Fantastic customer service, moved into a property with a solar system that these guys fitted 12 years ago ! Didn’t feel it was working properly, they sent a chap called Aamar round, he gave the system a full test and inspection. My inverter is on the blink, they gave a good price for replacement. Top firm

Bought a new build only 2 months ago, was enticed by the Octopus Zero Bills scheme,. Been struggling to get the huge batteries in my garden to work. This morning a random knock on the door, a gentleman from Steadfast, Aamar Hussain, head solar man himself. Explained he was there to fix my battery. Appointment made with the wife. Seemed to know his stuff as he took the system apart ! Unfortunately my home WiFi wasn’t up to his expectations, luckily I had a signal extender, which did the job. Had my first off grid today. Thank you Aamar !

I had a long standing flat roof issue. I contacted Steadfast to see if they could help. They came up with a great solution which has solved the issue. Their employees were courteous, had great time keeping and were tidy and respected my property.

As an Class 1 driver stay clear! 9/10 times you'll have to reverse about ¼mile to get out round tight blund bends then out onto the main road. If you do manage to have space to be able to turn round then expect to be verbally abused by the staff. Apparently they have to give up their bank holidays to fix the churned up tarmac from vehicles turning round in their yard. It's simple really just request rigid only when ordering stock!

Idles their vehicle engine near schools, so 5 star if you want that

Would recommend steering clear of this company. Bought a new build from Bloor Homes with this company being the subcontractor for the roof. House is exposed to strong winds with lots of rattling sounds when the wind is blowing strongly. Had the issue for more than a year. After much investigation work, realised that it's a combination of lots of tile fragments being left on the layer that is laid below the roof tiles in the loft and perhaps the tiles not being tacked tightly, such that it gets lifted up when the wind is strong. Really not acceptable with them leaving so many tile fragments on that membrane sheet. Multiple call out by people working for Steadfast to inspect the problem and I find that the reports they file do not tally with the extent of the problem (transmitted sounds in multiple areas, rather than just confined to one bedroom) and whether the issue is being sorted. On 2 occasions, they have retrieved a couple of tile fragments from rummaging through the membrane sheet from the loft in a dark, blind fashion and suggested that the problem was fixed, except that the problem still persisted with me not being able to sleep when the winds were strong. Turnover of staff seems to be high as well, which is never a good sign. Had 2 of their staff calling out to my place last thursday and was told that they had already left the company the monday after, when I insisted on speaking to them due to conflicting report of the extent of the problem.

For a company called Steadfast they aren’t very fast at all. My roof tile is not just cracked as they keep telling me it’s actually broken and 3/4’s of it is currently in my back garden. I’ve been waiting since August. Apparently someone came round and has had a look at my roof (when I don’t know because I’ve not seen anyone!) and a new tile has had to be ordered. Lies lies lies that’s all I get when I call the office. So much for customer care! The woman who answers the phone is often rude and dismissive and I get told is we’ll chase it up!!

We bought a bellway new build and steadfast done the roof we had a leak in the roof and steadfast sent a man to check it out and all he done was stuff loft insulation under the felt and said it was done they have since been back 4 times and the last time smashed my cctv camera of the wall so got an engineer to sort it did not trust steadfast to mess that up watch this space

Currently used steadfast for my remedial work , they where highly efficient and built to a high standard, spending so much money can be concerning but when you see the end product you know it's money well spent

Recently had my front bay window completed by Steadfast - flat roof and leadwork. Speedy & tidy work from start to finish. Turned up when they said they would, were polite & communicated exactly the appropriate works to be done. Would recommend!

I found Steadfast Roofing an excellent company from start to finish. The survey was done very professionally, the roofers themselves were very polite and unbelievably tidy I was overjoyed with the end result. 10/10 from me.

I had my pantry roof done by Steadfast Roofing Limited . They were very professional , very friendly , extremely efficient , at a very competitive price . Excellent job , highly recommended , i will definitely use them again .

Stay well clear, don’t have a clue. Just moved into a new build and steadfast were the company that installed the roof. Being honest it looked like a 2 year old could of done a better job. The dry valley was installed wrong, rows of tiles had no nails in which was totally inconsistent with the tile manufacturers fixing recommendations. The timber battern was all over the place and not installed correctly. Dry verge blew off half the side of the house in a little wind as they had used gutter adhesive to fix it. Both roofs on garage and house had to be taken off and re-installed by another roofing company. Gave them a chance to put it right and as I said before, clueless. Plus they made it look worse if that was possible. Tried speaking to them to see why we were having these problems and who ever I spoke to has no telephone manner on how to speak to customers. His threatening manner was much to be desired when all you want is a decent roof on your property. Even after all his rubbish talk of “how good we are” and “we do thousands of roofs” I would urge anyone now to stay clear. They don’t care about the quality of their workmanship and they don’t care about you.

This company has fitted roofs on 2 of my houses both new builds, first house, the roof had a hole in it, birds got into the roof and went down into the cavity wall insulation, between floors you could hear them screeching scratching and trying to get out and they died in the wall. Second house we bought was fitted by them, and is absolutely shambolic. Completely against building regulations, you can see daylight through the roof. I would not recommend this company.

If your in a lorry they expect you to be tellapathic and just know that you must turn your lorry around just before you enter the estate and reverse the last 1/4 mile down a narrow road with traffic. If you don't they will tell you off.
