Rang about an oil leak & they sent an engineer out really quickly. Engineer was excellent & very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company.

Serviced my air source heat pump. They turned up when they said they would, polite and respectful while in our house and were cheaper than the company that fitted it. Also pointed out a few obvious faults with the initial fitting. (A pressure relief valve, with nowhere to release pressure) Fully recommend and I will use them again.

We had a lockout problem following an oil delivery. The boiler would not start. I called Taylors and explained the problem and added that I have a medical need to be warm and clean. They went out of their way to organise an engineer for the next day. Sadly, sickness struck and the engineer couldn't make it. Taylors found another engineer from an associated firm to attend. Long story short, Taylors went above and beyond to help. You don't find that so often these days so I can't reccomend them more!

I had a problem with my boiler in the lead up to Christmas and the service provided was outstanding, coming out on several occasions and following up out of work hours.

I had a lot of problems with my heating system. Simon was very helpful with my initial enquiry and ed the engineer was excellent,nothing was too much trouble,he was more than happy to answer any questions i had. It was such a pleasure to see someone take such pride in their work.I only wish I had used Taylor's when I first moved to Linc's years ago.

Absolutely fantastic. Fitted us in immediately as we had a boiler breakdown. Exceptionally knowledgeable engineer fixed it with meticlous care. Priced well. Cannot recommend highly enough

Taylors came out to my boiler this morning, that had stopped working. I thought the pump had stopped working. They were totally honest with me and it turned out the boiler had an air lock. The engineer cleared the air lock and checked to make sure the boiler was working ok. I only write reviews when i feel justified. It is great to see honesty in business as it goes a long way now that people are able to give reviews. I have also used them twice before to service my boiler and found them to be fair priced and honest. Thank you again for all your help and NO up front charges before you even come out.

I contacted this company to book a service for our air source heat pump and was advised the engineer would contact me directly to arrange a date. It took a further two calls to Taylor’s to chase this up. On the day the engineer came, he was not familiar with the Samsung system and had to refer to the instruction manual. He did manage to check the hot water system but was unable to get the heating to work and attributed that to it being so hot outside and had forgotten to check the filters until he was about to go! Said he would come back when the weather was cooler to complete the service. Haven’t seen him since! I contacted him by text a couple of weeks later to book another date but have had no response. I have also contacted Taylor’s 3 times and been assured they will chase it up and get back to me. Absolutely no response. If you are advertising that you service air source pumps you certainly need a better booking system, an engineer who is actually able to do the job and if you say you will contact customers then actually do it. Extremely disappointed with your service having read all the previous positive reviews. I thought by using a local company it would be better but I will now find another company that is reliable and competent to complete the work.

Always a great service! Mark replaced our old noisey boiler pump recently and now we have a quiet boiler again! 🙂

Absolutely brilliant service, on time,very polite, boiler runs perfectly and the bit I liked was that they left the old parts that they changed so that you knew that they had actually changed them...

My mum has used Taylor's for many years to service her boiler. Always friendly and efficient. When we recently needed them in an emergency they responded very quickly and had the heating up and running again in no time at all. A lovely business to deal with from the friendly office staff to the professional engineers.

Taylors have not done the work yet, but we are booked in. Yippee. But I do have to comment on the lady who answered the phone and say that she has to be one of the most helpful and courteous ladies I have ever spoken to. Thank you.

I've had a new oil tank installed and my boiler serviced this year, the level of service and workmanship has been simply superb. Both engineers, James (oil tank engineer) and Charlie (boiler engineer) were extremely polite, professional and efficient but additionally really genuine, affable people. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be using them for all my future boiler needs. Thanks!

We have had Roger from Taylor’s to do most of our boiler servicing for many years, which we have always been extremely satisfied with. Being a very careful, knowledgeable and experienced technician he has always helped with any questions we have on our oil central heating system. We would thoroughly recommend Taylor’s to anyone.

Roger has serviced my Oil Fired Boiler every year for 17 years (and for my predecessors for years before that). I cannot praise him too highly. Prompt, efficient, very knowledgeable. A first rate Technician and a credit to his Employers.

Excellent service from Charlie the service engineer for Taylor's. Arrived on time, laid out dust sheets, worked efficiently and was polite and courteous.

Oil boiler tripped out over the weekend. Phoned Taylor`s first thing Monday morning. Arranged for an engineer to come out Tuesday morning. First time I have used Taylor`s so not sure. Charlie arrived Tuesday morning. Polite , helpful and efficient. Cannot recommend any higher. Definitely will use this company again.
