable Energy Ltd designed and installed the replacement air source system. Brilliant experience with Worcester Renewable Energy Ltd. who have just completed a big project at our house installing an Air Source Heat Pump system and Solar PV. Initial engagement with the company is unusual - they provide a big form for you to fill in before they produce an initial design and quotation. The form could be daunting for some. After the form is done, the engagement with the company has been brilliant throughout. They are willing to answer any questions, engage in discussion to tailor the plans to your precise needs. The survey visit is efficient and friendly. When they get on site, the team works incredibly hard. In two weeks we moved from a problematic micro-bore gravity fed system to a modern pressurised system centred on the new Air Source Heat Pump. The team left the house in a good state each evening. We were without hot water for only one night. At the end of the project the house was left extremely neat and tidy. During installation the team took on small changes to the scheme very happily. The system is in and working really well. Right now we are importing about 25% of the energy we would have used with the old heating system. (Note - the photo of the heat pump was taken before the pipes were insulated; the brick wall is where the gas flue used to be.) The company's website does not (at the time of writing) have a security certificate. This means you may receive security warnings from your browser.
