Fantastic to deal with

James and his team were great on advising us how to use the system. The installation process was quick and neat. We had a problem initially which turned out to be something that an electrician had done, but they didn't hesitate to come out to have look and rectify the problem (caused by someone else). We now use Enviroheat for our yearly servicing and couldn't recommend them highly enough

Absolutely thrilled with the service

Absolutely thrilled with the service! The team arrived ahead of schedule and tackled the fitting of our bath, sorting out the waste and installing standalone pipes with remarkable efficiency. They were not only polite but also incredibly clean in their work, leaving no mess behind. They found solutions to our piping issues seamlessly, which was a huge relief. Thanks to their expertise, we now have one happy water baby enjoying a lovely bath this evening. Highly recommend! Five stars all the way!

Heat pump fault

Unfortunately we had a fault on our heat pump. Enviroheat reacted very fast to assist us. The fault proved to be a warranty issue and thereby the manufacturer’s responsibility. Unfortunately that was a somewhat less forthcoming process requiring several days of oven heated croissants to generate some heat. Enviroheat took the opportunity for some preventative maintenance and we are back on line. Thanks for your support.

Solar system extension with batteries

Enviroheat NW expanded our solar system with batteries to maximise the benefits of the panels and in winter to use nighttime power to charge batteries to use during the expensive day time hours. The works were completed professionally as planned in 2 days. All to our total satisfaction.

Great guys, really responsive - if you do experience any issues or have any questions then they are more than happy to support you. In our case they have someone round same day but its more around the pump functionality than issues. They installed our original heat pump and plumbing, then we had them back again for the extension - excellent work and great to deal with. Would recommend to everyone.

Great company

We had our downstairs toilet fitted by Enviro. Steve the plumber was brilliant. They came and ripped the old toilet & sink out then returned a week later after the tiling was finish to fit the new stuff. James was our point of contact and he was professional and efficient. You can call him any time of the day. Would recommend.

Fantastic Company

I have had quite a number of works completed by Enviroheat. From fitting underfloor heating, moving the position of a boiler, changing a towel radiator, fixing a bath. My most recent issue was having no heating or hot water, Enviroheat attended same day and resolved the issue, they even explained everything to me in a way I could understand as someone who has 0 knowledge when it comes to plumbing and heating issues. Recommended to all my family who now contact Enviroheat with any issues. Great service from day 1.

The team at EnviroheatNW were excellent from start to finish. They talked me through the process of having my solar thermal system installed from start to finish. Install day came and they immediately started covering walkways and generally preparing their work area to ensure mess and disruption were kept to a minimum. They installed 2x solar thermal panels, cylinder and all the associated components in the 2 days they original advised me of. They took time to show me how it all works, provided all the paperwork and left my house clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Enviroheat to anyone looking at renewable technologies. A+++++

Used these guys to install our air source heat pump central heating system. 5 star service from start to finish, walked me through how it operates and James is always on the end of the phone if I’ve needed anything explaining. Highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

The team are consistently courteous, punctual, and professional — they turn up when they say they will, explain things clearly, and carry out their work with care and attention to detail. They recently supported us through a breakdown of our heat pump. Not only did they respond quickly and handle the diagnostics efficiently, but they also identified issues stemming from the original installation (by another provider) that we were unaware of. That level of diligence and transparency is what sets them apart. Communication has been excellent throughout — quick replies, clear updates, and no chasing required. They're a technically knowledgeable, trustworthy team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others looking for proper heating and ventilation professionals.

A great company! Had multiple issues with another well-known heating firm who had overcharged my dad and left his heating system in an absolute state during winter. Called Enviroheat and got him booked in. It took them 1 day at the property to sort everything out, including 4 new radiators, valves & a full flush of the system. My dad is now a happy chap. Cheers!

Called twice, said they’d ring back. Never rang back, called another couple of times never answered. A friend said they’d call them and still never heard back. Waste of time, would rather a straight answer than just ignorant behaviour, would never use again

I had a heat pump fitted by Enviro-Heat NW. The process was smooth, civilised and helpful throughout. The installation went to plan and was well carried out by trained and well informed craftsmen. A couple of minor issues which have occurred since installation have been resolved with no problems. Happy with service and product. Have recommended this company to friends.

Excellent service from quote to completion

Superb from start to finish. Competitive pricing and excellent service. Quote - clear and well priced, good advice before we committed to order. Before installation - Enviroheat came and did an extra visit so we could make progress on other elements of our renovation. Installation - Neat, tidy, professional install. Offered plenty of advice and made another visit to talk electrician through wiring. Commissioning - Clear walkthrough on using kit, and all the right documents came through within days. Too good to be true? Heat pump set up was a bit daunting for our renovation and Enviroheat really made it easy for us, so I wanted to take the time and leave a good review.
