We are very happy with the work Plumbcore did on our new kitchen. The provide a prompt and professional service, we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Plumbcore have just installed new bathroom units, WC and bidet. They were excellent, Andy their fitter arrived exactly on time and cleared everything up when he had completed the job. Excellent service.

I am very disappointed by my experience with Plumbcore. I have been without hot water and heating for almost 3 weeks now. 3 weeks ago, Plumbcore reception lady told me they would help me asap. Their plumber contacted me to say he would contact my boiler manufacturer to find a solution and get back to me asap. Nothing happened. However, they did remember to send an invoice for work carried out on the last visit (£90 for leak sealant in my central heating system). I just rang them to let them know I wasn't going to be a customer anymore and to cancel any jobs forthcoming. (I had booked their company to fix my leaky toilet 3 weeks ago- still no news about that either). I was told their plumber never contact boiler manufacturers. That I should have done that myself and contacted them back. Looks like I didn't understand the plumber on the phone. Really? How many of us contact Ford on behalf of their garages? Or Hotpoint, on behalf of the washing machine repairman? In those last 3 weeks there was no follow-up call, nothing, just an invoice which felt like an insult considering I am still without hot water and heat at the moment. I got half an apology from the lady at the reception and a laugh when I said goodbye. Needless to say I didn't wait after them and got help from another company. I just wished I didn't waste my time on this company.

I called 10 different places in York for a new boiler quote, 4 never called back, 2 couldn't send anyone until Monday and 4 came out on that day on a Friday. Plumbcore sent someone within an hour, were the easiest to get in touch with, friendliest on the phone and most professional of all 4. They were also the only company that followed through on getting a quote to me that day and really understood the urgency of getting a new boiler fitted in freezing weather, which I greatly appreciate.

Suberb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally found a old school plumbing service who care. The receptionists are super professional and friendly. The plumbers do the job but go that extra mile. Nothings too much. WE LOVE NICK AND WE LOVE PLUMCORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent service once again from Plumbcore. They were able to attend next day to fix some leaking fittings. Professional service and competitively priced. Would highly recommend for plumbing and heating in the York area.

Another great job by Rob from Plumbcore. Boiler issue late last night, emailed the team, Rob was round to sort it first thing this morning. Honestly can’t recommend anyone else. The whole team are great, Rob’s work is excellent and he is happy to answer my geeky queries (I’ve learned a lot!), admin is first rate & always a friendly response. Thanks so much.

Kevin & Callum fitted a shower and toilet and their attitude and quality of work was 1st class + they cleaned up after. They worked safely by wearing masks when in close contact with me. You cannot go wrong with having them to do work for you.

Nick is fab - unfortunately we only seem to call him when we have an issue! He's always quick to attend and fixes the problem without any fuss or mess. Totally recommend!

Ignore Appointments and have made No further contact to offer Any Apology or Excuse. Had a phone call earlier in the week saying they could visit at short notice but that was not acceptable to me. They did not say at the time that the original appointment would not be adhered to.

Plumbcore fitted a new Vaillant combi-boiler in our attic, earlier this month, after we were let down by a national company. Nick came and advised us on what to have, Chris and Mikey fitted the boiler over 2 days. All very nice guys and did a fine job, leaving everything clean and tidy. We would thoroughly recommend Plumbase and would definately use them again.

Nick and team recently fitted a new Vaillant Boiler, smart controller and some new radiators for us and did an excellent job from start to finish. They were thorough and quick when quoting, reliable and punctual doing the work and polite, clean and tidy throughout their time in our home. The price was competitive and the workmanship very good. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
