We recently had Synergy PV Renewables installing 12 panels to our rear-facing roof. When working in the roof, the guys managed to knock a plumbing joint, which unfortunately caused a leak through the bedroom ceiling. Accidents happen, but what really impressed us was how quickly and professionally the team dealt with it. Within hours, a building team arrived, repaired the plumbing, patched and repainted the ceiling, and made everything good again — all in the same day. They even came back the next day to apply a second coat of paint to make it perfect. What could have been a disaster was turned around brilliantly thanks to their honesty, speed, and workmanship. You really see a company’s true quality in how they handle problems, and Synergy PV Renewables proved themselves first-class.

Alex and Reece did a top quality job for us. Installed solar panels and battery after careful and professional consultation taking into account our budget, our requirements and what best suited the site. Thoroughly recommended.

My Off-Grid Garage Setup Alex installed 12 solar panels on my garage roof so that I can mainly supply back to the grid eventually , for now 3 panels keep things running off-grid until network power get my supply connected .honestly, I’m impressed, not only with the system but with Alex’s team and his knowledge and workmanship, the 3 panels run the lights, internet alarm system, security cameras, garage door and let me charge my tools without any issues. Looking forward to Alex and his team coming back to finish the installation once I’m connected to the grid.

From installation to service, they were excellent. They staged the installation of the solar panels to help complete the roof work, and later returned to install the inverter and batteries.

Speaking to a company that actually answers the questions so you understand is so refreshing. The work done to install an EV charger and Sauna power was kept to the quotation was on time and neat. Alex and Reece are polite well spoken presentable and trust worthy in an industry that is often full of cowboys and unqualified workers causing problems. Genuinely can’t recommend enough for an electric one stop shop company.

I contacted Alex over the phone and unlike the national providers who I spoke to, he actually offered to come and see me to explain how he would go about implementing solar panels for me. He sent a drone up to survey the roof and discussed in detail how the electrics would be routed through the house. On the day the electricians who did the work confirmed what had been agreed (they had been well briefed) and delivered exactly what had been promised. In my opinion it was a premium service (everything was completed in 1 day) and I have never encountered scaffolders with a more impressive can do attitude, everything came through a single kitchen window and arrived and departed on days when I didn’t have my children (I’m a single parent). I would definitely have paid a premium for this service but whether it was due to doing the survey in person or just being more local than the national providers who quoted they were the lowest quotation as well. I would recommend Alex and his Synergy team, in fact I already have.

We are very satisfied with the installation of our EV charger. The service was very prompt from the survey to the completion of the installation. We would certainly recommend anyone to use them.

I can't recommend Alex and Synergy Renewables enough!! I filled out a form online and got bombarded with calls from 5 other companies. Some came round to look at the job, others claimed they could give me a quote without coming to look at the job. I was definitely not going to trust a company who wouldn't even check if my roof was suitable. Alex personally came to see me 3 times (we had a lot of questions!!) He was great in explaining it all to us, he even installed temporary monitoring to analyse our energy use. They weren't the cheapest option but were well priced. My house now feels like a micro power plant generating energy for years to come. A huge thank you to Alex and the team at Synergy!!!

Synergy installed a stand-alone battery system and Zappi smart EV charger to work alongside my existing solar setup on an old Feed-in tariff Now, I never waste electricity back to the grid any excess solar power goes into my battery, heats my water, or charges my car. Very happy with their service and costs for the work, Thank you Synergy!

Synergy Renewables installed a 4kW Solar System and Battery for me last month and I can’t recommend it or them highly enough! I won’t lie this is definitely not my area of expertise but the team were so knowledgable and really went above and beyond to guide me through the whole process - they even helped me review my energy provider tariff so I’m now on a smart tariff that means charging my battery overnight is done at the absolute lowest rate. I also love the Fox app that comes as part of the system because it makes tracking my electricity usage so simple and has been another great way for me to keep costs down. If you’ve been toying with the idea of switching to solar give these guys a shout, you won’t regret it.

Would highly recommend Synergy. On a personal quest to reduce and monitor our electrical usage we contacted Synergy who designed and built a small PV system to capitalise on our limited space/budget and north facing roof complexity. Were others said it was not viable synergy worked a solution. With little PV space available we were able to install a 4 panel system with 4kw battery capacity to capitalise on off peak energy rates to offset higher day dates. We currently use on average 12-16kw of electric a day and our system albeit smaller than normal installs you see popping up and installed in the autumn has lowered our current electrical bills from circa £110 a month to just under £70, this saving has been mainly formed from off peak purchases of electricity which the battery feeds back into the house during normal times. With our PV north facing our “good months” are unfortunately the height of spring/summer/autumn but with 1800w of generating capacity our system should generate an additional 3/5kw a day lowering our electrical costs below £45/50 a month, not bad for a 3 bed!! Due to some good solar days for winter (around a kw generated) and balancing negative energy prices via charging and discharging we’ve manage to have 2 days were our cost for electricity for the day was negative which was happy occurrence! Once again, I would highly recommend Alex/Grant and the team on your renewable quest!!

The solar panel installation and maintenance industry is riddled with companies who just are not up to the job. Synergy PV Renewables Ltd restored our faith that there are good guys out there who know their industry, provide an excellent service and value customer care. I cannot speak highly enough of the job they did for us - erecting scaffolding, lifting 15 panels evicting pigeons, cleaning the roof and panels putting back the panels, making the whole area bird proof, and checking all in working order as there were some issues with our inverter, oh and they threw in a free gutter clean too! Would highly recommend this company.

Cant rate them highly enough! Alex obviously knows what he's talking about, his years of experience were apparent from our first conversations. His team of electricians and roofers were great- friendly, hard-working and thorough. They all did a fantastic job on our PV system, it looks like a work of art too! A proper job with all the certificates and documentations contained in a comprehensive handover pack. Highly recommended!

Theses guys were really good, Alex surveyed the site, gave some sound advice and a really competitive price. The install was clean and quick and the guys were very accommodating to my wants and needs, they explained everything well and we are currently 6 months in and saving more than expected, happy days.
