We had a slow leak in our toilet. The flush is behind a wall and difficult to access. Once the source of the leak was located, I was told it was necessary to make a hole in the wall to access it properly to be fixed. The whole process of making the hole, fixing the leak and then repairing the wall again was done very skilfully and I am very happy. This company is very professional and courteous.

Used PBT on numerous occasions. They are alway very helpful even making same day call outs in an emergency. Have highly recommended them to a couple of people who also use them! Thank You Pete and all your team for your exemplary service!

PBT Installations recently repaired my faulty toilet cistern. As usual the job was completed with the minimum of fuss and to their trademark high standards of care, courtesy and proficiency. Have used the services of Pete and his team on several occasions in the past - they also always carry out the annual service on my boiler - and will continue to do so in the future. A reliable, responsive and thoroughly professional business, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

PBT installed a new bathroom suite in our house. While on site they conducted themselves in a professional manner, cleaning up after each day, leaving our house neat and tidy The few issues that came up due to uneven tiling by the original builder and pre-sized cabinets not fitting exactly were all sorted without any fuss to make a perfect job. Attention to detail first rate.
