Were kept informed about everything from arrival time to any work that needed done.Engineer was young man ,Jack,who was very professional and courteous even taking his shoes off at the door.Explained everything to us that he was doing so all in all very happy with service provided

Absolutely fantastic experience with…

Absolutely fantastic experience with this company. Had a new boiler and central heating system fitted. The guys fitted it in a day and absolutely no mess. From start to finish we are absolutely delighted with the professionalism and expertise shown by the engineers. Best company I have ever had to deal with and I thoroughly recommend them to anybody. Well done to BRB and all their staff both on the front line and in the office as they went above and beyond

1st class installation team

1st class installation team, friendly and helpful. 1st class communication throughout the process. Turned up promptly as scheduled and left the house clean and tidy Only downside is that the replacement radiators that were fitted had no side panels or top grill covers which left them looking decisively industrial. Hoping to get them fitted retrospectively from BRB and my review will be 5 stars as outwith that they cannot be faulted and will recommend them to anyone

Excellent Service

Always kept updated regarding installation date. Workmen arrived on time and completed the work to a high standard. They cleaned up after themselves therefore no mess left behind and made contact when work was complete. Fiona the Project Administrator was really helpful and always willing to assist. Thank you BRB Ltd for making this an easy process replacing a full heating system for my elderly mother.

Excellent service, a new boiler fitted, a couple of new radiators and new thermostats, all the guys were brilliant. They were very respectful and cleaned up what little mess they made. They put protective covers on wooden floors and on worktops. Very impressed.

The guys fitted a new boiler and central heating system in our house and the quality of the work was outstanding. We had 16 radiators to change and the team worked methodically and were well organised. Great job!

Cowboys taking contracts and don't put in good work imaging asking me to go out for the day when i was unwell aslo 6 broken floorboards they installed a radiator where the bedroom door is and it can no longer close. Had nothing but problems with the system they fitted

Failed to turn up. Waited from 8am to 1pm - no show. When I phoned I was told they had made a mistake scheduling.

BRILLIANT

Fitted new boiler, pipes, radiators, basically a full new central heating system, in one day. Absolute minimum disruption to the floorboards, you can't even tell, I've since sanded and varnished some of the floors and visitors can't tell the floorboards were up. The boiler, new pipes and radiators work an absolute dream, it's much more economical and nice to be able to put the heating on in the winter evenings again. They also fixed shower which I'd had problems with for years, completely fixed, I can't begin to describe how good it is to be able to take a shower, only waited 15 years! The lads were all polite, completely non invasive, they didn't enter a room without asking first, they totally respected personal space. They worked to an exceptional standard and their work was top notch quality. I even managed to share a bit of jovial humor with them, all had a good giggle whilst remaining respectful. Thank you, very much appreciated.

Terrible company! They fitted a boiler for my mum and the boiler is just over a year old and it’s broken down twice now! They fixed it the first time but now want a £75 call out charge for them to look at it! Disgraceful! The boiler must be rubbish if that’s the second time it’s failed in over a year! Shocking customer service! I would recommend avoiding this company!

They replaced old central heating boiler 3 years

Absolute dream team of guys! Barry and Co were incredible. Installed full heating system in my SLC house. Didnt have to tidy up after them, all mess cleared away. Have to mention Lawson too, he was very understanding and pulled out all the stops to get heating installed. Huge thanks to all. Was worth the cost of the scones!! "In joke"!! Huge thanks again. LG

Left thick dust throughout our house after an ASHP install then refused to service it because it was outwith their service area. Poor install with substandard pipe work

Really poor service. They service the boiler working fine for many years one day. The next day the boiler failed and they do not take responsibility of the failure. My conclusion, they did not do a good service or they caused the failure.

Highly recommended BRB they were fantastic. Through our housing getting the new heating in and they fast and top notch doing the work. Great fellas

Would highly recommend this company. From start to finish they were so slick. Dealing with office staff was a dream, Keira kept us informed at every stage of the installation. Lawson and team were professional and efficient on site and our tenants were delighted with the speed of the job.

5 star service thoroughly deserved. BRB heating fitted a central heating system in my flat on the 9/2/21 and I’m delighted. The guys were on time,they were professional,polite and couldn’t do enough, they were cleaning the flooring on the way out. The installation was so neat(in the footprint of my old system) so no immediate painting and decorating needed - flooring had minimal damage and the system was explained to me in terms I could understand. After first year service BRB will give me a service contract which gives me peace of mind. First class service. A mention for the office staff,they were polite and like the guys couldn’t do enough. Thank you all.

Terrible emergency service!

Very professional and friendly service would definently recommend

BRB are a Viessmann approved installer who contacted them to call me to discuss a new heating system. No call was received from BRB so I took the initiative to call them and after providing them with an additional phone number and promised a call back from a named salesman, again no communication was received. Very poor customer service and bad representation of Viessmann who are a major manufacturer of heating systems.

Excellent company that did a 1st class job on my kitchen. Would highly recommend
