We had a fantastic experience with Surge Renewables. The team was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was tailored exactly to our needs. Installing solar panels through them has been one of the best financial decisions we've made—delivering far better returns than any savings account. We're now able to charge both our electric cars and live off-grid during power outages thanks to the battery backup. It was especially reassuring to see Andrew, the business owner, so hands-on throughout the process—something you don’t often get and greatly appreciated.

The experience with Surge was very good. Initial consultation set out all our options very clearly. They turned up when they said they would, they took as long as they said they would, and they left no mess. Installation has been brilliant so far, of course it helps that we've had 2 weeks of glorious sunshine.

After being let down by another company I called Andrew and within days he come back with a quote and called to see me he was very friendly and honest and within weeks I was sitting with my solar panels fitted and ready to start. I will definitely recommend Andrew and his company . Also I had a few teething problems with the solar panels and Andrew‘s men were with me very promptly and sorted it out and now it’s good to go.

Excellent service from start to finish. They brought us through our quote in great detail and explained all the elements of the technology and the different options. Installation happened very quickly after initial deposit was paid and was finished within half a day. Had no issues with the panels or battery since. Our grid import has plummeted over 90% since installation and we export energy every day too. They also follow up after the install to ensure everything is still working. Fantastic company who I have been recommending to everyone. Thank you!

I have to say the whole process, from initial enquiry, through to installation and follow up, was outstanding. All the information you need to make an informed decision, is shared clearly, thoroughly and promptly. We can't recommend Surge Renewables highly enough! They well and truly exceeded our expectations. Ryan's advice was well thought through and perfect for our needs. We now have 9 solar panels on our roof. Even in the depths of winter the yield is already impressive. We love looking at the app on our phones and seeing our surplus energy being sold back to the grid. We're looking forward to seeing our next electric bill! The very efficient installation team also deserve a mention. They even installed the app on my phone for me and talked me through all the detail. They couldn't have been more helpful. All in all, we are really pleased with our Surge Renewables solar panels and highly recommend the products and the customer service during and after the installation.

Great company to deal with. Took around 7 days from the consultation to having my solar panels fitted. Nothing was a problem for them and done a good clean tidy job. Price was also a deal clincher . I would recommend.

We have been interested in having solar panels and an air source heat pump for a few years but it was only in October 2022 when we "found" Surge Renewables at the Self-Build exhibition that this dream started to become reality. Fast forward to the present day (March 2023) and we have the system up and running - 10 solar panels, a battery, new radiators and an air source heat pump. An impressive amount of working kit. Andrew and Gareth arranged, consulted and helped us choose a system that would work for our house and our needs. Carlos and his team, who were easy to have in the house, installed and got the system up and running. Also glad of the after installation service and the prompt response to any queries and questions. Thanks everyone. Now all we need is for the sun to shine, or at least for it to shine for some part of every day !!

An excellent quotation service from Andrew. Accurate advice and competitive quote, as validated by independent quotes. On the day of installation the team did an excellent job. They managed to complete the complex installation with the minimum of internal disruption, achieving a more discrete installation than originally envisaged. The work was completed in one day and the house was left clean and tidy. A first rate service by a friendly and professional team.

I spoke to Andrew from surge renewables about my options for a solar installation. Surge were very knowledgeable and sent me out a proposal very quickly via email which I was extremely pleased with. Installation was very quick as The team had a cancellation and my panels were up and working within a week of paying the deposit. Even the normal turn around times were very fast! The team installed everything in a day and explained the inverter and the app to me, everyone was very friendly and professional.
