It was really hard for me to find an electrician who would provide a quote for the work I needed, so I really appreciated how quickly Chris got back to me to provide a quote and set a date for the work. Chris came really promptly to sort multiple faults for an EIRC for me, matched a previous quote with no problem at all after a previous electrician let me down, was accommodating and a really excellent communicator. I was let down by my Electrician who couldn’t provide the required documentation for my building regulations certification after the rewire of my property. Chris and his team installed solar power with battery and power diverter. Installation consists of 19 panels (7 facing east and 12 west), inverter, 5KW battery, Eddie power diverter feeding two hot water tank heating elements and a fire/smoke detector in the loft. Chris worked with me on the return on investment for a number of different configurations to find the right configuration for our situation. I had done my research but speaking with Chris his current knowledge and experience helped deliver a more solid and cost effective solution, unlike some proposals I received for a limited installation which would not have matched our needs. Chris was also willing to submit the G99 for the larger 7.79kw generation capacity without charge and wait for the outcome before proceeding. The team where very professional onsite and the work, including wiring in the loft, is very neat. The system has been running a month now and I'm pleased with the power generated and how automatically the system optimises the use of our self generated power. The battery can be quiet dynamic on overcast days, going from slowly charging to providing power when the cooker is used, then charging again. The Eddie diverter has been providing us with sufficient solar power heated hot water. Based on my experience with the team I would highly recommend CJR Electrical services.
