Paul Halsall and his team cannot be recommended too highly for the installation of an Ohme Home Pro EV charger at our house. His inspection visit prepared us for work needed to be carried out (free of charge) by Octopus, our energy suppliers. The installation itself was carried out efficiently and with great care taken to ensure that no cabling from the charger to the power source is visible. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the outcome.

These guys are the best. Friendly, flexible, knowledgeable and they deliver a superb standard of workmanship. Paul and his team clearly care about the work they carry out and it shows. I can't fault them, and I wouldn't want anybody else to carry out electrical work in my home.

In anticipation of our electric vehicle arriving, we arranged for The Wooldale Electrical Company to install a Zappi charger for us. The service was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, quick and efficient, and great value, and Paul was ultra knowledgeable about the products and power supply. Unlike other services we've commissioned recently, we never once felt like we were being recommended inappropriate products, or pushed to add unnecessary optional extras, it was all very much a customer-led experience, and we are completely delighted with the final fitting. What more recommendation could we offer than to say 'we'll for sure be back!" - We're now planning to have a 10kw battery installed by Wooldale, with a view adding solar at some point in the near future. Everything WEC have fitted is future proofed, and the final finish was flawless, neat and tidy, and perfectly positioned. Finally, as well as being super knowledgeable, Paul is clearly a fantastic human being in general. Hats off to WEC, they're grrrreat!

We are thrilled with our solar panels, Libbi inverter and batteries, Eddi and Zappi, installed expertly by the Wooldale Electrical Company. The installation went very smoothly, and the workmanship is second to none. The whole team (scaffolders, roofers, electricians) were all very polite and professional. Paul came out to do the survey and advised us on what we would need. His honesty was very much appreciated, with no attempt to oversell a system to us. As he is involved in the installation himself, he was able to answer all our questions (unlike another company whose representative had to keep phoning head office to get the information we needed). The quote was very competitive, we were kept informed of the progress of our G99 application, and communication with both Paul and Damian was excellent. We definitely made the right decision when we chose Wooldale for our installation. Now all we need is some sunshine!

We had Wooldale Electrical Company install our home battery system back in February and it’s been working as expected. We don’t have solar so we change the battery overnight on a cheaper tariff and then use the battery during the day when it would otherwise be more expensive. So far I estimate it’s saving us approx 30 pence per kWh, we would also be able to take the battery system with us if we were to move house unlike solar. I would totally recommend Wooldale Electrical Company for a home battery solution.

Tesla Wall Charger Installation. Paul was professional and honest from the very first contact. Clearly explained the additional electrical parts needed for the Tesla charger (most other UK chargers include PEN Fault Protection, but Tesla ones don't). Needed an additional consumer unit and PEN fault protection box. Came to install exactly when he said, and did a really neat installation of everything in my cellar. Installation certificate sent through via email at the end of the job. Very fair price compared to other larger installation companies; they seem to just charge higher, take a cut then just sub-contract out. Much preferred going direct to a real company! Can definitely recommend.

Wooldale Electrical installed a GivEnergy 9.5kwh Home Battery and AC 3.0 inverter a couple of weeks ago and its working great. It charges up during the night on a cheap tariff and then discharges throughout the day and will help me save on energy bills in the long run. This is the second time i've used Wooldale this year after having a Hypervolt EV charger installed back in march. These guys are knowledgable, they listen, are professional and do a very neat and tidy job.

Paul was a fantastic find. We are new to the world of electric cars and he was really helpful in advance of installation, explaining everything really clearly. He was really communicative beforehand and arrived bang on time. A real pleasure to have around for the morning - we chatted about all sorts - from electric cars to where best to ski locally. The charger has been working perfectly and I know that he will be on hand if we have any queries / issues.

From the moment I called Paul I knew I was on to a good thing. He was really responsive, provided genuine and well thought through advice, made the ordering process easy and turned up on time to do the job. The job itself was done efficiently and the house and outside area left clean and tidy. I am really pleased with the charging point as a result. Paul also took the time to explain everything and answer all my (many) questions. Overall, really impressed and would highly recommend.

Had a Hypervolt EV charger installed by Wooldale and couldn't be happier. Fantastic work from Paul with excellent attention to detail and shows he cares about doing a great job which is rare nowadays. I would highly recommend him if you need an EV charger. Paul installed my Hypervault Home charger for me and I couldn't be happier. He turned up when he said he would, very friendly, polite and got the job done with little fuss. Very happy with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone wanting electrical work doing, not just EV chargers.

We used Wooldale Electrical to install an EV charge point at our house. They were very professional and we are very happy with the job. In the jungle of EV installers in can become quite confusing which installer to choose from. Well I picked the perfect company, namely Wooldale Electrical Ltd. Be rest assured the service will be impeccable and the installation will be carried out with 100% professionalism. Paul carried out the initial survey and provided me with a more then reasonable quote. I had the Zappi 22kw Installed and it works a treat. I recommend him for all those looking to have an EV charge point installed.
