The DW Energy team were great from start to finish. The planning of the layout for Solar panels, battery and EV charger was very simple. There was a delay with installation but this was linked to a delay on my part. When I gave the go-ahead for the installation to be done it was completed within a couple of days. The post installation care has also been great. I would strongly recommend DW Energy if you're thinking of having solar panels, battery and and EV charger installed.

I used dw renewable to check the Solor system, they came back with a positive report saying all my panels are working as expected, was not charged. Will use them for annual service and panel clean ,

DW Renewable Energy provided an excellent service from the initial quote, to visiting to go through the quote, what it meant for me. They did not over sell, they provided me the the system that would suit me now and for the future, excellent costumer service from Simon. There was no pressure to signup. Regarding the actual installation the team were fantastic from Ryan double checking the planned installation and Andy, Ryann (sorry for spelling it wrong) & his mate for doing the installation. They were tidy, polite and considered the environment they were working in… my home. Fun was had in the last day working around a field mouse who my cat brought in. Pre & post installation, DW deal with any official paperwork required, you just sit back and see the wonder when the sun(& shade) comes out to see the battery storing that energy 👍👏👏👏. Well done team.

I found Simon at DW energy an amazing starting point into the world of solar. It’s always a little daunting when there’s a bit of hype but you never know the detail and results. The rest of the team take over following commitment and they were amazing. I think the phrase to every question was ‘I leave but you have to live with it’ and their view was make sure it’s done how you want it - excellent team and excellent outcome. Thank you

DW Energy helped us by applying for planning permission for a Grade II listed building which went through smoothly and also provided help for applying for the SEG scheme with our utility provider. The installation went smoothly and the team were meticulous on lining up all parts to give a well finished appearance. They also replaced our vintage Potterton boiler with an electric one. Our gas/electric bills have reduced substantially and we will be receiving payment for exporting to the grid, quarterly, which will reduce them further.

Simon and his team did a great job installing a couple of fairly complicated systems on the farm. Communication was good and with minimal interruptions. Highly recommend them.

DW Energy did an excellent job from start to finish. Everything happened as they said it would and three months after installation, all is well and the savings from the installation are as they projected. I have no misgivings at all about recommending them.

Iv used DW Electric previously and had a great experience. We then wanted to explore Solar on our newly built house, knowing nothing about it but were looked after and educated by the Team every step of the way. We had a mix of emails, calls, zoom and site meetings, whatever we needed until we were ready and agreed on what would work best for us and our budget. Our house was newly built so I was apprehensive to have it taken apart again so soon but the invasiveness was minimal and the team completing the physical works were amazing and every care was taken. The Team have since been back (on a Bank Holiday too) to ensure we are happy with the functionally of the system and the app which was a great touch. Fantastic service from start to finish. The sales process was very informative without being pushy, DW Energy gave us a start date and turned up on that day. Installation by their team was very neat, professional and unobtrusive. The price was similar to other quotes, so although not the cheapest, I think they provided the best over service and product. Remove and reinstall solar panels during roofing work

We were having a roof replacement carried out. DW Energy were recommended by our roofing company. They came and removed our existing solar panels before the roofers started and liaised with them during the works so that the panel fixings could be reinstallled before the new tiles were fitted. DW were professional at each visit and did a great job of cleaning and recommissioning my existing panels. They arrived on each of the appointment days, were polite and explained what they were going to be doing. I would thoroughly recommend DW Energy.

What an absolutely fantastic company. Before using them I had called a few local solar providers and mostly I had to leave answerphone messages as nobody seemed to be around to answer the phone. DW Energy however were totally different, and their quick responses and responsive customer service, even before committing to buy were the factors that made my decision to use them a "no brainer". Here is a summary of my solar journey: Within half an hour of speaking to them I had received, by email, a complete breakdown of the installation type I could have, the energy yield over the course of a year, the cost, the savings (taking into consideration my energy provider), and much more. The comprehensive report also showed the payback period, which for me was a very pleasant surprise. Two days later their installation engineer visited our house and went through everything with me (cabling runs, inverter location, etc) and within two weeks we had the panels installed and commissioned. They are now producing as much energy as predicted, they work exactly as expected and we are already saving money (and the planet in our own small way). And the best part, it was way cheaper than I thought it would be. My system is also compatible with battery storage, which I intend to add in the future. I cannot praise DW Energy enough. They have been a thoroughly professional and friendly company to work with throughout the process. We are very happy customers.

Very Happy with DW Energy. Our first point of contact was Simon, who came over and explained how everythig would work, and the optimum number of panels that could fit on our roof. Ryan and two installers do the hands on work, they did an amazing job with the installation and alleviating all the concerns we had (we were a bit nervous about holes being drilled everywhere, we didnt need to worry). Those two really know what they are doing! Its early days but we could not be more happy with the end result and the care with which this company has handled everything.
