Had a nightmare at our new unit and one quick conversation with the folks at IDM, the nightmare disappeared. Paul arrived within an hour and got straight to work. A fantastic electrician with a wealth of knowledge. This man deserves a pay rise! A huge thank you to the team at IDM Energy from all of us at Adamantine Global.

A big thank you to Ruaridhi who sorted out a bathroom vent problem. Nothing was a problem. Such a pleasant chat looking out for the customer. Great customer care qualities and very manerly. Knew his stuff. Credit to your company to have him as an employee.

The team installed our new heat pump and all the related equipment and pipework in the allotted time in a neat, efficient manner. A special mention for Aaron, the young apprentice, who, did a great job, both in the tidy work he'd and answering any questions asked. He is a credit to the company, well done!

Ryan did a flush of my entire hearing system as well as a boiler service. He is very knowledgeable and explained how I can better operate the heating system to save money. Definitely recommended

IDM Energy fitted an EV charging unit for me last week, from the time of requesting the quote to the installation I can only say this was dealt with so professionally, The fitters arrived on the day and at the time that was agreed, they were efficient, neat, tidy and very polite (a credit to the company), Also thanks to Uilly who dealt with my enquiry so efficiently. 5 Star service and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone. We used IDM for Lighting upgrade which progressed on to more work involving a renovation on the campsite. they were excellent to deal with and their electricians were highly skilled and very knowlegeable. Many thanks !

Nice team. I had check over solar panels. Evriting was explained how panels works. What is what. And company works with roof and I had we consultation about my roof is well. Highly recommend. If you need solar panels check, roof leaking, plumbing done or ground works done. They are doing.

IDM Energy were excellent contractors. Probably the most professional organisation I have worked with in the region. Firstly, the IDM team are really nice people to work with, and secondly, they produced a quote and carried out the work to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic professional service. Really nice on the phone, gave precise times for electricians to call round, and once the electricians were there it was a simple fix but they were very detailed and helpful on what might have gone wrong and what work we might need to do in future to remedy it. Would not hesitate to recommend for an emergency call and would definitely book for planned work. Really impressed.

Excellent, timely response to my initial query regarding a fault in my solar panel installation. Engineer attended promptly, was courteous, and quickly identified and fixed the problem. Will definitely use IDM Energy again if necessary.

My solar system stopped working after about 12 years. The firm that had installed it were no longer operating and most current installers will only repair theit own installations. Thank goodness for a firm like IDM! They responded very quickly to my enquiry, made an initial diagnosis from photos I sent, provided a quote, arranged a visit and fixed the problem within 2 days. Pretty good, given that I live 70 miles from Inverness. Their bill was also very reasonable. Thanks guys!

I had IDM energy install a new air source heat pump at my property. I am very happy with the installation. Stewart and the team were great. They very helpful and kind. They arrived on time and stayed late to make sure i wasnt without heating in the middle of winter. Stewart came back at 9PM to make sure everything was working well. They carried out the installation to a very high standard. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had a faulty solar PV system. Called Kyle at the weekend - he promised to call Monday and he did (not like so many trades who never call back). He listened to my problem made an appointment, the engineer arrived on time did a great job with no hassle. Everything was very professional. Would recommend 100%
