We are extremely disappointed with the level of customer service we have received from Envirolec Smart Energy Solution. After our initial phone call, during which we clearly explained that our solar panels were not functioning, we were told that the project manager would handle the issue. Unfortunately, since that call, the project manager has been completely unavailable and never followed up with us as promised. We have contacted the service number multiple times seeking assistance, only to be informed that the project manager—who appears to be the sole person responsible for handling faults and defaults—is no longer reachable. As a result, we have been left without any updates, support, or solutions. To date, our solar panels are still not functioning, and we feel ignored and let down as customers. This lack of communication, accountability, and after-sales support is unacceptable and has caused us significant frustration.

Envirolec Smart Energy Solutions were brilliant from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed every step of the way. Installation was quick, tidy, and the system works perfectly. Great communication, excellent workmanship — highly recommend!

I am extremely happy to share my experience with Envirolec regarding the solar panel installation at my property. Right from the initial consultation to the completion of the project, the professionalism, expertise, and customer service exhibited by the Envirolec team were nothing short of exceptional.

Solar Panels did not work from day one, multiple revisits failed to identify issues until multiple connectors melted down, which could have caused obvious serious problems. Still questions unanswered from management and comms have been woeful one year on.

Residential solar panels did not work from day one. Multiple revisits did not identify issue until multiple connectors melted away. This could have caused serious damage if it had spread. Various and changing excuses followed and still unanswered questions one year on. Communication with Senior Management has been shocking and I feel duty bound to warn others.
