Solar PV project. Whole project managed and coordinated by a unified team (electricians, roofers, installers, scaffolders) under Mark, PV Manager. Several options discussed after survey (Mark, electricians and roofers involved) to reach optimum arrangement. Involved complete roof refelt, 16 solar panels, inverter, battery, immersion heater and EV charger, which is in a detached garage. The whole team was efficient, well organised and supervised by Mark. They were respectful and tidy when working within the property and small problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently. This was a major project for us but completed within 2 weeks, despite a lot of rain. It's surprising how much solar power is produced on a dull day! We have hardly used any grid power in the 2 weeks since completion.

John, Cameron & team have worked with us for 5 years now. The quality of workmanship is second-to-none, we trust M2 100%. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else for our next requirement. Highly recommended.

And the Lord said “Let there be heat." And there was heat! And all the angels of the firmament did rain wondrous gifts upon them and the name M2 Heating will be echoed down the eons of time. I was an early adopter of ASHP and my original unit failed last month. The company who serviced it failed to respond to my request for a quote to replace it, as did another company close by. When I found M2Mechanical and spoke to Andy, he was immediately empathetic and responsive. Within half an hour he had come back to me for more information, to do a full heat load assessment and within an hour and a half Richard, the director was on site to evaluate the situation. By this time, we had been without heat for two weeks. Richard responded by placing an order for a replacement heat pump which was on site within three working days. Just two days later Lee and Harvey arrived and Lee did a superb job reconfiguring the internal plumbing. The system was up and running by the end of the week. It is a delight to find a company that responds appropriately to its customers needs. I have great confidence that with the breadth of their services and their depth of experience, they will be there to support us through the life of this unit.

This company is so efficient! I was desperate for help and so wished I’d found them sooner. A lovely young man arrived on time - in itself a miracle these days - identified the (tricky) problem, went out to buy the broken part, fitted it carefully and set up the system to work in less than 2 hours!!! I’m still reeling from the shock of such brilliant service this close to Christmas, when I know they were busy. Anyone with an air source heat pump should use them; Unreservedly recommended.

I used this company to install a heat/cool aircon system. I asked them to install a system from another supplier but they said they did not normally do that as they encountered warranty problems. Seemed fair enough so i went with their recommended system rather more expensive but precisely what I wanted. The installation was done quickly and very efficiently with no hitches. Of course only time will tell if it is top quality! They asked for payment after installation which I took as a sign of stability and reliability. I would recommend them as quality heating engineers who know what they are doing

We’ve just had an air-conditioning unit fitted by M2. The friendly and helpful team have made an excellent job and I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I installed an air conditioning system due to the brutal heat. Karl was true to his word supplying and installing within the shortest timeframe possible. The guys who fitted the unit were professional and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. I most definitely recommend them.

M2 mechanical helped identify various problems with my heating system that others had been unable to resolve. I was impressed with their expertise. Subsequently they have upgraded the gas supply to my boiler, they did this very professionally keeping me informed throughout.I would recommend.

Great service from the off , we had an issue with our air source heat pump leaving my family with no heating or hot water , the engineers come around straight away at a time that worked around us and repaired the issue giving us a warm home in no time at all . Top work lads great service thank you
