I can only give 5 stars for this company, right from the first contact the service has been excellent, full explanations, Survey, and then installation, the install was exceptional, very clean workers who took time to give us everything we needed and did a clean and professional installation, and nothing was to much trouble, everyone says it, but i would for sure highly recommend LPS for any boiler installation, service or plumbing needs. 5*

Commissioning an Air-conditioning product in my conservatory. Firstly I would like ti thank Mr Craig who gave me sound advice on choosing the right product. The installation were done by two outstanding engineers , Ben and Alfie. They performed their task diligently. The area was thoroughly cleaned after completion. Ben explained the functions of the air-conditioning operations. I was reassured that I could contact LPS for any further advice. The electrical connection was done by a different team. He was equally competent. I have started enjoying the conservatory in the winter with an efficient air conditioning unit that gives out warmth and the electricity consumption is low. I am looking forward to enjoying the conservatory in summer. Thank you LPS team Mr and Mrs Pitteea

Joe and Warren were amazing. Joe had assessed my fireplace previously and decided exactly how my new fire would be fitted. My fireplace is the original in an old house . He was very thorough. On Monday the fire was fitted. Joe and Warren were very professional . The fire is perfect and exactly as Joe had described. They cleaned up very well after the fitting. Brilliant service from the LPS team. They dealt with an urgent issue quickly and professionally, which was so important as the customer was in her 80s and had no heating or hot water. Couldn’t fault them — first class throughout.

Only yesterday we had a new boiler fitted by LPS Guiseley. Initial boiler was too big to fit in the area so advice was given to address this and solution found. We found the 2 fitters professional, knowledgeable and supportive. The job took a while but they performed brilliantly with exceptional skill. The guys are definitely a credit to LPS.

Heating went off Sunday evening. Emailed LPS who responded 8am next morning and our engineer arrived 8.30am. Sorted out our problem efficiently with no fuss. Heating on by 9am. Thank you LPS.

We contacted LPS regarding replacing our oil boiler in November. Craig came out to see us the same day, a quote arrived the next day, and a date was set for installation there and then. Ben and Alfie arrived on time on the day and completed the install of the outside boiler , in the dark, in the rain, at 17.45 - excellent. Warren came the following day to lag the new pipes, make good some stone work and generally tidy up. A few days later Terry came to sort out a teething problem with the underfloor heating. Everyone at LPS that we had contact with, whether on the phone , or visiting our home, represented the company in a thoroughly professional and friendly manner - thank you, you were a pleasure to deal with. I reached out to LPS as I was on the look out for an electric fire to replace my non working gas fire. LPS was beyond helpful, from the initial phone call to the day off installation, it was nothing but professionalism. I also needed my annual boiler service and they were able to fit that in on the same day as the fire installation. Great service overall, and I would highly recommend. Thanks you

Felt I had to write a positive review after the fantastic service we received from Riley and Ben yesterday! We have had real issues with hot water pressure in the house following some building work. A different plumbing firm (who had been involved with the building work) identified an issue with an overflow pipe in the roof but could not work out why the shower water pressure was so poor, and then never returned to complete the job! LPS came and not only fixed the pipe problem in the attic (not a simple fix) but also identified and fixed the water pressure issue. Our showers work properly once more! In addition we always use LPS to service our boiler and gas fire annually, the engineers are very knowledgable and efficient and inspire trust and confidence. Their prices are very competitive, their engineers polite, punctual and arrive when they say they are going to and they are always happy to explain what they are doing and what they have found in investigating any issues. The customer service from the simple website form, to the friendly front desk in the shop and over the phone, to the onsite plumbers can not be faulted.

LPS installed a multi-room air conditioning system, in our home, and were brilliant, from start to finish. They took their time with us, after initial contact, patiently answering all our queries, for what would be a big job, and visited our home a couple of times, to help confirm the installation location for all the system’s units. The installation was a three-day job and, during the whole process, every one of the engineers and technicians were polite, friendly, and professional. They were respectful of our home, kept disruption and mess to a minimum, and tidied and cleaned as they went along. They made sure the whole system was installed as desired, and checked in with us at each stage. By the end of the three days, you wouldn’t have known that such a large job had taken place. Aftercare has also been very good. They’ve been quick to respond to queries and minor snags, with detailed responses and prompt resolutions. We’ll have no hesitation in using LPS, for future domestic work. They’re fairly priced, and very good at what they do.

We had a log burner fitted earlier this year by LPS.. we only used a few times and we had an issue with the walls to the sides. I enquired if they could give me any advice and they got someone out extremely fast to come and sort. The replaced the side wall Panels and it was done extremely professionally and very clean and tidy. Warren who came out was so lovely and did a great job. So thank you LPS and Warren I’ll definitely be recommending you to others! Helen 👍

Had problems with central heating, the LPS engineer came and fitted new programmer the next day, unfortunately still a problem and advised thermostat was tripping out and would order a new one, in the meantime he sorted it so I could have heating on till it arrived. Was kept informed by text and messages when to expect engineer.Overall excellent service Dave Parnham

Great experience every time. Third time we've had LPS out this year, from a broken radiator / faulty toilet cistern to a kitchen leak. LPS come out quick, are friendly and efficient and jobs are always carried out well professionally. Would recommend- thanks!

We have used LPS previously to service a gas fire so when we decided to replace our boiler we chose to use them again. Our experience with the service was very positive and the boiler replacement was equally as positive. From first contact with the showroom/office to book the boiler fitting right through to the installation it has all been excellent. All the team have been professional and friendly. The engineer who came to fit the boiler was very polite, kept all areas tidy while working and left it clean and tidy when the job was finished. Any queries are always answered promptly with the office. We were very impressed with the professional way the whole process had been carried out that when we decided to have solar panels fitted, we chose LPS to install them. Again the way that was undertaken was all excellent. Would happily recommend

We’ve used LPS for a number of jobs since buying our house. They’ve done jobs such as removing water tanks, putting a new one in the cellar, getting rid of pipes and re plumbing to move and install radiators. I have to say that we’ve dealt with a few of their team and each and everyone of them have been so knowledgeable, real hard workers, and extremely conscientious and polite. They clearly pride themselves on the work they do and like keeping their work space (and the client’s home) tidy and clean. I wouldn’t usually go to the effort of writing a review but I have been incredibly impressed with this company and would highly recommend. We certainly will be using them for all our plumbing work going forward. Thanks for the great work LPS

Struggled to find a gas fire fitter to buy an online fire and get it fitted. Went to LPS at Guiseley and got the same fire albeit a little more expensive but as they have their own fitters it seemed the best solution. Joe came and assessed the situation and advised on getting a bird cowel fitted. Arranged a date for fitting. Had everything fitted and tested. Really efficient couple of lads, polite and friendly. Really loving the new fire 🔥. Would highly recommend LPS to friends and family.
