There customer service is shocking and they don't keep to times to come out. Only one person was good and that was Tom. Not happen with service

Timely efficient installation of a Tesla wall charger unit. Ben was very clear and helpful from the initial communication and led some old farts through the high tech bits. I recently had a fault with charger installed by a company who are no longer trading. The manufacturer did not have a telephone line and correspondence was difficult. I contacted EV Wales via LinkedIn and received a swift response. Throughout I have dealt with Ben who could not be more customer centric in his approach to a resolution. Although EV Wales did not install they were prepared to support with a local engineer to diagnose and attempt to repair swiftly and even supported me with advice and options. The engineer was also very supportive and informative. They were able to resolve the problem and get me back online. Highly recommend EV Wales and cannot thank Ben enough.

The guys did a good efficient job of installing an ev charger and explained things clearly on first job. When I rang again because my inverter was tripping was quoted for all sorts of testing on my ev chargers even though it was nothing to do with them. When I just asked for the breaker to be replaced they went radio silent on me and despite reminders have not got back in touch.

If you’re looking for a EV charger to be installed, look no further than EV-Wales. From order enquiry, through site inspection, order placement and installation, EV-Wales are second to none. They are professional and friendly and nothing is too much for them. Office staff, Amelia C in particular, are great and Shaun, who installed my Simpson and Partners charger, was friendly, tidy and every efficient. I’d highly recommend EV-Wales.

Good all round experience with these guys. I bought a wall charger from Tesla and they gave me a list of approved installers- EV Wales were in the list. They sent out a questionnaire which was fairly straightforward to complete. My electrician ran the cables from fuse box to outside where the car is parked. EV Wales attended about 2 weeks after that and the installation took around 90 minutes with no issues. Very punctual and polite. Regardless of what charger you decide to buy and what EV you have, I would recommend them and would use them again. I would speak to them BEFORE buying a charger for advice on which charger is right for you and what cables need to go where.

EV Wales provided a new charger for my property. Really appreciated the non-pushy attitude when providing the quote, just clear explanation of what it covered and then left with me to decide. I went back to EV to confirm I'd like to proceed and again had clear communication from the team, the installation date booked in, and an expected time for the engineer to attend. On the day, had a call from the engineer to advise how long he'd be. Before starting work, we discussed the final location for the charger and what he would be doing as part of the installation. The installation was completed efficiently with as little disruption as possible and once complete and connected to my WiFi was shown the accompanying app and the basic functions.

From the initial phone call enquiry to the on-site installation, EV Wales were extremely helpful, efficient, friendly and professional and carried out the work to a great standard. I would highly recommend them, they provide a great service which is sadly lacking in many companies today.

Really happy with the service from EV Wales from the very beginning, Kimberly explained over email and the phone when the guys will complete the work. The installation team (Sam and Shaun) which are quite a distant from Wales to my house were very professional and did a great job with the cable layout .
