We recently contacted Beba as we we concerned that an installation by another company wasn’t correct , without fail Nick at beba asked us to send photos of the points of concern. These were then passed to Beba tech team ( at no charge)who confirmed these points and gave us advice on what we should do . Using this advice we immediately contacted our installers who then sent out a team to correct it all ( they supposedly then sacked sub contractor who carried out initial works!) Once that was complete Nick and tech team were kind enough to review that work (again at no charge)based on what we told them which put our minds at rest as we had become 100% cynical on everything the installers had told us in past. A Great caring company who didn’t have to get involved in our problem. It’s nice to know these companies actually exsist ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We've had excellent service from Beba now for a number of years and have been impressed with both the support and advice available. Our original installer was declared bankrupt and when we had an issue with an inverter Beba were able to diagnose and replace the affected unit very quickly. They've also arranged the cleaning of our panels which was done quickly and efficiently too. As the solar sector has matured it's striking how many companies have appeared and then vanished again, however Beba are both reliable and efficient so I've no hesitation in recommending them to others.

from initial exploratory talks through to delivery and post delivery service I cannot fault BeBa Energy UK. We now have the first solar powered ice cream in Kent and in three years it will have paid for itself. It is worth taking your time to understand all of the techie stuff but once you do it is an excellent product.

BeBa installed a Powerwall in my home and hooked it up to my existing solar panels (panels not installed by BeBa, but in hindsight I should have). Customer service was spot on. Replies to questions were received quickly and were well explained, timescales were agreed and the installation of the Powerwall was completed quickly and by a talented trio of highly capable professionals. There have been a few teething glitches with the Sunny product, but this was dealt with quickly, without a fuss and constantly monitored. I was always able to talk to the engineers about the issues, too. They're a very contentious team which instilled confidence that they can resolve any problem, but also that they have a proactive and helpful attitude. I'm grateful for their service. Will I use BeBa again? Most definitely.

The guys surveyed the site and selected the right lighting units, supplied and installed. Advice was spot on, far better lighting than we had before, quick, efficient and competitive.
