Fantastic service, have done exactly what we expected to very high standard. We had solar panels and battery storage fitted. Rhys and the young lad who came to our place in Cambridgeshire were fantastic, hard working, thorough, friendly and very helpful. Team renewables came highly recommended having fitted similar for my in-laws in Nottinghamshire and I have no hesitation to pass on the recommendation, wherever in UK you are located. We just need to sort out how to optimise the system for car charging / supplying to grid so will be on the phone to the helpful Team Renewables support team

Team Renewables fitted solar panels to my home 3 1/2 years ago and given their outstanding service, advice, installation and after sales support there was nowhere else I was going for my home battery. Everyone who works for them is a technical specialist, not a sales guy on commission so they know exactly what the best product is and are always on top of the market developments and real life performance of the products they sell. Don’t go for that Octopus quote, get a professional round and get more bang for your buck! Thanks guys!

We recently moved into our new-build home with Solar panels, Heat Pump and EV charger .... but no Battery Storage! Team Renewables had installed the solar system for the builders so we contacted Etienne and he proposed a battery configuration to suit our needs based on Huawei batteries as our system already included a Huawei inverter. However, before we placed the order, Huawei announced they were withdrawing from the UK market and closed their Huawei distribution centre! Etienne investigated alternative suppliers of Huawei kit but this involved buying from Ireland which increased the cost and an uncertain warranty! Etienne then introduced us to Sigen products and proposed a solution which, although required the removal of the Huawei inverter, the Sigen system was slightly cheaper and gave us an extra 20% battery storage capacity, so a win-win! We placed the order and, 2 weeks later, the kit arrived. The following day, Rhys turned up and installed the Sigen batteries and inverter neatly in the garage. We downloaded the Sigen app and we are now in full control of our energy usage! Thanks Etienne, Rhys and Team Renewable Steve.

Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand, appointment sorted fast to review our house. They are a small company but have exceptional customer service with Stu in the office keeping us informed on the progress, all the way to Etienne. Very transparent and honest, a real Yorkshire company. From an industry point of view, it seems a real minefield in the amount of brands and configurations available on the market with inverters/batteries but they showed us what would be best for our house and to future proof our system. Install day was a breeze, arrived early and did an outstanding job given the extreme hot weather making conditions really tough. You can just tell when people take real pride in their work. I can’t help but feel smug when other tradespeople on our housing estate have commented what a neat tidy install with conduit running behind fall pipe and the scaffolders with the nest protection. Well done Rhys and team, must be an outstanding job, as I have found not many tradespeople to openly praise other trade-people’s work over the years. Josh was brilliant in showing me the app with commissioning the system. Really noticed a small point, under no direction from me or my wife in laying towels out to make sure no mess goes on the carpet when access loft hatch and neatly folding up after accessing loft. Nice touch. Really happy we decided to have gone with this company rather than other large ‘nationwide’ companies, where it’s luck of the draw on the actual installer in your location and customer service is pot luck.

Amazing company. Fast efficient and reliable oh and very flexible. I had some roofing work and extension that needed doing, they took off my panels and reinstalled in part a different place and adding pigeon proof netting. No lore nesting pigeons. They never fitted in the first place but where happy to help me out at a competitive price compared with other companies. Highly recommended.

From the first visit through to the final commission the service provided by Etienne and the team has been first class. The planning and installation have been seamless and the inset panels look great on the roof. Everything working right from connection. I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in creating their own energy.

Team Renewables worked in tandem with our roofer to perform a full reroof + solar panels + battery + car charger install. We cannot fault the professionalism of Etienne, Rhys and Stuart. The quote was very reasonable, the kit too notch and the installation service has been immaculate. The after sales has been great too. Getting the full system working cohesively is technical - as well as setting up the correct tariffs with the energy supplier - the level of support we have been given has been excellent. Highly recommend.

Came across these guys through a contact when we needed some roof work done. Really great to engage with and discuss the options for a solar panel installation. Everything went very smoothly, and on time - despite the challenges of material supply. Very quick installation and commissioning, and appreciated the advice about suppliers, tariffs, etc Also very much appreciate the ongoing input from the team about tips and tricks for modifying the overnight (cheaper rate) charging of the batteries. Used Team Renewables for installations at other houses of family members.

Recommended by a U.K solar panel manufacturer we contacted the team who were great. They came and gave us advice on what we should consider for our instalation and how to future proof the solar system. Due to construction delays they were great at accomodating our needs for staged fitment and advised our builders on their requirements. The fitting team were always very knowledgeable and we have total confidence in recommending Team Renewables to our freinds. Some of whom have already made contact to discuss their own needs.

Excellent service, advice and information from initial contact. Everything about the installation, schedule and all the associated bits and pieces vis-a-vis paperwork, permissions etc. was handled expertly, and politely by Stuart. On the day of installation Rhys and his team did a thoroughly decent job and explained, when asked by a curious me, exactly what stage they were at and how things worked. After sales service has been superb and even when I ask a seemingly daft question, it is answered very quickly. Team Renewables is a great company and I have confidence in their work. It is very reassuring that at the other end of an email or phone call, help or clarification is there. Highly recommended!

I wanted to add a battery to my existing PV panels and to discuss the possibility of installing further panels. I probably tried about half a dozen companies but none were responsive. From a personal recommendation I contacted Etienne at Team Renewables and my positive experience started there. It wasn't all plain sailing. Etienne designed a system to accommodate both my existing panels with further panels on my garage roof. However, when he applied to my DNO (Distribution Network Operator) for approval they said that I needed to have three-phase supply installed. This was eventually carried out and one week later Team Renewables installed the new PV panels, batteries, an Eddi to control immersion tank heating, and a Zappi for EV charging (much of which I can do using surplus PV panel output). Etienne, Rhys and Stuart at Team Renewables were always available for my queries before, during and after installation and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great service. The installation was completed quickly ,efficiently and within the timeframe quoted. I had my solar panel system installed in March and am very happy with it's performance. Team Renewables after sales service has also been very good.

Etienne, Stuart, Rhys and team were great and our in roof solar installation is spot in. Super patient and explained everything in detail so I had a clear understanding of what was going on. They also worked diligently to maximise the panels in the space available. After care has also been spot on. Seamless process from start to finish and less than I thought it was going to be. Team Renewables did what they said they were going to do & were punctual, polite and efficient. Found Etienne very open about the likely benefits and cost return of installing Solar panels and batteries. Attention to installation requirements - all-black panels and hidden cabling spot on. Installation itself carried out to extremely high standard by Rhys and his team. Excellent follow-on support with management of the system provided by Stuart who is readily available on e-mail and by 'phone.

Excellent teamwork with roofing contractor - project done on time, procured panels & batteries in advance to mitigate risk of supply delays and cost increase and discussed options for siting inverter & batteries. Responsive to my questions & requests.
