Excellent service dishwasher ordered Monday and fitted Thursday can’t fault the business.

My new dishwasher was delivered a day after I ordered it. Two very pleasant men brought it, fitted it and took the old one away. Wonderful service, as always.

Well that was just fantastic. Had a new TV installed, and setup by a nice team. The work was done with pride and efficiencies. Just ACE all the way from looking at the TV in the shop to the van leaving my driveway.

Always a pleasure to deal with real people with vast experience. From arrival at the store to installation you are left feeling accommodated by a friend who is happy to put up with your awkward antics. The level of customer service is traditional family business but with competitive pricing. The products wanted sourced (not held in stock), delivery arrangements made and all prices include everything no extra charges for delivery, no additional costs for removal of existing, no price hike for fitting and all done with professionalism by clean experienced engineers. All packaging taken away and a test run of appliance before signing off. Exceptional.

Absolutely fantastic service from a local company. I will use them for all future appliances! They helped me to find a replacement induction hob to fit the existing cutout in my counter, delivery and fitting were included in the price, even recycling the old hob and removing packaging. Order placed on the Friday afternoon and new hob fitted on the Tuesday!

We phoned up to ask about a tumble dryer, the salesman was courteous and knowledgeable about the product and it was a very reasonable price to pay. I will be back for my appliances.

Wonderful service! The price of my washing machine was the same as major retailers, delivered promptly, installed, packaging and old machine removed, at no extra cost. I wish I'd known about them before. Fully recommended.

Another TV fitted by Jones Television for us today. Their service is second to none. 100% trust them to look after my elderly parents electrical needs and not mis- sell or up-sell for a quick buck. They have a good selection of electrical goods not just the TVs. We’ve also had a tumble dryer delivered and fitted too in the past. I’ve nothing but praise for their engineers who are very respectful of both property and people.

Cheeky company, engineer arrived and said this samsung washer just needs turning off and on again to reset it. And then promptly charged £48 for doing this. Why they didn't say to try this before they came out if they knew it would be the solution.

Very expensive for a call out fee, machine started working as the engineer got here. Would have been beneficial to speak to an engineer on the phone.

Amazing people who dealt with NEFF when our newly new oven failed and secured a replacement for us. Caring and responsive and willing to tackle 'big business' and ensure that the customer wins out. Have also bought a freezer from them recently and will be buying from Jones again. They deserve loyal local customers.

We've bought a couple of TVs a fridge and a chest freezer from Jones, and they were very helpful and delivered really quick. I would definitely recommend them.

Brilliant service! Television gave up the ghost last night - rang Jones Electrical first thing this morning and new tv installled before lunch! Very happy customer!
