Experts!!!!

My heat pump started acting up towards the end of the year and I had no idea what to do with it as I hadn't had it installed and the previous owners of the house I bought did. I phoned up service my and a kind man on the phone explained about the maintenance it needs and why mine was running so terribly. He set me up a service plan and sent someone the same week for its first service, I'm shocked at how well it's running already and I plan to keep my plan and not let it get to the state it got to when I bought the house at the start of last year! I couldn't recommend this company enough!!

I finally have heating back on!

My Air Source Heat Pump stopped working at the end of january. I have had two companies out that were unable to fix it. Yesterday I had Chris here from ServiceMy, and within an hour he had identified the problem. After a journey to the wholesalers he came back and after a couple of hours working on it he had it back up and running. Can't thank him enough and I now have heating once again! Amazing service!

Booked my Air source heat pump in for a service, very friendly and helpful staff on the phones who went through everything with me. Got booked in and a lovely man came out within a few days. Very quick turn around and my heat pump is working better than ever.

He checked all the components of the system, cleaned, tested and also ensured everything was done correctly to protect my warranty. He gave me advice on improving efficiently, and recommend remote monitoring which I will be getting installed. The service has definitely improved performance.

I recently used ServiceMy to service my heat pump boiler and was really pleased with the professionalism of the engineer who turned up. The service was quick and straightforward, as was the booking. Cannot fault them and would certainly recommend to anyone looking to service their heating system.

This company are great, and very reasonable price. Did a full service, and additionally they helped us with a problem we had with the pump and internet Very helpful with talking us through the controls which we were struggling with. Great job and now I’m saving even more

Had my heat pump serviced after having it fitted just over a year ago. Declan came out to service it and not only did he do a good job of explaining everything to me he was also very considerate and friendly. I had found Service My online and there seems to be no others who do it!! I’ve also ended up saving more money as my heat pump now works more efficiently.
