Stay clear of this company. What a carry on we are having with Eon. The lies and miss guided information arktek are putting to Eon is absolutely unbelievable. They made an appointment to carry out some work on our property. Which included wall insulation, trickle vents to be added to our current windows and Extractor fans in our bathrooms and kitchen. They said all the works would be completed in 1 day. They didn't arrive the first day. They didn't arrive the second day that they rescheduled. Didn't arrive the third day. 1 contractor turned up 4 days after the the originally planned day to do the insulation. The week after the electricians came to fit the extractor fans. They caused so much mess and damage then couldn't finish the work because they didn't have all the bits. They left there mess all over inside and outside. Red brick dust filled out entire home. And when the lad was finished fitting the kitchen extractor fan. He just grabbed his tools and asked my wife to tidy up when she was trying to make our little boys Tea after Nursey. They then installed trickle vents to our current windows. They smashed 4 window handles during this process. The trickle vents were the wrong style for our windows so the windows wouldn't close correctly. All the contractors that turned up never new what they were there to do. They all slated Arktek saying how unprofessional they were. Very poor experience and it is still going on now to try and be rectified. Keep well clear

Avoid at all costs. They made a mess of the house. It’s taken us a few months to get things back to normal after spending so much money on top to refurbish everything. The boiler is now leaking and due to this, the central heating doesn’t work most of the time. They still have a lot of unfinished jobs and we’ve not heard back from them for months. Our house was in a much better state before they turned it upside down. Maybe if they completed the work in a timely manner and didn’t damage our property, I would have recommended them. But sadly no.

Arktek did very good quality internal wall insulation, professional job done. The team was friendly and completed the insulation work on time. I recommend Arktek for great and quality work

AVOID! Caused a leak in my office and put me out of work for the day and they simply couldn't care less. They've still not fixed the damaged cased after nearly 2 weeks. If you value your home, don't let them anywhere near it!

These cowboys were used to do the insulation in my house, and fit an ASHP, insulation and solar panels… a 300 year old house and they didn’t respect it at all. Plastered a door shut!! Had to re plaster and did an awful job, butchered the skirting boards and stuck them back on with glue, I had a year old baby girl at the time, and they had scattered nails and screws around like they were confetti. No finesse to the job. It’s cost me £4500 to put my little home back together after these thugs had been in.. I would have been better leaving the old boiler in and saving up to replace that one.they didn’t even connect the solar panels to the batteries 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m not sure if it’s Arktek themselves or sub contractors but who ever they are they need to have a career change because this one isn’t for them. If I had known how much of a nightmare it was going to be I would have said no to everything. Government funded or not - they don’t care, in and out as fast as possible.

Kaldeep and his team did an amazing job with the insulation. Clean up after themselves and very professional. The team are a great bunch of nice guys who are all great to talk to and great at explaining everything they do. They updated us at every step of the process and made us aware of what they need to do. Thank you very much guys! Lovely job!

Complete set of cowboys if you want your house a tip with everything damaged then let these bunch of cowboys of an outfit undertake your work they will damage your property and belongings the actual workmanship is a laughing stock the workers certifications definitely need to be looked at! damaged multiple items in the property still awaiting for them to finish off the works they started over a year ago no surveyors have been out to oversee anything still awaiting certifications of works!

Kaldeep and his team did a fantastic job at my house. They were friendly and appreciative of very little things. Their work was done with high quality in a short amount of time. They were very organised and a professional team.

Kaldeep and his team did a fantastic job at my house. I was worried about the amount of mess that would be caused, but Kaldeep and his team made sure the work was done perfectly with very little disruption to my family. My daughter suffers from asthma, so Kaldeep made sure the rooms were cleaned after each day Also, Arktek didn't tell me how the work would be carried out until Kaldeep turned up. He explained everything in great detail. I had a few issues with what was being done, as many of the Arktek workers were telling me different things. Kaldeep was honest with me and reassured me about everything. I can't thank Kaldeep enough. Great work, guys! Just a warning: if you have received a call from 'Waqas,' ignore him and stay clear of him! He might use different names now, as he has let down many people with fake promises. He will be on the phone 24/7 before the work starts, but after the work is done, he will block your number! Thank you so much kaldeep and the team A* work

Great work by kaldeep and the team, insulation work is being done to a high standard, the job is messy but they have done everything to keep the house as clean as possible using dust sheets and sweeping as they go. They are still ongoing and will finish in 2 days but we are very happy with the work hence the early review

Really pleased with this company, very professional. We had a boiler installation and underfloor insulation installed as part of the Eco scheme. Mark and colleagues were really professional and we were really pleased with the boiler installation. All engineers arrived on time, with courtesy calls from Arktek before every visit. I would really recommend.

Wow what a fab team Mark James and Matt. Cannot thank them enough today . A fantastic job completed installing a new boiler system for my elderly Mum. Not the easiest of jobs but they mastered it and never once complained. They are a great bunch of lads and deserve a platinum star for their excellence. I can highly recommend as I can honestly say they did us proud today.

They are the real deal, had a new boiler and cavity insulation. More than happy to come back and resolve any issues we had even months after the job had been finished. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. They are unbelievably professional more than I would expect, even gave me advice on how to fill in holes in my brick work, trade secret 👍

The engineers who arrived to do a new boiler install were Mark and James. They were consumately professional throughout and carried out their duties with distinction. Absolutely wonderful personalities too which made the whole process seamless and dare I say it enjoyable :-) and since whens a new boiler install enjoyable with so much that could potentially go wrong. But not with these two at the helm who knew the job inside out and completed it without breaking sweat. Company boss, if you're reading this then these two deserve a pay rise and are a credit to your firm 👏 these are exactly the type of employees you should be pulling out all the stops for to keep. Very neat and tidy finish and they even took out the time to pop back and train me on how to use the wireless thermostat correctly which was well and truly above the call of duty. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about using this company 👌

Had a couple of jobs at our office - installing a loft hatch and insulating quite a large area in the loft. The team was superb from start to finish. Clear communication, prompt arrival, and very quick to get through the work on the day. Can't recommend highly enough!
