I had lovely gentleman come to my home to fit an electric shower, unfortunately there was a few issues along the way but I appreciate the hard work and couple of long days he put in to getting it sorted for me.

Really lovely friendly man came to do my electrical check very experienced and knew his job very well would highly recommend this company!

The 2 gentlemen that did my review were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure i am safe and secure in my home. They took their time were polite but most importantly they were friendly and happy to explain the processes to me. Thanks to them I'm safe for another 5 yrs.

I could not have asked for better, kinder service from BPM. It was a relatively minor job that had been done by a rank amateur, all rectified by BPM. I would recommend BPM to anyone that needs work k carried out.

Polite efficient tidy,had to extra work that he was not told about,he just got on with it,kept me informed as he worked,asked if I wanted pull cords installed he was really good!I would highly recommend his services

Shocking company

Shocking company, disgusting service. My landlord used this company to replace my garage door. Timescale to complete was one year between my landlord and this company. At long last they arranged to arrive today to do the job. I'm ill and didn't want to be disturbed so I rang this company on Monday and informed them that the garage door will be opened so they don't have to call to my home. Today my doorbell rang, I'm looking through my spyhole at a chap I didn't know, i asked who it was to which he responded "Jack" I don't know a Jack. Now bare in mind I am 64 very ill and extremely vulnerable. I asked again to wich he said again 'its Jack: I'm getting a bit concerned now so I said I don't know a Jack so please leave my doorstep or I will call the police, I didn't mention it but it wasn't so much what he was saying it was more his tone, he was trying very hard to intimidated. Then he shouted back that he is here to fit the garage, I told him the garage door is open. After a bit I rang BMP and asked to speak to a manager who conveniently wasn't available, I was told I would receive a call from this manager. While on the phone waiting for their answer I opened my window to see the fitter running up and down panicking because he didn’t even know which door he was on site to change. I had to inform him. I asked him if he us always so rude and horrible to his customers? To which he replied 'you aren't my customer, your landlords are. At about 4pm while I'm writing this feedback I thought that as the manager hadn't rang that I would ring him and wow I couldn't believe it that they pathetically blocked my number. If it wasn't so unprofessional it would be funny. I have never ever in many years come across a company that need to do so serious work on how unmanageable and rude they are. If my landlord ever want this company anywhere near me it would take a miracle for me to entertain them. Just an outrageously shocking upsetting distressing experience.

I had insulation walls put in and plastering done. The guys were professional and friendly and kept my house tidy. I am very happy with the work they did and I highly recommend them.

Situation: Called for a pipe fix due to a leak in kitchen sink. Gave a call and was offered an appointment for next working day. Time of engineer's arrival was specified and arrived promptly. Review comments: Overall very good. Engineer resolved issue very quickly and efficiently. Customer service for appointment scheduling very good as well and commendable for offering an appointment within the next day. No complaints to make. I recommend to anyone in the Bath area.
