Installation started on 19th February and carried over into the 20th. From start to finish Andy and the team were excellent. The lads on site were professional, polite and clearly took pride in their work. The scaffolding was supplied and removed by Number 1 Scaffolding Cardiff and they were equally efficient and professional. Everything was left tidy once complete. Pricing was very competitive and clearly explained from the outset. I was informed in advance about a special offer which allowed me to add a third battery at a very attractive price. That transparency and value really stood out. While a few elements did not go exactly to the original plan, Andy and the team went the extra mile to get the job over the line and delivered a sensible workaround without fuss. A special mention to Lisa in Sales. She was fantastic throughout the whole process. No pressure at all, just clear, professional advice and excellent communication from start to finish. Overall, a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them.

From start to finish the service was great. Provided a really competitive quote compared to other companies, were able to start work in the timeframe that we wanted and installed solar system and EV charger to a good standard. The guys really went out of their way to install to our needs and complete the work before end of play on the day. We contracted Quantum Solar to provide and install solar panels and battery backup. We live on an island way up north and Quantum were one of the very few prepared to come here. The experience was first rate from start to finish. Lisa took the time to understand what we wanted and designed a solution exactly matched to our needs. Then when a better battery product became available after we'd signed the contract Quantum Solar suggested we had this instead at the same price. We agreed willingly. Andy and the rest of the installation team could not have done a better job. The attention to detail was extraordinary, including things like positioning the conduit carrying the cables down from the solar panels beside the rainwater down pipe and aligning the brackets holding the conduit with the brackets on the downpipe. They consulted with us throughout the work to ensure that the installation not only worked 100% but was as aesthetically pleasing as possible. Once the installation was complete Andy showed how everything worked and for example simulated a power cut so that we'd know what to do. Even in our remote northern location we are saving a packet on electricity already and couldn't be happier with our solar installation. Can't recommend Quantum Solar highly enough.

Quantum Solar quoted for 16 pv ground mounted pv panels, 10KW battery 3phase inverter. The property is late nineteenth century and presented many challenges The price was the most competitive The Quantum team persevered and worked with us to agree an optimum installation. On completion the final price was in line with the quote and we are very satisfied.

From pricing to after care. Quantum solar covered it all. We had a 8.1kw solar system installed with 2 x 5.4kw batteries . From pricing, during install, after towards payment and even after care, they been fantastic, helping and answering any questions i might come up with. Definetely a trusted professional and team. All documentation was supplied as per agreed and all necessary applications were fully followed by the team. Lisa from sales, andy from install and after care are brilliang. Will definitely recommend. Great advice from Lisa, went for 14 panel Givenergy system system' battery and Zappi charger. Andy, the owner did the survey and made sure the whole process ran smoothly. Installers worked non stop, were professional and left everwhere tidy. You only pay when the job is finished to your satisfaction. Very happy.

Great service

Great service, fast and hassle free. Both Lisa and Andy were quick to respond and gave genuine advice unlike many other companies who try to upsell products and sell anything and everything. This gave me the confidence to invest in solar panels (battery, inverter and a car charger too) which obviously isn’t cheap. The set up is very neat and tidy, they even sorted cabling on my apex in case if we ever decide to put more panels on the other side of the roof. Andy was quick to turn up to sort a minor issue after installation. 5 star from me.

Hello, I wanted to share my opinion about Quantum Solar. They installed 12 solar panels, a 5kwh inverter, a 10kwh battery and an EV charger. Everything except the panels is from Fox. I am very pleased with their approach to the customer, expert advice and response to every change. Andy is very nice and professional. In terms of price, this company is very competitive and I did not find a cheaper one that offered me a set in such a configuration as mine. The work was very efficient. I do not know if this is normal practice but I paid only after the work was completed. From my experience with them, I can highly recommend Quantum Solar and I will definitely advertise them to my friends and acquaintances.

My portable EV charger packed. I was going to purchase another portable charger, but decided to bite the bullet and go for a fixed charger. Couldn't have picked a better company than Quantum. Emailed them on Monday and within an hour I had 3 quotes for 3 different charges. I chose the charger I wanted and Quantum came prompton Wednesday morning. By 11 o'clock job all done and working.
