The team were very efficient and knowledgeable. They made very little mess and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. They also went above and beyond to remedy an issue left by a previous EV installation. We would definitely recommend Swift Renewables to install solar panels.

We have just had an air source heat pump and underfloor heating system, radiators on the first floor and a MVHR unit installed in our new build. The whole Swift team including the office staff have been have been excellent and efficient. We are pleased to reccomend them.

Called multiple times and emailed for 4 days, was told I would get an engineer out. After waiting and calling I was Finnaly told they couldn’t help and to look for another company. Very slow to get back to basic enquiries and ultimately a complete waste of time. I wouldn’t bother with them they are obviously busy and not keen on new business. Wish they had just been upfront and advised this 6 days ago. We have had no hot water since then.

We had a heat pump and seven radiators installed, including pipework, as our house previously only had two ancient storage heaters. So it was a lot of work – but the team at Swift worked tirelessly and got everything completed in the allotted time (just over a week). We were really impressed with the installation, and are so happy with our brand new system.

Swift Renewables did a fantastic job at every stage of the planning, installation, and commissioning of our solar, battery, and heat pump system. They also continue to help keep it running well. They have consistently demonstrated the highest standards of professionalism, competence, and trustworthiness. Swift Renewables were recommended by a heat pump manufacturer that I contacted when doing my own research after being told by Octopus Energy that our home was not suitable for either a heat pump or solar panels. Swift renewables had solutions to the problems that stumped Octopus. They provided invaluable assistance in determining what would work for our property, and guiding us through to finding the best options for us. They were consistently patient and helpful through multiple changes of mind and changes of plans. All appointments for meetings, surveys, and installation work were arranged well in advance and timekeeping was always excellent. They provided very detailed and useful information about the equipment to be installed and how it was expected to perform. There was no hint of "hard sell", and no attempt to persuade us to spend more money than necessary. The engineers did exceptional work (as confirmed by several independent professionals: an electrician, a heat pump engineer, and a roofer) in installing and commissioning the system. All aspects of the installation look neat and professional. All the work was completed in the time promised. All areas of our property where work was done were left clean and tidy at the end of every day. No unnecessary noise was made during the work, which was appreciated by both us and our neighbours. All the engineers were friendly and pleasant to interact with. They continued to monitor the system remotely after installation, and contacted us regarding some minor issues. The system has been running well, and exceeding expectations, for most of a year now. Over the winter the heat pump used a lot less energy than our old gas boiler, despite keeping the house warmer. It was also significantly cheaper to run. The batteries enable us to use grid electricity only when it is cheapest, and to store excess solar energy to use when the sun is not shining. The solar panels and batteries enabled us to stop using grid electricity from the end of March, and it seems likely that we will not need to use grid electricity again until well into September. We have been getting significant amounts of money for exported electricity since the start of May. The office staff were very responsive and helpful at all times. All queries were handled quickly and thoroughly. All paperwork was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Bills were detailed and accurate. They handled applications and certifications etc. wherever possible, so we had very little form filling to do ourselves. A comprehensive handover pack was provided after the work was completed. They have continued to be very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend Swift Renewables to anybody looking to install a renewable energy system.

I had a fantastic experience with Swift Renewables — Stuart came out for my heat pump service and was absolutely brilliant. He was polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the visit. He took the time to walk me through everything he was doing, explained things clearly, and gave me some great advice going forward. Stuart was also really proactive, arriving ahead of time and keeping me updated throughout the whole appointment, which was really appreciated. It’s rare to come across such professional and personable service, and I just wanted to give credit where it’s due! Couldn't be happier with this install from Swift, had solar/battery and a heatpump fitted. Had it about a month now and everything works better than I was expecting. The solar makes more power than I thought it would this time of year. It's just stopped raining in the photo and still making 3.2kw which is more than enough for the house and heatpump which also uses less power than I thought, I just leave it on 22c 24/7 and it heats the whole house better than the boiler did before. Met most of the fitters having both solar/heatpump and they are all very professional, thier work is neat/tidy and they're all friendly and happy to answer any questions. Would highly recommend them to anyone and would be glad to get them back to fit AC in the summer.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Swift renewables. We purchased an air source heat pump for our Victorian terrace home - with very little knowledge about how it all worked. The team at Swift were helpful throughout and engaged with our builder to assist with installation and connecting to the underfloor heating. We are also very impressed with the engineers' efforts in getting the cylinder tightly and neatly fitted into the corner of our kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

A phenomenal service from Swift who replaced my electric system boiler with an air source heat pump. Right from the start it was obvious that Swift are in a league of their own when it comes to such things, extraordinarily knowledgeable, and placed a lot of thought into understanding the unique energy variables of the property. As well as helping with planning permission considerations, Swift performed a 5-star installation over a three day period in a location that was a little tricky to get to. Really happy with the end result and I certainly would recommend Swift to anyone considering installing a heat pump.

Swift Renewables is the most incredible business. They installed my Heat Pump and i could not praise them more for being super efficient, considerate, clean, tidy and very friendly. I recently asked for a call out to change the hot water timings and they came out the same day. This company go above and beyond with their customers. I always feel listened to as a valid customer. Swift installed a Powerwall 3 and 13.35kW of panels for me. They were professional, friendly, the best quote I had by far, and even tolerated my slightly excessive level of interest very well! I got a lot of quotes before deciding on them, and many companies did sales calls with people who were not technical and just wanted to fit the same system to every house. Few companies wanted to fit 30 panels, etc. Swift were very different, they worked with me on a system design that was bespoke to me and suited my property. They were responsive and supportive all the way through the process.

Swift have been excellent throughout. From initial consultation and advice to an expert and friendly team performing the install. They did a great and very neat job, all cable runs placed in as discreet places as possible and always keeping us in the loop as to what was happening and when. I checked out a few places including on octopus website and the solar battery package we had was more reasonable. Will definitely be returning when it's time for our heat pump install.

We recently contracted Swift Renewables to install air conditioning in three locations in our village hall. The whole experience was new for us but having Stuart and his team of installers carry out the work was testament indeed to the professionalism of this company. We are highly satisfied with the high standard of workmanship, the flexible way in which the installation was carried out (with minimal disruption to hall users) and the co-operative way Stuart worked with other contractors on site. We would highly recommend this company to anyone considering installing renewable systems of heating and cooling.

A good job done by an excellent team. Getting a heat pump fitted did seem a bit of a leap into the dark as we didn’t know anyone with one and while we understood how they worked, it wasn’t clear whether they would work in our middle aged house. The main fitting took about a week and the team who fitted it were tidy and considerate. There is a fair bit of disturbance as we had all the radiators changed as well as the heat pump fitted, but it fine overall. There was then a delay as we needed to get a new concrete base for the outdoor unit, but that couldn’t really be helped. The final joining up took another day and a half, but we have been warm since and all’s good so far.

Highly recommend. The team at the office and guys on site are all very helpful and professional. They had a challenge integrating the new heat pump and tank with our old heating system and somewhat unusual pipe work but they resolved issues quickly, kept us informed and were always polite, considerate and tidy. They designed the system around our family of 4 and future renovation plans and exceeded our expectations. Very impressed and excited to move forward with our new sustainable system! I had Swift install a Daikin ASHP for me in Feb 2022, I spent many months searching out and talking to manufacturers and installers to make sure I purchased the best system for my property. Swift were a local family run business with years of experience which ticked the right boxes and is good to know for future backup purposes. The installation was smooth and the unit has been working flawlessly since, I've since shown the system to a number of people who are also now interested in making the move away from gas.
