Fast and efficient. I always try to source local trades persons where possible and these guys delivered. They were prompt to respond, competitively priced and explained the process from quote to install. The install was completed in a timely fashion and neatly done! Would recommend to others.

I am so impressed with Elektra , after getting three quotes not only were they the most reasonable price Uri was the only person who explained about getting smart with my energy usage. The whole team turned up on a cold rainy January day and completed the entire solar installation in just one day , solar panels , inverter, battery and car charger. The next day the sun came back out and I not only had free electricity all day but the charge in the battery was enough to run the house all night as well .I would highly recommend using Elektra if you are looking to save money on your bills.

Excellent installation and faultless system performance

Elektra Smart Energy installed a Tesla Powerwall 3 along with solar panels at our property, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The installation itself was flawless; well planned, tidy, and carried out to a very high standard. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew the equipment inside out. Everything was commissioned properly, and the system has worked perfectly since day one with no issues at all. It’s refreshing to deal with an installer who delivers exactly what they promise. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Elektra Smart Energy to anyone considering solar panels and battery storage.

Uri, Mike and the team did a fantastic job from start to finish. Very clear discussion at the start on different options available, associated costs and a rapid response to any questions I had. The work carried out was done to a very high standard and the guys worked really hard to install the battery down the side of the house out of the way and find an optimum route of cables from the panels to the battery, extremely neat installation, top job. Highly recommended.

When my old charger started to malfunction I was a bit panicky, as we have no eV chargers locally. I contacted four different companies for advice on repairs or replacements. Electra Smart Energy were by far the most responsive, supportive and proactive. They came out promptly, explained clearly what the problem was (which chimed with my limited research) and came up with practical and affordable solutions. I was sorted out with a new and superior charger within the week - before my car battery needed its next charge.

Nothing but praise

We have waited a few months to see how things worked out. It has been outstanding. We have only praise for everyone involved. The advice given in our slightly odd circumstances was spot on. They even seemed to have arranged sunny weather so we are using very little from the grid but selling them lots! We have recommended them several times and will continue to do so. Thank you all.

Excellent experience with a solar panel and home battery installation, from initial discussion (which was with qualified engineers, rather than a sales team) and system planning, to the installation and commissioning of the system. The scheduling of the preparatory work and the installation itself was seamless. Communications throughout the process was excellent, and Elektra were happy to answer all questions. Their quote was itemised and aligned with the wholesale price of the equipment used. Highly recommended.

I have been very impressed with Elektra Smart Energy throughout the whole process of purchasing a Zappi charger. Customer service has been brilliant and very efficient, from my first enquiry, to them coming out, quoting and installing. They also responded quickly and sorted out a problem within the day, so I wasn’t left without a charger to use. Would highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again.

We are really happy with the solar system fitted today. The scaffolders, roofers and electricians were excellent and very professional with excellent attention to detail. The work is incredibly neat and tidy as you can see in the photos. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company.

Elektra Smart Energy Recommenation.

Elektra Smart Energy recently installed a back up battery and a car charging point to my previously installed PV system. I first got a few quotes and Elektra were very competitive, However I selected them from a word of mouth recommendation from a previous satisfied customer, Electra have a good reputation. They took care of the planning procedure and dealt with all the necessary permits for me. The installation was carried out efficiently and neatly on schedule, cleaning up afterwards. The team were also very helpful afterwards installing the relevant useful apps. for me. Being a non-technical person this was a great help. I would not hesitate to recommend them 100% to you. A great team

I researched businesses to install a solar array, batteries and inverter. A company who could undertake the plethora of paperwork to achieve our aims to utilise solar from an environmental perspective but also reduce our monthly energy costs. I met Uri… He visited and we came up with a plan, changed it quite a few times but had it installed alongside our existing FiT from a decade ago. Along with the installation team, the solar panel installers, electricians and Mike at the office we’ve had great service. At the moment we’re still learning to maximise our income and each time I write and ask a question Uri is on the phone with an answer. This isn’t an “install & run” business. They care, they want the customer to be happy and get a good experience. To my mind this is a business with a future and will be around when I need my next upgrade. I’m now learning how to fine tune the settings and get the best return & still getting suggestions on how to maximise our income.

We were really impressed with Uri and his team who have recently installed a battery system at our house. The battery was installed in under a day and through off peak charging has reduced our winter electrical bills by over 65%. We are now looking for Elektra to install solar panels in the coming months when we have planning permission to compliment the battery system.

Uri’s customer service is second to none. He responded promptly to all our requests and accommodated our visits at short notice. The installation, overseen by Mike, was smooth and efficient and the house appearance seemed little changed . We like the fact Elektra is local and we can contact them easily should there be any problems down the road.

As a community hub, energy conservation is an important consideration for the Hall management committee and a major financial investment. In exploring our options with a number of suppliers, we found Elektra Smart Energy gave us the best advice, explaining the installation in terms we could understand. They took the time to ensure their proposal met our needs and patiently waited for our decision. The installation was scheduled during a quieter time resulting in minimum disruption. The follow up support has been fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. The savings on our energy consumption have so far exceeded our expectations and we are very pleased with our choice. Elektra installed a battery storage system at our offices to capture the excess energy produced by our solar system. The entire team were friendly, professional, tidy and very knowledgeable. Elektra were in constant communication to keep us up to date and have provided after-sale care to answer any of our questions. Can’t recommend them enough, five stars.

Elektra Smart Energy installed 15 solar panels at our property, together with an EV charger. The process was efficient and pain-free. Uri communicated effectively so we understood next steps at every juncture. Everything was achieved in a timely manner and we would not hesitate to recommend.

I had my Ratio Io5 electrical vehicle…

I had my Ratio Io5 electrical vehicle charger installed- not an easy project - 2 bed terrace house cable had to come from the kitchen cabinets (don't ask) through the extension, across the garden, around the detached garage, Elektra did it all in 5 hours and made a lovely tidy job of it- now enjoying limited Rapid charging only for long journeys. Life seems a little less complicated now! Thanks very much

First class solar installation by real experts

Great experience from design to installation. Elektra spent time understanding our energy requirements, looking at alternative options from solar panel configuration, inverter size and battery capacity to meet our energy requirements. Options were provided with costs to ensure we could achieve a specific budget. The options also suggested an Eddi solution for hot water which was a great addition. Uri and Mike went the extra mile to ensure that the installation was done in the best way possible for our property which had some specific challenges. Uri and MIke ensured that the scaffolder, roofer and electricians all worked together to deliver a great solution in a timely manner. When we had questions about the apps to manage our electrictiy we found Mike very responsive. Three weeks after installation we have imported close to zero electricty from the grid and have been able to export a good amount.

I couldn't recommend ELEKTRA Smart Energy enough. After deciding on the GivEnergy brand for my Battery, EV and Solar install, I wanted to stay local and support a local business. As an approved GivEnergy installer (amongst other brands), ELEKTRA came out on top for me due to their friendly approach, competitive quote and attention to detail. All the staff and installation engineers were great and any changes needed along the way (either on their side or my side) were discussed as to the best option for my situation. The overall install was very tidy and the system works exactly as i'd hoped for, keeping everything together in one eco system. The aftercare and friendly approach from all the staff at ELEKTRA was also second to none and their knowledge in this growing field combined with their ability to work with the clients needs is superb (they are not just trying to sell you a system you may not need, like other nationwide companies might).
