We used ekinect for our recent solar panel installation at our residential home. We had a great experience - clear communication, worked quickly when we needed something urgently prioritised, helped understand things in layman's terms and great aftercare. Would definitely recommend.

I had my solar panel and the battery installed by Ekinect energy. I would highly recommend working with them. Sam who runs it is great, he provides you with all the information, options, advice etc. Installing solar panels is a complex task but Sam puts it all out there for you to understand. He is responsive over calls and emails. Best part is he handles it all the way from the quote to final completion of task, you don't see many people in the mix which tends to happen in operating with bigger energy companies. I would strongly recommend working with Ekinect and Sam.

Great a fast service. Peter the engineer turned up to investigate why my SPV system had stop producing power all of a sudden. He was very honest and clear about what he was doing and went out of his way to track down the problem, which turned out to be a damaged wire that was incorrectly repaired by my building contractor a the time. This took about an hour and explained what would need to be done and that he could get the office to quote for the work, if not i could always contact them for advice.

Large solar install and 2 home batteries

My knowledge of solar installations and batteries was virtually zero. Sam explained everything to me very patiently. He was clear, concise and visited site before anything was installed. He also sent a team of roof specialists at least twice, while we had a large scaffold erected. The install was stress-free and smooth. Batteries up and running in garage, with a phone app explained and a supplier tariff recommended based on our needs and consumption. We export to the grid when we are creating surplus energy (amazing!) All in all a superb service from start to finish. Reasonably priced and a lovely bloke too. Would certainly recommend to anyone. Ekinect saved me!!!

Ekinect saved me! I had been speaking to Sam for months who patiently helped me to understand the benefits of different products and what would be best for my home, but I didn't work with him initially because I wanted to work with a larger, more established solar provider. After signing up with the large firm and then being let down by them months later, I reached out to Sam again and my panels and battery were installed within less than a month. Sam and his team were fantastic, explaining everything every step of the way! My only regret is that I didn't sign up with him in the first place. I have already recommended Ekinect to my family and friends.

Sam and eKinect as a whole were fantastic. We had a flat roof of unknown weight bearing capacity. Also I requested an unusual set up. Sam took care of the problems and now I have a fully commisioned and signed off 5KW system. Would strongly recommend, very good value.

Looking for Solar panels & batteries. Ekinect were recommended by a family member. It was all seamless from start to finish. No hard sell, 3 comprehensive quotes covering different options & a lead time of 10 days before the work started. Two days for the install & it’s worked just as desired from switch on! Very pleased with the quality of work, how well the system works & the price. Very pleased!

It all went seamlessly from start to finish! Three comprehensive quotes giving me 3 options to choose from. Ten day lead time before scaffolding went up & install started the day after. Two days to install solar panels, Inverter & batteries and it went off without a hitch! Fantastic people providing an excellent service at a reasonable price. Nothing but compliments for the team, the quality of work & the desire to go above & beyond.

ekinect have been exceptional from start to finish with the installation of solar panels on my home. The level of service and professionalism they provided is second to none; from the initial discussions to the completion of the installation, they have been patient, respectful and knowledgeable at every step. The customer service I have received throughout the process has been incredible. During the initial consultations, they took the time to thoroughly explain the benefits of solar energy, assess my specific needs, and address any concerns I had, ensuring I fully understood every part of the process. They were also able to provide a highly detailed (and accurate) breakdown of costs, potential energy savings (my costs have halved, and I actually received a negative bill in the summer), and a realistic timeline for the installation. I’d highly recommend having a battery system installed too, it felt like a sensible decision for us, on the basis the house is normally empty for large chunks of the day, and it is more cost effective to store the energy and use it later (stored energy is worth more than what our supplier would pay us for over-produced energy), which means that the payback period actually decreases too! If you are considering solar, do give them a call - I couldn’t recommend the company more.
