You have found the perfect people to do your solar!!!!!!! Chloe and Liam are fantastic very polite, very friendly, very professional generally just very nice people! If you need solar and battery or any other electrical work then do not bother and do not waste your precious time going anywhere else!!!!!!! Believe me I have lived through it!!!! Please read,,, I spent 2 months doing research into solar and battery installation, after contacting 12 companys including octopus, edf and boxt, I received remote proposals from all 12 with fast response with a very big range in prices. Out of the 12 I discarded 8 straight away as there proposal price was way over my budget and also not local enough for me. Of the remaining 4 they all came out for a home visit proposal, 2 of them lasted 10 mins in my home before I told them politely to leave, very pushy sales people saying they use much more high end product to anyone else (obviously lies because I did my research and out of the 12 they all use pretty much the same products as everyone else) So 2 left to consider which were both local companies (Newcastle) both very competitive prices about £100 difference between them, I decided to cool of a few days and told them I'll be in touch. After looking around on Google for one last time I came across Springwell electrical based in Hartlepool which is a bonus because I live in Hartlepool, so I called straight away and a very polite and professional Chloe answered the phone she asked a few questions and explained that they would be in touch with a remote proposal, later that same day they emailed with proposal and to my delight it was cheaper than any of the previous 12, I said thats fine let's go ahead with that, within 3 weeks of first phone call I was up and running with 10 solar panels and battery... Massive thank you to Chloe and Liam who are both very professional, very polite, very friendly all in all just very nice honest people.

When I decided to get solar, I done a lot of research on the subject. I tried several online companies as well as local and soon had a good idea of what I should be paying. I found the online companies a little too pushy and keen to undercut and get a sale. Then came along Liam from Springwell Electrical. Liam spent a good 2 hours with me at my property discussing my requirements, answering my questions and confirming valid points I’d researched myself. I found Liam to be polite, courteous and very genuine person to do business with. At this point my mind was made up even without receiving my quote. He gave me a quotation within my expectations and the installation was booked immediately. The installation turned out as I expected and I’m so glad I chose Springwell Electrical. Excellent service from Springwell. We requested a quote through their website and an appointment got Liam to come and complete a survey was done quickly. His knowledge and expertise are first class and a good, competitive quote which met our requirements was sent through. Installation was quickly and efficiently carried out and we had a working system in less than a month from our initial enquiry. We were very happy with our experience from start to finish.

Already had panels fitted but cost of battery was expensive (from different company). Springwell Electrical saved the day! Battery fitted, well mannered young men, cleared up after themselves and the best bit.... half the price quoted from other companies. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Highly recommend Springwell Electrical to anyone that is considering solar. We had no intention of getting solar. Friend recommended them so we enquired and within days we had a quote, detailed information of what was included and an overview of what to expect for installation. Unlike other firms we experienced zero hard sell and after we had gone over the information we decided to go ahead. During the installation I could fault Liam and his colleague. Very professional, kept us informed of progress and gave a good overview of how the system works, walkthrough of the app. Within a few days we received all the insurance, warranties etc. If anyone is seeking quotes I'd recommend you check these guys out.

Excellent Service at a very competitive price. The solar PV system was installed professionally with a very short lead time. A really great service from a friendly local company, I would highly recommend using Springwell Electrical. Solar panels with battery storage fitted, November 23. A hassle free experience with great advice at the consultation stage. Fitting and commissioning was quick and mess free. Even after the battery failed (which was a manufacturing problem). The after sales service was excellent, was able to contact Liam even over the Christmas period.

Competitively priced, excellent tradesmen, ended up with a quality product and quality workmanship. The handover package included all the relevant certificates and guarantees. Lads worked very hard all of the day and only stopped for a short lunch break on the site. I would definitely recommend them and have no issues about engaging their services again

We have had solar panels fitted last week, a 4.8Kw system with a solar Iboost to heat the water. Each day they arrived at the time they specified when they leaving the previous day. Can't fault the workmanship and the explanation of the system app Liam installed on our phones, Most of the time we did not notice them in and out of the house and on the roof. Everything was left clean and tidy as they moved from one task to another. Must also mention Chloe in admin for her prompt reply to my emails etc. In summary: excellent work, good price and we would recommend them and not hesitate to use them again. Springwell Electrical was recomended by a freind, after they had installed a solar installation at his home. They carried out the on-site survey beforhand and a quote and date for installation were agreed. Subsiquently, they were even happy to amend their plans for cable routeing to reduce its visibility, which involved more work for them, at no extra charge. The work was carried out on time and they did so in a cheerful manner. Their administration assistance with the regulatory paperwork is also excellent.

Let me start by saying I have no affiliation with this company or any of the employees. I had been considering a PV system for many months and had made contact with I think 3 other companies before Springwell. A quick search on Google or FB will show you its the Wild West out there, some customer install photos were just awful. Springwell have a small presence on social media and on there I could see photos of a few past installs, not just the panels but the inverter and batteries as well, Google reviews were all positive too. Long story short I place my order and about 7 weeks later the scaffolders arrived the week they said they would and Springwell arrived the following Monday. Four days later everything finished including bird guards and exactly how I had hoped. The following week I was given a hand over pack with everything I needed to start the SEG export process. Scaffolding came down same week, brilliant! Cant praise this company enough, knowledgeable, honest, hard working, no BS and everything working perfectly first time!

Liam came out and carried out a survey, fully explained how the system worked, Sent out a fully comprehensive quote. Answered any questions. Arrived as planned and carried out a really professional installation, every thing was fully explained, full handover pack sent. 1st class would absolutely recomend this company. After making the decision to use Springwell electrical for my solar installation. The service, installation and communication was great. No high pressure sales just good information, quality products and I must say a quality installation. Done on schedule to a really high standard. I was given choices during the install as to where items were placed and where cables ran etc. Very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend Chloe, Liam and Josh for any solar or electrical work.
