PVSI installed 18 solar panels and a Tesla battery at our property. Juliet's team were professional, polite, trustworthy, clean and efficient. I have high standards and this exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend them. The battery installation was discreet and neat and the panels were symmetrically placed on the roof. I had about 6 old broken roof tiles which they repaired without any charge.

We’ve had PV Solar Installers out three times now, and each visit has been professional and effective. The first visit fixed faulty wiring that had left our system producing no power, and during that work they identified a faulty battery. They arranged the replacement directly with the supplier (Solax) and fitted the new unit without hassle. Most recently, their team replaced the original aggregate ballast with bricks set neatly into the solar panel support framework, leaving the installation much more stable and tidy. Communication has always been clear, the work done without fuss, and everything left in good order. A very positive experience overall — we’d be happy to recommend PV Solar Installers.

A battery was installed at my house by PV Solar Installers Ltd yesterday. The installation went without a hitch and the battery works perfectly, exactly as planned! I value the patience with which Juliet listened to my needs, the good advice she gave me on the different makes and their products, and not least, the good price she offered. Robin, who made the initial site inspection and the final commissioning, gave me good advice throughout, explaining clearly how the hardware and the battery management system work. This gave me peace of mind at all stages and led to a good choice for the location for the battery. The electricians works efficient and tidily. They upgraded the tails of my old fusebox without charge. Highly recommended for listening, excellent advice and a job well done and on schedule.

I can't say enough good things about Juliet! She was a true gem throughout the entire process when I was stuck with my solar panel issues. We have been very pleased to have PV Solar Installers Limited put pigeon proofing around our solar panels, which were installed about 12 years ago before it was fitted as standard. (Pigeons nesting under our panels have been a nuisance) All members of staff we came in contact with communicated well, did a good professional job, and were polite and tidy in their work.
