Im so upset and disappointed in this…
Im so upset and disappointed in this company. Sadly , my heating and hot water went off 16 days ago. Im a pensioner with health issues. They very kindly sent a man out , who was in my home for 15 mins, he managed to get heating on, told me hot water would need longer, woke up following morning to find no heating, no hot water, came out a further week later, to say it was all fixed, second time woke up next morning to heating and hot water for approx 4 hours, a week later the system has let me down again im now on day 16 still waiting for a response from the gent that was due out a week ago tomorrow, still waiting, still with some radiators that dont work, still no hot water. Not good service, at all . I have contacted company on several occassions, not even the courtesy of a response, I am now seeking advice to take this further. I find it incredibly frustrating and disgusting service in 2026. I wandered how they would feel if it was kne if their old parents, living like this.
Appalling
Constantly have to chase to get anything...even worse after install. Customer service is appalling. Poor workmanship...cheap and nasty
Central Heating & insulation
I would like to give a huge thank you to all the team at Warma UK who pulled out all the stops to help a very vulnerable elderly friend. He was entitled to a grant for his central heating and insulation at his home which was very cold and damp. Everyone worked so hard to make sure his heating was up and working before Xmas. They worked late on Christmas Eve which was so kind as they all needed to get home I am sure. There were many problems initially but everything was sorted professionally and expertly. A big thank you to Kurt who I have spoken to a few times and indeed everyone involved.

Mitch, Matthew and team kept us informed throughout the heat pump install, very professional, clean and the system works brilliantly. The insulation team were exceptional, we made sure all external walls on the property interior were cleared, this ensured we could have it all done to its optimum, as with an older stone property, the better the insulation the better the system works, which it does very well. The solar team were quick and professional even replacing a couple of broken slates. Would recommend 100% many thanks indeed.

New door
Yesterday Simon fitted a new door for me he did a wonderful job and.every one says it is a lovely colour I am very pleased with the job he did my hall is much warmer now thanks

I wanted to save my Mum money….failed
I wanted to save my Mum money so got her an ECO4 grant which was installed in Dec 24. What we ended up with are storage heaters that for various reasons did not work , not helped by the installer not turning the night storage back on in the garage. The oid kitchen storage heater in the kitchen was replaced by panel heater. While the storage heaters were not working the panel heaters were used , so not using cheap night rate. Mums electric bills soared. And no recompense. A storage heater in the kitchen was eventually returned replacing the expensive to run panel heater put in its stead. It was very noticeable that the bills went down Warma uk blamed the door off the kitchen to the conservatory being left open for the cat. This happened before the instal so why were the bills larger after instal..same slightly open door. We have solar panels now which do take alot off the bill, but nevertheless Mum needs to pay more now than before the instal to warm her home to what she is used to. She is on a fixed tariff from last October so no change of tariff raising the bill. We went through HIES to mediate…they did not uphold the complaint….but they are funded by the installers. We engaged a retrofit assessor…he was very clear the two night storage heaters were woefully inadequate, heat being topped up with day rate panel heaters thankfully we kept one of the old storage heaters in the bathroom (they were going to remove it). We consulted with Trustmark and realised we should have gone through the British Assessment Bureau, not HIES…this we are now doing…they are linked in with whether Warma Uk have a trust mark. UPDATE With the help of a retrofit assessor, Elnur who manufactures the storage heater and the British Assessment Bureau it is now clear the instal advised by Warma UK was insufficient for Mums bungalow...so this is now to be righted....what a long drawn out challenge. It seems Warma UK did not factor in the open staircase from the attic into the lounge so the lounge storage heater put in was of insufficient power, and they should never have replaced the kitchen storage heaters with an electric panel heater. Now I wonder what can happen about the excessive heating bill accrued because of this error?
Avoid warma!!
I would avoid at every cost their service is shocking. The departments don't comminucate across departments and they dont respond when they say they will. We had a heat pump and insulation fitted back at the start of June . They have left us with a hole in our living room ceiling, they commissioned our battery that we paid for, they haven't finished the IWI, they couldnt fit all the solar panels we paid for and then took over 3 weeks to refund us the money for these. We chased about 10 times and we were told a refund should be on the wayband it wasnt. Despite all these issues ans several promises to come back out to finish the job, they have still not come and it's nearly september! I would absolutely avoid!!
Totally Fantastic Service
It is almost two years since Warma UK upgraded my cold riverside house into a cosy home and I have literally saved thousands of pounds energy-wise. Today at 6.00pm I discovered I had no hot water - but I did have the phone number of the electrician (Ben) employed by Warma. He answered my call - showed me what to via FaceTime (just pressing the right buttons on the tank) - and within minutes - it was all sorted. What a fantastic amazing service! Without Ben what would I have done? Called an emergency out-of-hours electrician? managed without hot water? Neither palatable - thank goodness for Ben and Warma UK. Every home should have them!!!!

Terrible experience at instalation stage
I responded to a flyer through my door about reduced energy bills. Initially the service was fantastic, the team were really helpful in confirming the grant available and organising installation. However, I have subsequently been repeatedly let down by the installation team. In fairness, following a family bereavement I had to cancel one appointment, but on their first visit they said they didn't have the correct equipment to install, I've had two subsequent re-bookings and no shows - I've had to change my work commitments to be home for these - I've had one installation appointment where they put in cavity wall insulation in 3/4 of my house and said they'd return to complete (as they didn't have the correct equipment again!) and now I can't get hold of anyone. I should have probably been more aware that the installation process would result in mess but it would have been nice to have been forewarned. My rendered white house now has multiple clay coloured spots all around it, which I can't put right as the installation hasn't been completed. I've no paperwork to show for any of the installation so far, so I'm left feeling extremely uneasy. I have emailed the company multiple times to escalate and complain and without satisfactory resolution so am now looking into next steps. Take great care when using Warma.
So much better than we expected!
We are really pleased we chose Warma - we’ve had great communication from the start. It took a while for our grant application to be signed off (which wasn’t due to Warma) but once we got the go ahead, Warma turned the whole project around in about 1 week. Everyone involved has been excellent and the guys doing the installation were fantastic - they worked flat out, barely took a breather and left everything impeccably neat and tidy (and did a great job too!) I work from home and had minimal disruption - yes things were noisy and dusty for a couple of days but you have to expect that when having any kind of building work going on! We paid a contribution to also replace our radiators throughout the property at the same time and whilst this wasn’t a cost we initially factored in, we are so pleased we did and it was worth every penny and actually feels like a complete bargain to us! We cannot recommend everyone involved more.
Heating &insulation
A great experience had loft,cavity wall insulation,a new boiler and central heating.All the trades were amazing loft insulation and cavity wall insulation were in and out in no time and cleaned up as if you wouldn’t know they had been,central heating and boiler were fitted in 3 days and they done an amazing job but they got let down by the company who supplied radiator that was suppose to turn up on the Monday but didn’t arrive to Monday tea time,that didn’t affect as the guys finished the whole job in 3 days
Excellent …
The installation team came the week before and went all around the house on how and what would be best for all parties involved on the installation, from start to finish they was always on hand! during & after the installation there was a couple of teething hiccups, which on the size of the installation is understandable but they was available even the weekend to help and guide us through any problems, they was professional, and there was little mess and destruction of the new plastering that we have had done, hardly any touching up of painting to do overall brilliant job by a professional team of heating engineers and electrician's, but now 6 weeks on my opinion of the installation works stays the same,it is 15th of August job completion was the 3rd of july,but the scaffold towers are still up against the house as we are missing the summer go by with these i sores in place.the scaffold company being a third party contractor let's the whole installation and hard work done by warma uk. It's a real shame because the scaffold company are a law to themselves, the only bit I missed out the T&Cs is that they are within there rights due to stating it can remain up to 2 months, sorry warma uk for ending it like this but it would be better if you had your own in house team. Well done warma uk
Superb Job by engineers.
The team of engineers worked superbly well. (Martin, Gary and Harry) Removed old warm air heating unit and immersion heater. Installed a combi-boiler, radiators, new shower and heated towel rail. As they came from Middlesborough they stayed in hotels overnight and were here first thing. Cleared up their own mess. Friendly, professional and hard working. Cheers lads, you were the best
Brilliant, highly recommended. What a refreshing change for a company to do exactly what they said they would do. Grant applied for my elderly parents, everything was organised, fantastic workmen throughout, that were friendly and very respectful to my parents, as mom has dementia and found the process a little overwhelming. Left the property clean and tidy, apart from the rubbish that we have to get rid of ourselves, which is fine., Already recommended to friends, keep up the good work Warmauk
Extremely stressful process throughout
Extremely stressful process throughout! We were given "professionals" who seemed not bothered by delivering quality at all. Overall quite disappointed I'm afraid.
They called quickly after my enquiry, and I was asked to send photos in, which I did the same day. I was then told someone would take a look and let me know if we qualify for the insulation grant under GBIS within 24 hours. Almost 2 weeks later, constant chasing emails, and we are no further forward.
Responsiveness is poor
They were quick to contact me after my intial enquiry and i was asked to send photos in which we did. Then told we would hear back within 24 hours and almost 2 weeks later, umpteen chasing emails and we have moved no furthur forward!
Heat source pump and solar panels.
The equipment and workmanship is to a very high standard. Everyone working here was considerate and keen to do a good job. We are already seeing a benefit from the solar panels and look forward to a warmer winter

Fitted PV system including battery plus EV charger. Very reasonable cost and system installed promptly. Installation neat and carried out by very professional engineer. Always very approachable team whether in the Brecon shop or by phone/messaging.
After being let down by the previous company regarding installation of Solar Panels, we were moved to Warma UK by Welcome the Warmth. What a difference, we dealt with Jack Miller and from him contacting us at the beginning of March, and survey being carried out, grant approval came by Mid April and the panels were fitted a week later. The only part that was missing on the install was the bird meshing, but within 2 days the guys from Solsen were back and completed the job I can only have full praise for the way this as been handled by Warma UK and Solsen whose team of fitters were superb I would fully recommend all that were involved and we now look forward to saving money on our electric usage Martin Cook - Oxfordshire
I was amazed my father could get a grant. I was very unsure about applying to warma UK , they put me at ease from the start. The process was very easy. Once the grant had been authorised. The work was carried out very quickly. The tradesmen were very professional, they were very clean and tidy and cleared up after themselves. They were very courteous. We were fortunate to have cavity wall, loft insulation and a new Combi boiler fitted by using the grant. hopefully my father‘s house will now be a lot warmer and save him some money.
I have now completed my home energy revolution with insulation from Warmauk. Great service as always and even got upgraded ventilation to avoid any damp as they have recommended. I would recommend them to everyone. You won't be disappointed.

Warma UK provided an excellent, efficient and high quality service. The three teams (insulation, heat pump and solar) coordinated well, and each team could not be faulted on their commitment, communication and hard work. There was helpful telephone support (the same person) when I needed reassurance or to ask a question. I certainly recommend Warma UK.
Can't thank Warma UK enough for guiding me through the process of loft insulation and replacement boiler. Ryan and the team from RCE plumbing were professional and efficient, replacing my old back boiler and water tank. They worked all day until the job was finished and cleared up after them. It's made such a difference to my heating and hot water.
Great company! Process simple and easy all done within 1day full central heating new radiators and boiler lads where great 👍🏻 and loft installation took about an hour! Good Job all around recommend 👏

Hand on heart - the BEST! Warma Uk were given my details by my energy company, to help with my heating issues via the Gov.UK grant scheme. Their surveyors came, explained the options and discussed patiently with me which set-ups would be best for my home. I was overwhelmed by their full offer of interior insulation, an air source heat pump, the associated solar panels and a whole new heating system. This was a huge upgrade from the existing heating. Despite my boiler being excellent, the radiators did not warm the house and the stone walls and concrete floors sucked heat away. Although this proposed to be a huge improvement I was still a little diffident because of the scope of the works involved. Well, Warma Uk completed the whole thing in less than two weeks! The work was top notch and tidy, and the teams cleaned up as they went to leave the place as clean and livable as possible every evening. Major works are a big shakeup, yet they made it as easy and smooth as possible for my everyday life to proceed without difficulty. The new setup has been up and working for three, blessedly comfortable and snug, months now. I need not have worried at all! When the heating engineer first arrived he told me, 'You've got the A Team here!'. He was right. They took such good care of me and my home I can't find enough words meaning 'superb' to tell you how excellent they were. And the customer service responses have been spot on too, when I had any queries. Honestly, a complete change of heating system is major upheaval in anyone's home, and it's the sort of thing that would make anyone nervous to commit to it - but Warma Uk made it the easiest and most pleasant experience I could have wished for. I can't recommend them highly enough. The A Team? Spot on!!
Great experience. Like many others, I was a bit suspect when they said I wouldn't have to pay anything, it did seem too good to be true. They came round to do a survey, shortly after we had solar panals / storage heater and insulation in the attic. It really was a simple process. The contractors they send were clean, hard working and very friendly. If you’re having work done, just make sure it’s a clear space for them to work in as it makes their job easier. Warma were quick to answer any issues / questions i had, special mention to Jordan / Gareth / Nige and Dani and all the contractors they used were great. I highly recommend.
I recently had an installation of solar panels, radiators using an air source heat pump, all at no cost to myself but from a Warmer Homes grant. I have very impressed with the standard of workmanship, the professionalism and the fact I now am warm. The village where I live has no gas and I had outdated plug in radiators which were inadequate and very expensive to run. From the first hint, given by the Environment service in Southampton to all those who explained, surveyed, planned and ultimately installed a very modern system which will without doubt make me very cosy and warm. I cannot praise everyone enough. Thank you Warmer Homes.
Great experience with good customer service... We recently had major energy saving measures installed by Warma UK. The team at Warma UK were fantastic to deal with. From the very start and initial enquiries, right through to the installation any concerns or questions we had were promptly dealt with by extremely helpful team. Would not hesitate in recommending this excellent company.
Excellent service from start to finish. I applied for a free replacement boiler for my 90 year old mum. The process does take some time but the team help you all the way through. My mum ended up with a new combi boiler and additional insulation to a flat roof extension. I couldn't be happier with the installers of both. First class service and communication throughout. Highly recommend.
I applied for eco grant in 2023 with a local company they said it was approved but after several phone calls they stopped responding I tried another eco company in Midlands again it was approved them after a few weeks was told they can't do eco grant as I was in wrong postcode I then got a leaflet from WARMAUK I gave them a call and representative on phone asked for some details and I received a phone call saying grant was approved and I had to sign a few documents via email and that was it ..a few weeks later as arranged a installer turned up and put in my loft insulation Then as arranged the scaffoders turned up and next day the solar panel engineer started installing solar panels on roof next day 3 electricans turned up and started installing my new storage heaters and connecting solar panels to inverter..all the workmen worked hard and the job is done I am very happy and glad I chose WARMAUK they have installed everything and even phoned me up afterwards to make sure I am happy . Good old fashioned customer service I highly recommend..will add photos as soon as scaffolding is removed
I cannot speak highly enough of Warmer Homes, the work was first class the plumbers were very efficient we had the ASHP, 8 radiators a new hot water tank and solar panels and loft insulation all fitted within 4 days they all made sure everything was left clean and tidy and all tested and explained to us before leaving. Our greatest thanks to this company who will seriously make a great difference to our lives this winter. Our many thanks to the plumbers, the electrician the loft insulation fitter the men that fitted the solar panels and not forgetting the scaffolders, also the wonderful admin team that were on the end of the phone for any queries. All was done from the government grant and completed with no cost ourselves.
I would recommend this company Warma UK for the way they carried out my installation of my Solar Panel System and heaters ! From the moment they turned up , until they left, very professional in their work ethic and their workmanship ! And the rest of the Staff members who helped me through the process to set everything up to allow everyone to get the job done 👍
Great work done. Very happy with the service I’ve received so far. All guys turned up promptly and got the work done very quickly! boiler took 2 days and the rest only 1, very happy with work done. I had my loft insulated, combi installed, trickle vents in windows, bathroom vent installed, utility room had ceiling insulated and skimmed over and thermostats on rad updated. From the first survey to the work being done the processes had taken only a few weeks! As a single mother and home owner I feel very great full for all of this, and would like to say thank you to warma. Would definitely recommend using them if you think you may be entitled to the grant
