Dan visited our home twice this week to complete work. He was professional and courteous at all times. Dan is a friendly and considerate person, who even the dog liked! All work was completed to a high standard, with consideration to how it would affect us living here.

We had Craig Moore do plumbing and electrical work, he did AMAZING!!!! So friendly and so chill, did literally a mass amount of jobs on his own and did a fantastic job of them all and explained to us what it was he was doing without leaving us in the dark. He’s really multi skilled. If we need another job I’d definitely ask for him again he’s wonderful! Bonus is he was great with our pets to!

After a bit of a disaster with the main electrician, hired to undertake a complete update of the electrics in our 1960s bungalow (we are only the second owners), this firm was recommended. They have proved to be 'absolutely fabulous'! Nothing is too much trouble and we are all sorted ready for completing our Building Regs conditions. Thank you specially to Luke Lambrechts and the rest of the delightful team.

Karl was a very pleasant guy, very chatty, polite and friendly. He explained the installation and what he had changed/fitted, answered any questions we had. Very clean and tidy, a very positive experience. I would highly recommend 😊

A 1-day job turned into 3 days (due mainly to some not-so-great wiring by the original builder). Karl, Luke and Jack did a great job and I was impressed with how thorough they were in both undertaking the work and identifying the existing problem areas. There was a lot of work scheduled, but they accommodated some additional requests and Karl was very patient in answering all my questions. They also did a great job of tidying up after themselves. The work was for my elderly mother and I needed the work completing during my visit. Even though they were clearly very busy, the business made sure that they got the work completed before I had to leave. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and the customer service. I would be happy to use them again in the future and to recommend them to others.

George came to my house and carried out remedial electrical work 14/0722. He had an outstanding manner and his workmanship was the best that I have had in some 30 years of being a council tennant. He was polite, informative and cleaned on both occasions after completing the work. Going above and beyond what he needed to do is not only a credit to himself but also to your company. Had George visit today for a ‘simple’ electrical check, nobody had been for 24 years so the poor bloke was here all day sorting out various issues, rewiring, changing sockets, fitting fire alarms and carbon monoxide alarms. Was so friendly and polite, dogs adored him and he was more than happy to let them follow him round begging for fusses. Cracking job, no complaints and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend in future.

This is the second visit by Craig Moore and all I can say is he is professional, courteous and smiles (which is very rare these days). He is extremely meticulous, and went above and beyond. He didn’t even stop for lunch. There are not many tradesmen around these days with his caliber. Please let him know about this review as staff are not always praised for the work they do.
