Future Heat installed our solar panels and heat pump and we’re very pleased with the result, it works brilliantly and they were a cracking bunch of lads — knowledgeable, friendly, considerate, clean and tidy. Recommended!

My experience with Future Heat was very positive . Their survey was very thorough , their quotation was detailed and competitive and they started work soon after I place an order . The work was carried out over the course of only 3 days and to a very high standard . Their Engineers were very helpful in answering my queries during installation and afterwards . A First Class company .

I had been without heating for over 7 days when Lee came to fix my heat pump last night .He arrived at 8.30pm after a long day at work.Lee was friendly professional and explained to me what the problem was.I am now very relieved to have heating!! Very happy with the service I received you are a credit to your company thank you!

Aftercare is beyond a joke. System was fitted in March and over the last two weeks, my mum has no heating downstairs and today has woken up with no hot water. Calls after calls and all she gets is "someone will call you back" and "you are a priority" - it would actually help if any of you had any understanding of these systems before you proceed to fit them. As per another review, they sent some small heaters, which I think they assume will keep you quiet for a while, definitely not. This company knows there is a vulnerable adult in the property and today there is also no water so what are you prepared to do about it today as a priority because i will be escalating this higher.

I cannot sing this company’s praises enough! Their service has been exceptional from start to finish. I would particularly like to thank Gary who went out of his way to ensure that the engineers attended quickly to help us and to Lee and Yusha who attended and worked tirelessly into the evening to ensure that we were left with a fully working system. They showed absolute professionalism, made the disabled occupant of the company feel completely comfortable and took time to engage with us and ensure that we were happy. I have completely confidence is this company and absolutely recommend them to everything. Thank you so much again.

If i could give it no stars i would .Worst company I have ever delt with fitted.heat if pump system came back as they forgot to fit a part in the heat pump damage front panel and now saying they won't replace front panel i have to go to panasonic and pay for a front panel myself i would say stay away from this company.

Update : After posting my last review UKEM got in touch with me and apologized for overlooking my issue. An engineer visited and sorted out the leaky radiator, and took a look at the inverter which was working properly again after I had restarted it a couple of times. Solar companies do get very busy in the autumn/winter period so I can imagine they had a lot on… Here’s an update to my earlier review - this does not refer to the installation team who were great; The installation team were great. HOWEVER the technical support after installation is appalling. I contacted them months ago about a leaky radiator and no one has contacted me to arrange a visit. The inverter for the solar panels they I stalled stopped working over a week ago and I’ve been calling continually to get an engineer to find and see what the issue is, and no one has contacted me to arrange a visit. Installation; It took 12 hrs from start to finish to replace my old heating system under the government Eco4 scheme. Alex and his team installed solar panels, radiators and an air source heat pump on day one, and before the end of the next day it was all up and running. All the guys in the team were incredibly friendly, efficient and left the house cleaner than when they arrived. They made the whole process as painless and pleasant as possible.

Our experience of Future Heat is mixed.All the guys that came to the house have been great,friendly and professioal.But sadly the customer aftercare has not been so great. After countless amount of calls because we had no heat for 7 months and no solar panels working for 2 weeks. I had a Engineer come round today by the name of Lee and with in an hour and 15 mins he had fixed my heating because it was programmed wrong from the start. Then he found that the fuse was faulty for my solar panels and wired it to a spare fuse. So touch wood this has all by rectified by him.. He was very friendly ,professional and is a credit to Future Heat..We would defo give Lee 5 stars though. It is just a shame that their after care service is so bad and did not reply to my phone calls or emails for 2 months... Jonathon Bates

We've had Future Heat install our Air Source Heat Pump, Heating and Solar Panels, can't recommend them more, top blokes, Josh and his Colleague who installed the Heating and ASHP, Reese and Ryan the electricians (Who drove from all the way from Scotland to fix an issue we had on a bank Holiday weekend, arriving far into the night just to make sure we had hot water!) and Lee the 5 star Maintenance guy. 84 yr old left with heating system that doesn’t work and a flood at 10.30pm. Radiators fitted in places that stop doors opening and prevent furniture being where it was for 57 yrs. Dust everywhere (avoidable). One thermostatic valve only finger tight (leaking). Holes for pipe work not made good. Huge air source heat pump with one of its feet balanced on a stone. Joint failed during installation causing minor flood…property damaged. Glossed over by installers. System not working when the installers left in a hurry on the Friday night leaving only 1 radiator working. 1 week later even after calls to the office still unresolved. A small panel heater arrived in the post….to make up for a whole house being cold. 9 days later pipe joint burst causing second flood I find 84 yr old mopping floor and trying to stop furniture damage at 10.30pm on a Sunday. even more property damaged. No instruction left on how to isolate the system. 84 yr old now suffering with a chest infection due to dust, lack of heat and stress…she’s till trying smile through it though . …..12 days in and a plumber may be out. Insurance will only get involved when future heat have done something….meanwhile 84 yr old left to wait in a damp cold damaged property. Acceptable????

In 2023 Future Heat installed a heat pump, some new radiators and solar panels under the ECO4 scheme. I was very impressed with the company at the time from the care taken to work out heat loss etc to the installation. All was efficient and all the contractors that came were friendly, courteous and helpful. Unfortunately my heat pump suddenly stopped working about a week ago. Lee from Future Heat came to sort out the fault and carry out a full service. He was here 3 hours and was friendly and courteous throughout. He and the company went out of their way to sort things for me. Thankyou to Lee and Future Heat.

I would like to thank Future heat Team. Specially Alex and his team for doing a good job. He was really kind and humble good attitude. clearly explained what was going to be done from start to end. Very helpful guy.

Nice friendly people, but I get the impression because it was a 3-5+ hour drive for each contractor the job they done for me was rushed. Didn't wire the solar inverter up correctly, and took a day and a age to come out and sort it again, and had a smart meter installed yesterday only to find the meter installer had to leave us disconnected from the grid due to a serious fault left by the electricians (a reverse polarity) phoned up future heat and was assured some one would be out to sort it that day (yesterday) still waiting for them to turn up, So cost me more money to get my own electrician to sort it.

Communication was excellent from Lee, he contacted me by telephone to advise me that he would be coming to visit to rectify work that needed to be done, he gave me a few days notice prior to his arrival, he then proceeded to call me the day before to advise on time that he would be arriving and messaged me 20 minutes before he arrived. Lee was very thorough throughout his visit to rectify the work that was required following a service, he was friendly and courteous throughout visit, he explained and showed work that had been carried out whilst he was here. He offered advice on how to run the air source heating efficiently.

The installation couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout, everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful. Joe and Ben who installed the system were fantastic, they answered our questions and went out of their way to help - we enjoyed having them around the house. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

From the start back in June 2024 it's been a complete nightmare. I have had nothing but problems which numerous people have tried to rectify, all of which have told me that it's an instalation issue. Wrong pipe connectors caused a leak in my kitchen ceiling. The radiators wouldn't work and it was found to be the pipes which had been wrongly installed. I have requested, numerous times, my instalation pack to register my solar panels which I still haven't got. No one ever calls you back you have to chase them continuously. No matter how long I leave the heating on it has never got above 16 degrees and I was told it should easily reach 21. The original installers made it obvious that they didn't want to be here and just wanted to go home, finished a bedroom house in about 6 hours, which I have been told is not really long enough and would have been rushed. Would not recommend to anyone. Also they left damage to carpets, broke glass photo frames, ripped my table cloth, had no regard for my personal belongings and left holes in the ceiling where the pipes go in a terrible mess with expanding foam. I'm going to invest in some oil filled radiators for next winter because your heating is a joke. All of the sub contractors who have tried to help have been fantastic.

Excellent company from customer service to engineers. Very professional. Engineers made what was quite a difficult installation due to my small cottage look easy. Extremely happy with my new heat pump, solar panels and cylinder. Installed beautifully and everything works perfectly. All radiators can be controlled independently via a very user friendly app. Also have a wireless independent thermostat. Thank you to the team. Highly recommend.

Although the heating system has made a big difference to our home I had a terrible experience with future heat and if I’m honest if I knew now what I know I would never have approached them. My house was treated terribly by the men who completed the work, here’s a list of the issues; * Floor in the bedroom broken *Carpet on the landing was lifted and is now constantly moving as it was not put back down properly * Laminate flooring scratched In The lounge * Lamp In The lounge broken from being knocked over * electrician very rude and had placed the new fuse box in my dining room rather than in the kitchen hidden next to the existing one so I’m now left with a mess on my dining room wall from them having to move it as it was an eyesore! * burn on my bedroom floor carpet * I actually moved my fridge yesterday and found the horror they left my floor in! I could actually see under the house!!! * a hole still on the outside wall of my house apparently going to be filled * Nails left in our drive and garden * The technical monitoring inspector drove his van onto my neighbours garden and had to be towed of it!! Leaving a massive hole There’s many more issues on top of these Honestly I couldn’t even make this stuff up! Disappointed is an understatement the only good workmen was the ones who did the solar panels

Had a great service from Josh installing our heat pump and radiators down in the depths of Cornwall. Despite them having difficulty with a delivery and removal of our old boiler they remained professional throughout and updated us each time a situation changed. Also the house was left clean and tidy at the end and the waste has been neatly left ready for collection, great service and they were both great with us having children wondering around too 👍

The boys were on time, worked non stop, very professional, and clean and tidy. Did the job in said time. So pleased that i would highly recommend this co to anyone. Well done
